Sneha Sharma, Founder – And PR Agency

Sneha Sharma is the founder of And PR Agency, a marketing agency built on the foundation of passion, connection, and authenticity. Her journey into PR wasn’t planned—it was driven by her firsthand experiences in the fashion industry. Having worked closely with agencies that treated brands as mere paychecks, Sneha realized the need for a PR agency that genuinely cares about its clients. Her goal was to create a space where storytelling, connection, and dedication come together to bring brands to life. This vision became the driving force behind her decision to start her own agency.
Sneha draws inspiration from women who build from scratch, relying on nothing but their grit, determination, and hard work. She admires those who rise above challenges, without privilege or a business background, creating something meaningful while solving real problems. Their resilience is a constant reminder to her that honesty and hard work always leave a mark.
While the PR industry has been largely supportive of women, Sneha’s challenges have been centered around finding what truly works—making an impact, delivering exceptional results, and standing out in a competitive market. However, she believes that PR is an industry where effort and results speak louder than anything else. “If you’re willing to put in the work, the rewards will follow,” she shares.
Outside of running her agency, Sneha dedicates her time to self-education. She believes that staying curious and updated about the world—whether it’s business, culture, or fashion—allows her to adapt and innovate. Learning fuels her creativity, enabling her to bring fresh perspectives to her clients and continuously evolve her approach.
To aspiring entrepreneurs, Sneha’s advice is simple yet powerful: start with something you’re truly passionate about, and take small, structured steps toward your goals. Research your industry, learn from those who’ve walked the path before you, and be willing to test and refine your ideas. “Don’t wait for the perfect moment—start small, take action every day, and stay curious,” she advises. “Passion turns into success when you pair it with consistency and effort.”
For Sneha, success isn’t a destination but a journey. Building And PR Agency from the ground up, without a clear roadmap, has been her biggest achievement. Every challenge has taught her valuable lessons, and every milestone has reinforced her belief in solving real problems and delivering meaningful results. Her story is one of continuous growth, evolution, and creating an impact that truly matters.
Saachi Marwah Rana, Founder – Saachi Rana Design Studio

Saachi Marwah Rana is the founder of Saachi Rana Design Studio, a brand that blends artistry and innovation in interior and product design. Growing up in a family of creatives—her parents being renowned bronze sculptors and her father a furniture designer—Saachi was immersed in the world of craftsmanship from a young age. This early exposure to art and design naturally fueled her passion for creating spaces that tell unique and personal stories, leading her to establish her own design studio.
Saachi draws inspiration from fearless women who push boundaries and redefine success. Their resilience and courage motivate her to constantly evolve in her craft. However, the journey hasn’t been without challenges. As a woman in design, she has had to repeatedly prove her worth in an industry where expertise can sometimes be undervalued by clients or laborers. Managing the creative aspects of her work alongside the demands of running a business single-handedly has been tough, but these challenges have only strengthened her resolve to leave a lasting impact in the field.
Outside of her work, Saachi is an avid traveler and an admirer of heirloom fashion and vintage jewelry. Traveling is her creative fuel, allowing her to discover diverse crafts, materials, and cultural inspirations from around the world. She is also a dog mom to her beloved Maluma, a devoted wife, and someone who values the art of balancing life and hustle.
To aspiring entrepreneurs, Saachi’s message is one of resilience and self-belief. “Trust in your vision and stay dedicated. Saalanki Saraf

Saalanki Saraf’s journey into architecture and interior design began with a nudge from her school fine arts teacher. With a deep love for art and a strong technical mindset, she found architecture to be the perfect blend of creativity and logic—allowing her to explore both passions seamlessly.
Her inspiration comes from the countless women who juggle careers, families, and personal well-being with grace. Their strength and resilience fuel her motivation daily.
Like any startup, her firm faced its fair share of challenges. The biggest hurdle was gaining clients’ trust when they were just starting out—convincing people to believe in their vision despite limited experience. But persistence, passion, and hard work paid off. Through it all, she had the unwavering support of her childhood friends and business partners, Samiksha and Upneet. Together, they lifted each other up, making even the toughest days feel lighter.
Beyond work, Saalanki finds happiness in nurturing her plants—dreaming of turning her home into a lush green paradise. She also loves dancing, experimenting in the kitchen, and cherishing moments with loved ones.
To aspiring entrepreneurs, her message is simple: Do what you love with passion, and success will follow. Dedication and genuine love for your work will always lead to positive outcomes.
Upneet Kaur

