Dr. Ritu Khemani, Founder & Lead Physiotherapist – Recura Physio
Dr. Ritu Khemani is the Founder and Lead Physiotherapist at Recura Physio, where evidence-based rehabilitation meets personalised, compassionate care. Driven by a deep curiosity about how the human body heals, adapts, and performs, she built her career around the belief that recovery is not merely about relieving pain, but about restoring function, confidence, and quality of life.
Her journey into physiotherapy began during her academic training and early clinical exposure, where she recognised that meaningful rehabilitation extends beyond symptoms. This understanding shaped her purpose-driven approach—one that prioritises long-term outcomes, patient education, and individualised care over quick fixes.
Over the years, Dr. Khemani’s professional path has been defined by continuous learning and clinical evolution. Working with patients across age groups and conditions refined her rehabilitation strategies and strengthened her clinical reasoning. Founding Recura Physio was a natural progression—creating a space where personalised treatment plans, scientific rigour, and patient empowerment come together.
She draws inspiration from clinicians and entrepreneurs who balance scientific excellence with empathy, and from her patients, whose resilience and trust reaffirm her commitment to the profession every day.
As a woman entrepreneur in healthcare, Dr. Khemani has navigated challenges such as establishing authority, balancing professional growth with personal responsibilities, and overcoming societal expectations. These experiences strengthened her leadership, resilience, and confidence in her expertise.
Beyond her clinical practice, she actively engages in professional development and knowledge sharing within the physiotherapy community. She also prioritises fitness, mindfulness, and time with family, believing balance is essential to sustained excellence.
Dr. Khemani’s message to aspiring professionals is rooted in purpose and persistence: success is built through consistency, adaptability, and integrity. Starting small, learning continuously, and trusting one’s value are key to long-term growth.
For her, success is measured not by titles or recognition alone, but by impact. Helping individuals move better, live pain-free, and regain trust in their bodies is the true reward—and the journey, she believes, is still unfolding.
Dr. Bijna Kotak Dasani, Entrepreneur, Venture Capitalist & Venture Partner
Dr Bijna Kotak Dasani, MBE, FRSA, is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and venture partner with a career shaped by depth, discipline, and purposeful transition. With over two decades spent in global capital markets, she built a strong foundation in financial services before consciously pivoting into wealth management and venture capital. To support this shift, she undertook advanced venture capital qualifications and sought mentorship from senior peers in the ecosystem, allowing her to move into the sector with clarity and conviction.
Her professional journey reflects both strategic reinvention and sustained learning. Drawing from her experience in capital markets, Dr Dasani now works closely with high-growth ventures, investment committees, and advisory boards, contributing not just capital but long-term perspective. Her approach is anchored in diversification, scalability, and responsible expansion, shaped by years of operating within complex global financial systems.
Her greatest inspiration is her mother. As a British Indian woman of African descent, her mother’s life embodies the values of equality, resilience, and opportunity. She built an independent career, raised three children, and fostered a culture of education that resulted in a collective seven degrees across the family. Today, she continues to walk alongside Dr Dasani as a co-founder and business partner across multiple ventures, offering support that is both personal and professional.
Beyond her work, Dr Dasani places strong emphasis on inner balance and self-awareness. She engages in wellness practices, meditation, and mindful living, and finds joy in reading, theatre, music, and the arts. Time spent with family and friends remains central to her life, grounding her in connection and perspective.
To aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals, particularly women, Dr Dasani’s message is rooted in self-belief and preparation. She emphasises the importance of recognising one’s worth, investing in education, building strong support systems, and stepping confidently into leadership. She believes that while journeys are rarely linear, resilience, integrity, and continuous learning provide lasting direction.
For Dr Dasani, success is not measured solely by milestones or recognition. It is defined by impact, alignment with purpose, and the ability to give back meaningfully. Her story reflects a belief that when ambition is guided by values, it can contribute not just to personal growth, but to communities and nation-building as well.
Dr. Nishtha Gadkari, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Nishtha Gadkari is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, Facial Aesthetic Specialist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Reconnective Healer whose work bridges science, consciousness, and holistic healing. Her professional path has been guided by a deep fascination with the human body, not only in its anatomical precision but in its innate intelligence and capacity to heal. For her, surgery became a space of responsibility, devotion, and service, where skill and intention meet.
