Sneha Sharma is the founder of And PR Agency, a marketing agency built on the foundation of passion, connection, and authenticity. Her journey into PR wasn’t planned—it was driven by her firsthand experiences in the fashion industry. Having worked closely with agencies that treated brands as mere paychecks, Sneha realized the need for a PR agency that genuinely cares about its clients. Her goal was to create a space where storytelling, connection, and dedication come together to bring brands to life. This vision became the driving force behind her decision to start her own agency.

Sneha draws inspiration from women who build from scratch, relying on nothing but their grit, determination, and hard work. She admires those who rise above challenges, without privilege or a business background, creating something meaningful while solving real problems. Their resilience is a constant reminder to her that honesty and hard work always leave a mark.

While the PR industry has been largely supportive of women, Sneha’s challenges have been centered around finding what truly works—making an impact, delivering exceptional results, and standing out in a competitive market. However, she believes that PR is an industry where effort and results speak louder than anything else. “If you’re willing to put in the work, the rewards will follow,” she shares.

Outside of running her agency, Sneha dedicates her time to self-education. She believes that staying curious and updated about the world—whether it’s business, culture, or fashion—allows her to adapt and innovate. Learning fuels her creativity, enabling her to bring fresh perspectives to her clients and continuously evolve her approach.

To aspiring entrepreneurs, Sneha’s advice is simple yet powerful: start with something you’re truly passionate about, and take small, structured steps toward your goals. Research your industry, learn from those who’ve walked the path before you, and be willing to test and refine your ideas. “Don’t wait for the perfect moment—start small, take action every day, and stay curious,” she advises. “Passion turns into success when you pair it with consistency and effort.”

For Sneha, success isn’t a destination but a journey. Building And PR Agency from the ground up, without a clear roadmap, has been her biggest achievement. Every challenge has taught her valuable lessons, and every milestone has reinforced her belief in solving real problems and delivering meaningful results. Her story is one of continuous growth, evolution, and creating an impact that truly matters.

Saalanki Saraf’s journey into architecture and interior design began with a nudge from her school fine arts teacher. With a deep love for art and a strong technical mindset, she found architecture to be the perfect blend of creativity and logic—allowing her to explore both passions seamlessly.

Her inspiration comes from the countless women who juggle careers, families, and personal well-being with grace. Their strength and resilience fuel her motivation daily.

Like any startup, her firm faced its fair share of challenges. The biggest hurdle was gaining clients’ trust when they were just starting out—convincing people to believe in their vision despite limited experience. But persistence, passion, and hard work paid off. Through it all, she had the unwavering support of her childhood friends and business partners, Samiksha and Upneet. Together, they lifted each other up, making even the toughest days feel lighter.

Upneet Kaur

For Upneet Kaur, architecture is the perfect mix of creativity and functionality. She chose this path because she wanted a profession that was dynamic, exciting, and impactful—one where she could shape spaces that influence the way people live and interact.

Entrepreneurship was always in her blood, but her biggest inspiration is her grandfather. After losing his father at 14, he started selling goods on the street to support his family. Through resilience and hard work, he built a successful business that not only provided for their joint family but also helped others through social work. His journey showed Upneet the power of perseverance and inspired her to create something meaningful of her own.

Starting a business, especially in a new city like Delhi NCR, was challenging. Without initial connections, building a network and earning trust took time. She and her team faced difficulties in understanding contracts, paperwork, and timelines, but these lessons became the foundation for their success.

Beyond work, Upneet loves exploring new business ideas, reading, and staying updated on industry trends.

Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: It’s never too late to start. Take that leap of faith. While being great at your craft matters, learning to market yourself and build strong client relationships is just as important. “Happy clients are your best advocates,” she says.

Looking back, she credits her success to her childhood friends and business partners, Samiksha and Saalanki. Their support has made even the hardest times enjoyable.

Samiksha Khanna, an architect and interior designer, has carved her own path in the industry with creativity and determination. Her journey began unexpectedly, sparked by childhood curiosity. Growing up, she loved exploring her grandfather’s encyclopedias. One day, she came across a book on Egypt’s pyramids and was mesmerized by their architecture. That moment ignited her fascination, leading her toward a profession she now passionately pursues.

