The daughter of veteran actor Neena Gupta, Masaba embarked on her fashion journey at just 19, debuting with a collection at Lakme Fashion Week. Armed with a degree in Apparel Manufacturing and Design, she initially explored the world of dance, earning accolades in college.
Masaba’s innate flair for fashion, coupled with a passionate attitude, led her to recognize her true calling. Balancing creativity, commercial appeal, and functionality, she founded ‘House of Masaba,’ her eponymous label that has garnered widespread acclaim. Breaking barriers, she became the first Indian designer to host a fashion show on Instagram, showcasing her innovative approach.
Despite initial challenges, Masaba’s persistence and creative prowess have seen her collaborate with renowned fashion brands. From her inaugural collection at 19 to the establishment of ‘House of Masaba,’ her journey underscores the profound impact of persistence on the road to success.
Shubha Jain Sharma, Founder – Yellow Digital Media Solutions
Shubha Jain Sharma is the Founder of Yellow Digital Media Solutions, a digital marketing agency dedicated to helping brands build strong, meaningful, and purpose-driven online identities. With a focus on creativity, clarity, and impact, she has positioned Yellow as a trusted partner for businesses seeking to navigate the fast-evolving digital landscape with intention.
Her inclination toward marketing began early, but it was her Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, UK, that deepened her understanding of the field. When she returned to India, she recognized a gap in how small and medium businesses approached their digital presence. The industry was evolving rapidly, yet many brands lacked strategic guidance. She felt compelled to build an agency that didn’t just deliver results but worked with soul and purpose. That vision became the foundation of Yellow Digital Media Solutions.
Shubha’s entrepreneurial journey started four years ago, completely on her own — no team, just a clear vision and relentless determination. Through consistent effort, strategic growth, and the courage to keep evolving, Yellow grew steadily. Today, the agency has proudly served over 40 clients across multiple industries and is powered by a team of 15 talented professionals. Her journey has been one of learning, unlearning, and adapting each day to new challenges and opportunities.
Shubha draws inspiration from people who pursue excellence quietly — those who build with sincerity, intention, and kindness. That authenticity motivates her far more than loud success ever could. As a woman, one of her greatest challenges has been navigating the internal guilt and pressure to balance multiple roles flawlessly. Like many women, she has carried emotional and mental loads silently, learning that ambition and compassion for oneself must coexist. It is a balance she continues to work on, one day at a time.
Beyond her professional world, Shubha is deeply rooted in family life. She is supported by a wonderful husband and two young boys who are her strength, her sounding board, and occasionally her toughest critics. Outside work, she loves spending time with her family — playing sports, cooking meals, enjoying board games, or simply relaxing together. Cooking is her love language. She also enjoys playing padel, singing, and recently rediscovered her love for reading.
Shubha’s message to aspiring professionals is grounded in gratitude and growth: be thankful for where you are today, because every day is a stepping stone toward where you want to be. A strong team, she believes, is more than half the battle won — surround yourself with people who believe in your vision and bring integrity to their work.
Krupali Tadhani, Founder – Kuudesign
Krupali Tadhani is a Surat-based fashion designer with more than eight years of experience in the industry. A graduate of NIFD, she is the founder of Kuudesign, a home-grown label built from scratch—born out of creativity, resilience, and a belief that fashion should express who you are without a single word spoken.
Kuudesign focuses on transforming old garments into stylish, contemporary pieces such as gowns, lehengas, shararas, corsets, and occasion wear. Krupali’s vision extends beyond design—she is committed to reducing textile waste and giving fabrics a second life through thoughtful, sustainable redesign.
Her journey began with zero capital but endless ideas. Starting a brand without financial backing was challenging, but her determination kept her going. With no external support, she built her label step by step, turning struggle into strength and proving that passion can create possibilities. Her greatest inspiration remains her late father, whose guidance and belief continue to shape her path.
