In a startling turn of events, Crimeophobia, a criminology research organization, has filed a formal complaint and expert opinion report against the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aarey, the Aarey Security Department, and unidentified individuals. The complaint, filed under Section 45 of The Evidence Act of India 1872, alleges a series of charges, including hurting Hindu sentiments, dishonesty inducing delivery of property, misuse of government powers, breach of trust, cheating, and criminal conspiracy.

Crimeophobia’s extensive research claims to have unearthed evidence suggesting a pattern of actions within Aarey that could incite communal tensions and impact Hindu sentiments adversely. The organization lists a range of complaints, including the demolition of Hindu properties without adhering to Supreme Court orders, allegations of control of the cow slaughter business by the Muslim community, preferential treatment to Muslim builders in construction work and vehicle privileges, controversial land allocation for a multi-floor toilet near a Hindu temple, bans on Ganesh Visarjan and Utsav celebrations, placement of a Muslim graveyard next to a Ram Mandir, illegal occupation of ancient Hindu Temple land, intentional disruption of Thaipusam Festival for Tamil Hindus, and accusations of mosque construction and environmental damage by Muslim property owners.

Siddhant Mohite, Founder of Saffron Think Tank, warns: “In the face of government inaction on the grave allegations raised in this complaint, I am prepared to unite all Hindu organizations for a massive protest. We demand swift justice and protection of Hindu rights, and we won’t hesitate to stand united for the cause if necessary.”

In their complaint, Crimeophobia calls for the registration of a First Information Report (FIR) against the Aarey CEO, Security Officer, and other relevant officials. The organization claims to possess verified and unverified documents currently under consideration in various government departments and police stations, asserting that their complaint is rooted in collective analysis and independent criminology research. They warn of potential law and order conflicts if the issues are not addressed promptly.

Furthermore, Crimeophobia recommends the immediate involvement of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) in handling the Metro carshed due to jurisdictional conflicts and potential threats to government establishments. The recent terror threat received by Mumbai’s International Airport adds urgency to this recommendation, as the Metro carshed falls on the same road leading to the airport.

The criminology background provided by Crimeophobia highlights the CEO of Aarey’s association with a Milk Factory falling under the Government of Maharashtra’s Dairy & Animal Husbandry Department. The complexity surrounding Aarey’s jurisdictions and powers has left both authorities and civilians perplexed about its identity and the authority exercised by the CEO and the Factory Security Officer over the vast 3200 acres of land originally designated for a Milk Factory.

As the controversy unfolds, all eyes are on Aarey, with the public awaiting responses from concerned authorities and stakeholders. Crimeophobia urges individuals and organizations to submit their complaints or documents either to Aarey Police Station or to the Crimeophobia Office at the earliest.

The issues surrounding Aarey’s identity and activities, coupled with the potential communal tensions and alleged misuse of powers, underscore the need for a thorough investigation to address the concerns raised by Crimeophobia and prevent further escalation of the situation.