For Upneet Kaur, architecture is the perfect mix of creativity and functionality. She chose this path because she wanted a profession that was dynamic, exciting, and impactful—one where she could shape spaces that influence the way people live and interact.
Entrepreneurship was always in her blood, but her biggest inspiration is her grandfather. After losing his father at 14, he started selling goods on the street to support his family. Through resilience and hard work, he built a successful business that not only provided for their joint family but also helped others through social work. His journey showed Upneet the power of perseverance and inspired her to create something meaningful of her own.
Starting a business, especially in a new city like Delhi NCR, was challenging. Without initial connections, building a network and earning trust took time. She and her team faced difficulties in understanding contracts, paperwork, and timelines, but these lessons became the foundation for their success.
Beyond work, Upneet loves exploring new business ideas, reading, and staying updated on industry trends.
Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: It’s never too late to start. Take that leap of faith. While being great at your craft matters, learning to market yourself and build strong client relationships is just as important. “Happy clients are your best advocates,” she says.
Looking back, she credits her success to her childhood friends and business partners, Samiksha and Saalanki. Their support has made even the hardest times enjoyable.
Samiksha Khanna

Samiksha Khanna, an architect and interior designer, has carved her own path in the industry with creativity and determination. Her journey began unexpectedly, sparked by childhood curiosity. Growing up, she loved exploring her grandfather’s encyclopedias. One day, she came across a book on Egypt’s pyramids and was mesmerized by their architecture. That moment ignited her fascination, leading her toward a profession she now passionately pursues.
Inspired by her father’s resilience and business acumen, Samiksha never hesitated to take bold steps. At just 24-25 years old, she co-founded her company, diving headfirst into entrepreneurship. However, architecture school hadn’t prepared her for the business side of the profession. Managing finances and convincing clients of their capability at such a young age was challenging. But through perseverance—and with the support of mentors who started as clients—she and her team navigated the hurdles.
Beyond work, Samiksha finds joy in her personal passions. She inherited an incredible collection of vintage books and records from her grandfather, which fueled her love for collecting rare editions. Reading is a luxury she cherishes, and traveling is another passion that keeps her inspired.
Her journey from working on-site and out of cars to leading a team of over 20 people in her own office in Delhi is a testament to her vision. As a first-generation architect in her family, stepping out of her comfort zone was not easy, but the rewards have been immense.
To aspiring entrepreneurs, her message is simple: Believe in yourself. Stay consistent. Don’t hesitate to seek guidance because everyone struggles, even if they don’t show it. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Samiksha Khanna continues to leave her mark on the world of architecture and design.

An MBA in Marketing from Nirma University, she is not only a soft-skill trainer and image consultant but also the creative force behind one of Ahmedabad’s most unique spaces—Reflection Gallery. Driven by her deep appreciation for fashion and local craftsmanship, Priyanka embarked on a mission to provide a platform where budding designers and artists could connect with those who value originality and creativity. This dream took shape in 2016 when she opened a gallery that would redefine how homegrown talent is celebrated.
For Priyanka, the idea of Reflection Gallery stemmed from a love for fashion and a keen sense of style. Recognizing the lack of spaces where emerging designers could showcase limited-edition pieces, she set out to create a place where their work could shine. Her vision was not just to display products but to create an experience where visitors could engage with the creators and understand the stories behind each design. Despite these obstacles, her commitment and perseverance became the driving forces that strengthened the foundation of Reflection Gallery. Each setback brought valuable lessons, and she continued to push forward, keeping her original vision alive.
Reflection Gallery today is more than just a business—it is a space filled with energy and inspiration. Every piece tells a story, every corner reflects the passion of its creator, and every visitor walks away with more than just a product. Priyanka’s dedication to supporting local talent and her gratitude towards her patrons have made Reflection Gallery a place of connection, creativity, and beauty. Vineeta Singh, CEO of SUGAR Cosmetics

Vineeta Singh, the founder and CEO of Sugar Cosmetics, is a beacon of inspiration for aspiring entrepreneurs, especially women, in India and beyond. Her journey began in Lucknow, where she excelled academically, earning gold medals in school and college. She later attended IIT Madras, where she discovered her passion for badminton, and IIM Ahmedabad, where she completed the Mumbai Marathon.
Despite receiving a lucrative offer in investment banking, Vineeta’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found Fab-Bag, a beauty subscription service, before launching SUGAR Cosmetics in 2015 with her husband, Kaushik Mukherjee. SUGAR filled a gap in the Indian beauty market by offering vibrant, high-quality cosmetics for diverse skin tones at affordable prices, resonating with young Indian women.
Vineeta’s journey, marked by initial setbacks and lessons learned, reflects her commitment to innovation and empowerment. As an investor and judge on Shark Tank India, she continues to inspire others with her insightful feedback and championing of innovative ideas. Vineeta’s story underscores the importance of self-belief and perseverance in achieving remarkable success.
Dr. Geeta Sajid Fazalbhoy, Founder & Managing Director – Skin & You Clinic