Inspired by her father’s resilience and business acumen, Samiksha never hesitated to take bold steps. At just 24-25 years old, she co-founded her company, diving headfirst into entrepreneurship. However, architecture school hadn’t prepared her for the business side of the profession. Managing finances and convincing clients of their capability at such a young age was challenging. But through perseverance—and with the support of mentors who started as clients—she and her team navigated the hurdles.

Beyond work, Samiksha finds joy in her personal passions. She inherited an incredible collection of vintage books and records from her grandfather, which fueled her love for collecting rare editions. Reading is a luxury she cherishes, and traveling is another passion that keeps her inspired.

Her journey from working on-site and out of cars to leading a team of over 20 people in her own office in Delhi is a testament to her vision. As a first-generation architect in her family, stepping out of her comfort zone was not easy, but the rewards have been immense.

To aspiring entrepreneurs, her message is simple: Believe in yourself. Stay consistent. Don’t hesitate to seek guidance because everyone struggles, even if they don’t show it. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Samiksha Khanna continues to leave her mark on the world of architecture and design.

Priyanka Patel’s journey is a story of vision, resilience, and unwavering passion. An MBA in Marketing from Nirma University, she is not only a soft-skill trainer and image consultant but also the creative force behind one of Ahmedabad’s most unique spaces—Reflection Gallery. Driven by her deep appreciation for fashion and local craftsmanship, Priyanka embarked on a mission to provide a platform where budding designers and artists could connect with those who value originality and creativity. This dream took shape in 2016 when she opened a gallery that would redefine how homegrown talent is celebrated.

For Priyanka, the idea of Reflection Gallery stemmed from a love for fashion and a keen sense of style. Recognizing the lack of spaces where emerging designers could showcase limited-edition pieces, she set out to create a place where their work could shine. Her vision was not just to display products but to create an experience where visitors could engage with the creators and understand the stories behind each design. Her innovative approach to fashion curation ensured that smaller brands with unique offerings found a platform without the pressure of mass production.

Priyanka also faced personal health issues and struggled with a small team during those critical times. Despite these obstacles, her commitment and perseverance became the driving forces that strengthened the foundation of Reflection Gallery. Each setback brought valuable lessons, and she continued to push forward, keeping her original vision alive.

Reflection Gallery today is more than just a business—it is a space filled with energy and inspiration. Every piece tells a story, every corner reflects the passion of its creator, and every visitor walks away with more than just a product. Priyanka’s dedication to supporting local talent and her gratitude towards her patrons have made Reflection Gallery a place of connection, creativity, and beauty. Nikhil Kamath – Co-Founder – Zerodha

Bangalore Pic @picturesque 0827

Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath recently sat down with LinkedIn’s global CEO, Ryan Roslansky, and shared his success story, from a high school dropout to a billionaire finance entrepreneur. In conversation with Mr Roslanksy, Mr Kamath revealed how his failures became his biggest lessons. He also shared that his first business venture, which he started when he was in school, was flushed down the toilet by his mother. The entrepreneur even revealed the “lightbulb moment” in his life that led to co-founding one of India’s largest trading platforms.

Nikhil Kamath is associated with several companies, including Zerodha, True Beacon and Grhuas. Speaking to Mr Roslanksy, he revealed that his first business venture began when he was in the 9th grade. He managed to get his hands on a cellphone and sold it for a profit. Using the money he earned from selling that phone, he bought more cell phones and began a small side hustle.

However, he hit an unexpected wall when his mother found out about his “business”. She flushed the phones down the toilet, drawing the curtain on Mr Kamath’s short-lived career as an entrepreneur.

But this wasn’t the end of Mr Kamath’s entrepreneurial journey. “As a dropout, he took what for almost anyone else would have been a soul-crushing job: Night shift at a call centre,” per LinkedIn. Between customer service, he taught himself how to trade stocks. Soon after, he started managing investment for his entire team, making more on commissions than from his actual job.