A key purpose behind Kuudesign is empowering bulky women who are often told what they “can’t” wear. Krupali challenges these stereotypes with personalised designs that celebrate every body type. Her message is simple: if you love fashion, you deserve to feel confident in it.
Today, Krupali stands as a proud, self-made entrepreneur—creating change, creating style, and creating space in fashion for every woman to feel seen, celebrated, and beautifully herself.
Dr. Harsha Assudani, Pedodontist & founder – Dr. Harsha’s Child Dental Centre for Children
Dr. Harsha Assudani is a Pedodontist and the founder of Dr. Harsha’s Child Dental Centre in the Chandigarh Tricity—an exclusive paediatric dental practice dedicated to children, adolescents, and those with special healthcare needs. Her clinic focuses on preventive dentistry, early intervention, and creating positive dental experiences, ensuring that oral problems are addressed before they become serious.
Her path into paediatric dentistry grew from a natural love for children and a deep interest in dental care for those with special needs. She envisioned a space where young patients feel safe, respected, and never fearful of the dentist’s chair. That vision became the foundation of her professional journey.
Dr. Assudani completed her BDS in Chandigarh and her MDS in Paediatric & Preventive Dentistry from Belgaum. Born in Ajmer and raised across Mumbai and Ahmedabad, her multicultural upbringing gave her the ability to connect effortlessly with families from all backgrounds. After gaining substantial clinical experience, she set her sights on opening a dental centre designed exclusively for kids and teens—one that blends science, empathy, creativity, and comfort. Today, her practice reflects exactly that, offering a calm, child-centric environment where young patients feel relaxed and parents feel heard.
As a mother to two energetic sons, she relates deeply to parents who arrive with anxious, curious, or highly active children. Motherhood sharpened her empathy and patience, allowing her to treat not just the child, but also the parent’s concerns. Throughout her journey, the unwavering support of her parents, in-laws, and husband has played a pivotal role in helping her build the practice she once dreamt of.
Children themselves remain her strongest inspiration—their innocence, trust, and resilience encourage her to keep innovating and improving every day. Like many women, she faced challenges in balancing roles, proving herself within a specialised field, and creating a niche practice from the ground up. Each hurdle, however, only strengthened her confidence as a doctor and entrepreneur.
Outside her clinical work, Dr. Assudani is passionate about spreading awareness on children’s oral health. She creates educational content, participates in community programs, advocates preventive dentistry, and enjoys sharing knowledge with parents and young learners. She also finds joy in travelling, cooking, singing, pursuing creative interests, and spending quality time with her family.
To aspiring professionals, her message is simple: stay patient, stay passionate, and stay consistent. Growth may feel slow, but every step matters. Believe in your vision even when only you can see it—when passion aligns with purpose, success follows naturally.
For Dr. Assudani, her success is a shared story. It is shaped by the trust of the children she treats, the confidence of the parents who walk through her doors, the guidance of mentors, and the steadfast support of her family. Every smile she helps create is a reminder of why she chose this path and a meaningful chapter in the journey she continues to build.
Esha Parekh Sheth, Founder – Ozeqo
Esha Parekh Sheth’s journey into fashion entrepreneurship began with a simple yet powerful idea born in her teenage years — she disliked repeating clothes and wanted to give each garment a fresh new look. Her early habit of upcycling outfits planted the seed for what would later become Ozeqo, a fashion label built on the concept of detachable add-ons and timeless, customizable design.
Founded in 2019 with just two people — a cutting master and a karigar — Ozeqo began as a true labour of love. Esha handled everything herself: from designing, marketing, PR, and logistics to building the website and managing customer service. What she didn’t know, she learned along the way. Her vision was clear — to craft garments for the wearer, not for mass production. By integrating technology, she made it possible for customers across the world to personalise their Ozeqo pieces based on their measurements and preferences, creating a seamless bridge between craftsmanship and convenience.