Dr. Geeta Sajid Fazalbhoy is a certified dermatologist and aesthetic medicine expert with over 15 years of experience. As the Founder and Managing Director of Skin & You Clinic, she specializes in anti-aging treatments, lasers, skin rejuvenation, and advanced face-lifting procedures. Her passion for dermatology was sparked during her medical studies—after earning her MBBS in Mumbai, she pursued dermatology in Cardiff, UK, and later received her certification in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
Over the years, Dr. Geeta has built a reputation for precision, innovation, and patient-focused care. With clinics in Nariman Point and Bandra, and a new centre underway in Mumbai, her journey is one of constant growth. She proudly treats both Indian and international patients and keeps herself updated through global conferences and trainings.
Her biggest inspiration has always been her mother, whose resilience and dedication left a lasting impression. As a woman in the medical profession, Dr. Geeta believes that challenges in the workplace are universal, but it’s consistency, hard work, and staying true to your values that truly define success.
Outside of her professional life, Dr. Geeta is a devoted mother of three and a fitness enthusiast. Balancing her thriving career and family is her proudest achievement.
Her message to aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs is simple yet powerful: “Have patience. Everything takes time. Stay grounded, hold onto your values, and success will follow.”
She credits much of her success to her faith and the unwavering support of her loved ones, who have always believed in her journey.
Bhawna Vashishta, Founder – Matrivow

Bhawna Vashishta’s story is one of quiet strength, passion, and persistence. Starting her journey in the education industry back in 2006, she spent years building meaningful relationships and understanding people on a deeper level. That very understanding eventually laid the foundation for her own venture—Matrivow, a premium matchmaking service tailored exclusively for the elite. Her shift from education to personalized matchmaking was organic, driven by a desire to create something rooted in trust, quality, and exclusivity.
Over nearly two decades, Bhawna has balanced the demands of her professional aspirations with the responsibilities of home. Her consistency, even through challenges, has been her defining trait. Coming from a grounded army background, values like discipline and simplicity have always guided her. But it was the unwavering support of her husband that truly empowered her to chase her dreams. Like many women entrepreneurs, she faced her share of skepticism and the constant balancing act between personal and professional life—but she faced it all with quiet resilience.
Beyond her business, Bhawna finds joy in spending time with family and engaging in conversations that uplift and add value. She believes in growing not just professionally, but as a person. Her message to others is simple yet powerful—believe in your vision, stay passionate, and keep showing up. Success may take time, but with heart and perseverance, it always finds its way.
Sneha Tiwari – Digital Creator

Sneha Tiwari is a established HR professional who has spent the last decade building teams and transforming workplaces in a leading multinational company. Her journey, however, spans far beyond boardrooms. Raised across India in an Air Force family, Sneha’s adaptability and people skills were shaped by her diverse upbringing. With a degree from Delhi University and an MBA in HR, she built her career on empathy, resilience, and an unshakable work ethic.
But Sneha is more than her designation. While managing a demanding career, she also carved her space in the digital world, growing a community of over 100K followers through raw, empowering content. Her story isn’t about perfection—it’s about persistence. From battling stereotypes and burnout to embracing her many roles as a wife, daughter, leader, and creator, she’s faced it all with quiet strength.
Her greatest inspiration? Her mother—a living example of grace under pressure. Sneha continues to draw from that well of strength, using her voice to remind women that they don’t have to choose between ambition and authenticity. Whether she’s managing a team, dancing off stress, or creating content late into the night, Sneha leads with heart.
Her message is simple: Own every part of who you are. The world needs your story, your fire, your voice.
Jami Joshi, CEO – Trouve Social

Jami Joshi began her journey not by chance but by choice, turning down a secure job offer in the UK to pursue her entrepreneurial vision. While many might have opted for certainty, she followed purpose. Today, she leads Trouve Social, a global social media agency, and plays a key role in educational innovation as Assistant Director at Tapovan Group of Institutions.
Her path has been anything but easy. Juggling multiple roles, navigating male-dominated spaces, and facing the pressures of work-life balance have tested her resilience. Yet through late nights and difficult decisions, she pressed on, building a global team across India, the UK, and the US, and helping brands expand across borders while staying rooted in authentic storytelling.
Inspired by her grandfather’s legacy in education and community upliftment, Jami blends innovation with service. Her work reflects more than just business acumen. It reflects deep values and a desire to make a meaningful difference.
Travel has played a vital role in shaping her worldview, opening her to diverse cultures, ideas, and opportunities. She is equally passionate about mentorship, both guiding aspiring entrepreneurs and learning from seasoned leaders. Her commitment to giving back remains unwavering through involvement in community initiatives that align with her mission.
To Jami, success is not just measured in profits but in lives touched, minds inspired, and futures shaped. In a world that too often sets higher bars for women, Jami did not just rise to meet them. She built her own, redefining success through purpose, impact and leadership.
