Drashti Hirpara, Founder – Cintilla.in

Drashti Hirpara, the founder of Cintilla.in, has carved a unique space for herself in the lab-grown diamond jewellery industry. Her journey began in her 9th-grade arts class, where she explored Indian jewellery and developed a fascination for design. Years later, during the isolation of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, she revisited her passion, transitioning from random sketches to curated collections. With a deep commitment to sustainability, Drashti has gained extensive exposure to diverse materials and practices, drawing inspiration from her travels across countries and cities.

She finds motivation in those who have clarity of purpose and bring joy through their work. Subarna De, Textile Designer

Subarna De, a textile designer from NIFT, Delhi, with over 24 years of experience in designing for the export market, found her way into the art of stained glass entirely by chance. During the pandemic, Subarna discovered stained glass art and set out to make it both fun and commercially viable. Starting with OHP sheets and acrylic cutouts, she evolved the art form to suit modern living. Her creations range from Sufi windchimes and scarecrow plant stakes to Krishna and Pichwai-inspired windchimes and even nimbu-mirchi pendants, adding charm and beauty to everyday life.

Her advice to budding entrepreneurs is simple yet profound: “All it takes is an idea. Dare to be different, never compromise on quality, and always strive to make a difference with every creation.” Subarna’s journey reflects her passion for blending tradition with innovation, proving that art can enrich both spaces and lives.