The path wasn’t easy — maintaining high-quality, affordable customisation with short delivery timelines demanded innovation and resilience. Yet, through perseverance and process refinement, Esha successfully built a sustainable, bootstrapped business that continues to thrive.
Esha draws her inspiration from homegrown brands and entrepreneurs who bring originality and passion to their work. She often tunes into podcasts to learn from their journeys and channel their lessons into her own growth.
As a new mother, she admits that balancing multiple roles has been her toughest challenge. Yet, she believes that motherhood has strengthened her — teaching her grit, determination, and the art of multitasking.
Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is grounded and empowering: embrace the power of broke. Learn every part of your business, stay curious, and keep evolving. For Esha, success lies in people — in serving customers with care and nurturing a team with heart. When both thrive, everything else naturally falls into place.
Shreya Dakshesh Mistry, Founder – 60Seconds
Shreya Dakshesh Mistry is the driving force behind 60Seconds, a guest management company that has earned a trusted reputation in India’s event and wedding industry. What began as a casual interest during her B.Com years at H.R. College in Mumbai quickly evolved into a career-defining passion when she joined EMDI. Her first on-ground assignment—the Lewis Hamilton race at BKC in 2011—introduced her to an industry she instantly knew she belonged to.
Over time, Shreya explored various verticals within the event ecosystem, but guest management resonated most deeply with her natural strengths. Her effortless ability to connect with people, anticipate needs, and solve problems on the move laid the foundation for 60Seconds, which she launched in 2018 with a clear, people-first philosophy.
Her journey, however, was anything but easy. Coming from a small town in Gujarat, she faced both industry skepticism and early hesitation at home. Her father viewed events as an unpredictable, glamorous field—especially for a woman. But Shreya’s conviction never wavered. As her dedication became evident, his support strengthened her resolve. Before establishing her company, she freelanced extensively, often hearing she wouldn’t last. Instead of being discouraged, she used those doubts as fuel and built 60Seconds from the ground up through sheer grit.
Today, her company manages high-profile weddings and corporate events across India and abroad. Her portfolio includes the weddings of Praful Patel’s son in Jaipur and Poorna Patel’s brother-in-law in Ahmedabad, along with large-scale events like IIFA, DCVMN for Poonawalla, and Anita Dongre’s ReWild launch with ICE Global. Her work has taken her across India and to destinations such as Dubai, Nepal, and Turkey. She also serves as a guest lecturer at WizMIME, guiding young aspirants entering the event industry.
Shreya draws inspiration from pioneering women in the field, her mentors, and the lessons embedded in day-to-day challenges. Navigating a demanding, male-dominated industry has shaped her into a leader who values integrity above everything else—ensuring she can look in the mirror each morning with pride.
Her message to aspiring professionals is grounded in realism: the events industry is far more than its glamour. It is demanding, unpredictable, and deeply rewarding only for those who approach it with genuine passion. Build meaningful relationships, stay adaptable, seek help when needed, and remain committed—because in an industry full of facades, authenticity and passion are what truly sustain you.
Dr. Priyanka Sakhavalkar, Founder – DiagnoSure Oral Medicine & Radiology Clinic
Oral Medicine and Radiology is a branch of dentistry dedicated to understanding and diagnosing complex mouth-related conditions before they become serious. It focuses on issues like chronic mouth ulcers, early signs of oral cancer, jaw joint pain (TMJ disorders), and nerve-related facial pain—conditions that often go unnoticed during regular dental visits. Early diagnosis not only saves lives but also improves patients’ quality of life, especially for those recovering from oral cancer or managing long-term oral diseases.
Dr. Priyanka Sakhavalkar, an Oral Medicine and Radiology Specialist, is the founder of DiagnoSure Oral Medicine & Radiology Clinic—North Maharashtra’s only center dedicated to advanced diagnostic oral healthcare. Her vision is to bring world-class diagnostic expertise and technology to her community, making specialized oral healthcare accessible to all.