Trained as a maxillofacial surgeon, Dr. Gadkari has handled over 10,000 diverse surgical cases and contributed to prominent international journals. Alongside her rigorous clinical practice, she developed a growing awareness that healing outcomes vary significantly when the mind, emotions, and inner state are supported. This observation marked the beginning of a parallel inner journey that expanded her understanding beyond physical restoration.
Her curiosity led her to explore the subconscious mind, belief systems, and the foundational principles of energy, light, frequency, and vibration. Over time, she began to view the body not as a mechanical structure, but as an intelligent field that continuously responds to internal and external influences. This perspective drew her toward energy healing, and she was later initiated as a Reconnective Healer, an experience that profoundly transformed how she perceives health, life, and human connection.
As a woman in a demanding surgical field, Dr. Gadkari faced moments where she had to work harder to be acknowledged and trusted. Learning to rely on her inner voice while allowing her work to speak for itself was not always easy, but these experiences strengthened her resilience and deepened her empathy. She finds inspiration in women who walk their paths with quiet strength, alignment, and authenticity.
Beyond her professional roles, she continues to explore consciousness and healing through mindfulness and inner awareness. Her work today allows her to support patients not only clinically, but also emotionally and energetically, holding space for the whole person rather than isolated symptoms.
Her message to aspiring professionals is rooted in alignment and integrity. She believes success is not defined by speed or comparison, but by mastering one’s craft, staying consistent, and allowing growth to unfold naturally. Discipline and intuition, she feels, are most powerful when they work together.
At the core of her journey is a belief in compassion, self-ownership, and interconnectedness. Dr. Gadkari sees herself as an instrument of universal intelligence, working through science as a surgeon and through awareness as a subconscious and energy healer, with the intention of integrating mind, body, and soul in everything she does.
Shweta Khurana, Founder – Molly Moo Icecreams
Shweta Khurana is the force behind Molly Moo Icecreams, a brand that has carved its own space in India’s premium dessert landscape. Headquartered in Jaipur, Molly Moo was born in 2017 out of Shweta’s instinctive understanding that indulgence could be joyful without being excessive. Her vision was simple yet ambitious: to create ice creams that felt honest, celebratory, and thoughtfully crafted for both everyday enjoyment and high-end occasions.
What started as a single venture quickly evolved into a name trusted for large-scale celebrations. Today, Molly Moo has been a part of some of the country’s most high-profile weddings, including the widely talked-about Udaipur wedding that captured national attention. The brand’s reach now spans across India, with active presence in cities such as Goa, Bengaluru, Raipur, and multiple other locations, firmly establishing it as a national player.
Shweta’s entrepreneurial approach is deeply shaped by a principle she grew up with: no challenge is without a solution. That mindset became especially critical while scaling the brand across regions. Managing temperature-sensitive logistics across long distances, controlling rising transportation costs, and delivering the same taste and texture every single time demanded precision and discipline. She focused on building strong local teams, investing early in operational systems, and balancing regional sourcing without compromising on pricing or standards. Live event execution left no room for mistakes, yet Molly Moo continued to deliver with consistency.
At the heart of Shweta’s journey is her family. The constant encouragement of her father and husband has allowed her to take decisive risks while balancing the many roles she plays as a business leader, wife, and mother. In a space where leadership often demands visibility, she believes in being present, involved, and hands-on at every level.
Outside work, Shweta finds grounding in social initiatives, mythology, reading, and podcasts. Her advice to young founders is candid: growth is not defined by smooth wins but by how one moves through setbacks. Progress comes from staying the course and building strength one step at a time.
Prathana Ajmani, CEO Armour Entertainment & Co-Founder CXA (Cornerstone x Armour)
Prarthana Ajmani is the CEO of Armour Entertainment & Co-Founder, CXA (Cornerstone x Armour), India’s leading talent management companies she built on the principles of trust, strategy, and long term value creation. With over 17 years of experience in the entertainment and talent management industry, she is known for representing and advising some of India’s most prominent celebrities, with a sharp focus on career strategy, brand partnerships, and sustainable talent positioning.
