Payal Rajpal, Director – Robotex India
Ms. Payal Rajpal, Director of Robotex India, is a globally recognised changemaker with over 15 years of leadership experience in the UK and Asia. In 2010, she returned to India with a clear mission to bridge the gap between industry and academia and empower young minds with future-ready skills through technology, innovation, and inclusion. Her vision was to bridge the digital divide by ensuring underserved community students have equal access to future-skill education opportunities.
Through Robotex India, a not for profit organisation, Ms. Rajpal has taken Robotics, AI, and STEAM education to where it’s needed most: government, rural, and tribal schools. She has opened the doors of innovation for children from low strata communities who may never have imagined such opportunities. Even during the pandemic, she refused to slow down, launching Hack the Crisis, India, a platform that encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and resilience when the world stood still. To date, her initiatives have reached and empowered over 1.5 million young lives. The annual Robotex India National Championship further amplifies this impact, providing students from across the country a platform to showcase their skills, exchange ideas, and compete in world-class robotics challenges.
In 2023, Robotex India proudly carried the voices and dreams of young innovators to the global stage at the G20 Summit, showcasing the limitless potential of student-led innovation. That same year, history was made when government school students from its flagship programs, “Robotex for Rural” and “Girls Who Build Robots,” stood tall on the international stage at the Robotex International Championship in Estonia, a moment of national pride. In 2024, the momentum only grew stronger. Fifty-one government school students, many stepping onto a plane for the first time, represented India at the Robotex International Championship. Competing against participants from 50+ countries and earning podium finishes, proving that with the right opportunities, extraordinary achievements are within reach.
In July 2025, Robotex India was honoured with an invitation from the Honourable Minister of Education of India, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, where 21 students proudly represented their states, a testament to the organisation’s deep grassroots impact in transforming education and igniting innovation across the nation.
Today, STEAM Labs under Ms. Rajpal’s leadership operates across Eight Indian states, with more than a million students introduced to the world of robotics and AI. The momentum is growing, and so is the vision.
A passionate advocate for women in technology, Payal also mentors college students and supports women entrepreneurs, pushing for equal access to knowledge, resources, and opportunities.
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: technology should never be a privilege, it should be a right. Through Robotex India, she is not only transforming education but also shaping a more inclusive and future-ready India.

Dr. Shimoni Kadakia, Board-certified dermatologist
Dr. Shimoni Kadakia is a board-certified dermatologist whose journey into medicine was deeply personal. As a child, she suffered from a rare form of eczema that caused painful, itchy boils on her hands, often making it impossible to write her exams without assistance. It was during those formative years that she made a promise to herself—to become a skin specialist so no one else would have to suffer the same way.
Her path hasn’t been without challenges. Married young and having given birth just before her dermatology university exam, she still topped the state board with a gold medal. For the past 15 years, she has built a thriving private practice alongside her husband, a consultant plastic and cosmetic surgeon. Together, they founded SkinVive, a clinic located at Peddar Road in South Mumbai, where clinical dermatology meets aesthetic care.
Dr. Shimoni credits her father as her greatest inspiration, instilling in her the values of discipline, humility, and doing every task with pride—principles that guide her practice to this day. She believes in offering more than treatment; she creates a space where patients feel heard, empowered, and confident in their skin.
Beyond medicine, she is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, a stage performer, a gym enthusiast, and an active member of Inner Wheel Rotary, contributing to social causes. Her message to aspiring professionals is simple yet profound: believe in yourself, trust the process, and stay rooted in your purpose. For Dr. Shimoni, skincare is not just about appearance—it’s about self-care, consistency, and helping people feel at home in their own skin.

As the Operating Business Partner at Salon Ministry, she manages operations, training, and audits—but her role is far more than structure. It’s about transformation, something she has lived through on the deepest level.
Jasleen began her journey at the salon as a manager during one of the most difficult chapters of her life. She was healing from a broken marriage, navigating emotional trauma, and facing the weight of societal judgment. Beneath that, there was an even greater heartbreak—losing her son eight years ago. The grief could have consumed her, but instead, she chose to fight. Every day, she poured her energy into work, slowly transforming pain into purpose, and growing into the leadership role she holds today.
Her path hasn’t been without challenges. As a woman in business, she’s faced professional hurdles and the quiet pressures that come with societal expectations. But each setback made her more focused, more determined, and more fearless. She’s built Salon Ministry into more than a workplace—it’s become a space of healing, empowerment, and inspiration for other women who see parts of themselves in her journey.
Jasleen’s inspiration comes from the everyday women who keep going—who survive, thrive, and smile through their storms. Outside her professional role, she’s a multi-passionate creator: writing blogs, travelling, exploring new cuisines, cooking at home, and making lifestyle content that celebrates the joy in ordinary moments.
Her message is clear and deeply lived: you can begin again. Pain doesn’t have to end you it can be the very foundation you rebuild on. And for Jasleen, every smile that leaves her salon is quiet proof that healing isn’t just for oneself it can make space for others to feel seen, held, and empowered.
Kiran Hiremath, Founder and Managing Director – Saiba Creations
Kiran Hiremath, founder and Managing Director of Saiba Creations, is the force behind one of India’s most loved designer saree labels — where heritage meets modern artistry. Her journey began not in fashion school but at home, watching her mother step out in elegant drapes that weren’t just garments, but symbols of grace and strength. That early influence planted the seeds of a lifelong passion.
Before launching her brand, Kiran worked with beauty giants like Revlon and L’Oréal, eventually joining CIE. It was here inspired by her devotion to Sai Baba and her habit of wearing sarees every Thursday that a new saree division was born under her leadership. She nurtured it for over 15 years while quietly building her own dream on the side. What began as curating sarees turned into creating magic blending authentic textiles from across India into one-of-a-kind masterpieces.
Her brand, Saiba Creations, is now a name known for its unbeatable artistry and commitment to individuality. Their signature belief One Woman, One Saree means no design is ever repeated. Every piece is custom-made, designed from scratch, and now loved not just across India, but globally.
Kiran is a Mumbai hustler, an incredible artist, and a self-taught relationship expert who weaves empathy into everything she does. Alongside raising her children and balancing work, she poured her heart into this dream lifted by the unwavering support of her husband Sangmesh (Raj) and the quiet strength of her siblings, who stood by her without pity, only pride.
Inspired by her late Navy father’s courage and her mother’s unshakable work ethic, Kiran continues to rise saree by saree wrapped in purpose, power, and an unbreakable belief in the beauty of individuality.