Her journey began after completing her BDS and MDS in India, followed by advanced training in London, where she earned an MSc and later a PhD in Biomedical Imaging with a research focus on cancer detection. During her time abroad, she realized how limited India’s diagnostic infrastructure was in the field of oral medicine. This gap inspired her to create DiagnoSure—a center built on accuracy, awareness, and compassion.
Over the years, Dr. Sakhavalkar has received international recognition for her cancer research and academic excellence. Establishing DiagnoSure has allowed her to focus on early oral cancer detection, personalized care, and patient awareness. Her approach combines advanced imaging tools with a deep understanding of disease patterns—ensuring timely diagnosis and improved outcomes.
Beyond her clinical work, she continues to contribute to scientific research, publish in academic journals, and speak at national and international forums. She is also passionate about public education, encouraging regular screenings and promoting the role of oral medicine specialists in preventive healthcare.
Her message to young professionals is clear—pursue your passion with purpose, master your specialty, and never stop learning. For Dr. Sakhavalkar, DiagnoSure is more than a clinic—it is a mission to create healthier smiles and better lives through early diagnosis and informed care.

Archana Bamal, Fitness Expert
Archana Bamal’s journey is one of transformation, resilience, and purpose. A certified nutrition coach and transformation expert based in the UK, Archana has carved a niche for herself by helping busy professionals, mothers, and NRIs achieve lasting health and fitness results through simple, evidence-based practices.
A computer science engineer by education, Archana began her career in India’s fast-paced IT sector. But amid the corporate hustle, she witnessed firsthand how easily health can take a backseat when life gets busy — especially for working women and moms. This realization planted the seeds for a new passion. What began as personal curiosity soon evolved into a mission: helping others reclaim their health without giving up their careers or family life.
Her own journey into nutrition stemmed from personal struggles. After pregnancy and years of work-related stress, Archana faced the familiar battle of weight gain and exhaustion. She tried every trending diet and quick fix but found herself stuck in a cycle of frustration. It was only when she decided to study nutrition deeply that everything began to change.
Archana discovered that lasting health isn’t about deprivation or perfection — it’s about balance. She learned how to eat mindfully, enjoy her favorite foods, and still achieve her goals. This transformation became the foundation of her coaching philosophy: no extreme diets, no rigid rules, just realistic, sustainable habits that fit into real lives.
Today, as an expert coach at The Fit Bear, Archana helps clients across the globe achieve fat loss, better energy, and lifestyle balance. Her clients range from busy professionals to new mothers — all of whom she guides with empathy, discipline, and a deep understanding of real-world challenges.
Her mantra is simple yet powerful: “Sustainability always beats perfection.” Through small, consistent changes, she helps people rediscover confidence and control over their health.
Behind her success stands a strong personal support system. Archana credits her husband for being her pillar of strength through every phase — especially during moments when juggling motherhood, work, and self-care felt overwhelming. Her two children are her greatest motivation, inspiring her to stay active, happy, and fulfilled so she can be the kind of role model she wants them to look up to.
Balancing multiple roles, Archana continues to thrive as both an IT professional and a wellness coach. Her days are a seamless blend of work meetings, client consultations, school runs, meal preps, and moments of self-reflection. Whether she’s developing personalized fitness plans or creating content to inspire others, she does it all with passion and purpose.
Her message to aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs is heartfelt: “You don’t need to have everything figured out. Start small, stay consistent, and be patient. Progress takes time, but it’s worth it.”
For Archana, this is just the beginning. She envisions reaching more people through digital platforms and online coaching, helping them make informed choices about nutrition and fitness. Her ultimate goal is to redefine how people see health — not as a struggle, but as a lifelong relationship with balance and self-respect.
To her, true success isn’t measured by numbers on a scale or before-after photos. It’s reflected in the smiles of those who regain their confidence, energy, and joy. Through her work, Archana Bamal continues to inspire countless individuals to take charge of their well-being — one mindful step at a time.