Prarthana’s entry into the industry was driven by a natural fascination with people, brands, and storytelling. Early in her career, she identified a critical gap in how talent was being represented, where relationships were often transactional rather than strategic. This insight shaped her vision to create a more thoughtful, future focused model of talent management, ultimately leading to the founding of Armour Entertainment.
Her professional journey has been one of constant learning, reinvention, and resilience. Having worked across multiple facets of the entertainment ecosystem, Prarthana developed a deep understanding of how talent, culture, and brands intersect. Over time, Armour has grown into a trusted name, respected for its integrity-driven approach and long term thinking. While the journey has not been linear, every challenge has strengthened the clarity and conviction with which the company operates today.
One of Prarthana’s key inspirations has been Hrithik Roshan, not only as an artist but as a professional. Working closely with him offered her a firsthand view of discipline, humility, consistency, and the power of continuous self-improvement. His approach to reinvention, fitness, and resilience has deeply influenced her understanding of long-term success.
As a woman in a largely male-dominated business and entertainment environment, Prarthana faced moments where her authority was questioned and decisions were second guessed. Over time, she learned that credibility is built through consistency, integrity, and results. Backing her instincts and standing firm in her values has been central to navigating these challenges.
Beyond work, fitness plays an important role in her life, helping her stay disciplined and mentally strong. She is also a proud mother of two, a role she considers one of her greatest teachers. In quieter moments, she enjoys sketching as a creative outlet and draws strength from spirituality and gratitude.
Her message to aspiring professionals is simple yet firm: be patient with your journey and uncompromising with your values. True success, she believes, is built on credibility and relationships, not shortcuts.
For Prarthana Ajmani, success is not measured by visibility alone but by trust. Being entrusted with people’s careers and futures is the real achievement and with that belief, she continues to build Armour Entertainment into a global, future-forward talent management company.

Riddhi Mehta, Founder – Artscape by Riddhi Mehta
Riddhi Mehta is an artist and the founder of Artscape by Riddhi Mehta, a contemporary art studio recognised for its modern, minimal, and spiritually grounded works created for residential and commercial spaces.
Art was never part of Riddhi’s original roadmap. Trained as a CFA, she began her career in the corporate sector, working across corporate finance, debt restructuring, real estate, and compliance. This phase of her life instilled discipline, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of business fundamentals, shaping the way she approaches her work even today.
Her first step into entrepreneurship came through Heirloom Tales, a bootstrapped startup she built from the ground up. From strategy and execution to accounting, social media, and even UX and UI design, Riddhi managed every aspect independently. Despite its strong intent, the venture launched ahead of its time and struggled to gain sustainable traction, eventually leading her to shut it down. While difficult, this experience became a defining chapter that strengthened her resilience and clarified her perspective on growth and timing.
It was during this period of transition that art entered her life unexpectedly. What began as a spontaneous decision to attend a short workshop in texture and resin art gradually evolved into a deeply personal form of expression. Without planning for it, Riddhi discovered a creative language that resonated with her inner world, eventually guiding her toward a full-fledged artistic practice.
Her work today draws from lived experience, inner shifts, silence, and emotional resilience. Transitioning from a corporate background into the creative space came with its own challenges, including being taken seriously and balancing personal responsibilities while building something independently. Yet, she describes the journey as one of quiet empowerment.
Outside her studio practice, Riddhi enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is deeply observant of everyday moments, many of which subconsciously translate into her art. Music remains a constant companion, offering grounding, focus, and creative alignment.
For Riddhi, success is defined by alignment rather than milestones. She will be showcasing her work at the India Art Fair, Booth 74, from 30 January to 1 February.
Rebecca Dewan, Fashion Designer, Founder – Dreamyowl
Rebecca Dewan is a fashion designer and the founder of Dreamyowl, an affordable luxury fashion brand built on comfort, inclusivity, and timeless style. Her passion for clothing led her into the fashion industry years ago, where she first launched a couture label under her own name. Like many creative ventures, her journey faced an unexpected pause during the Covid pandemic, leading to the closure of her couture brand.
Rather than stepping away, Rebecca chose to begin again. During Covid, she co-founded Dreamyowl with her sisters, Aarti and Jyoti, with a clear vision to create an all-size-inclusive brand that offered comfortable, well-designed clothing at accessible prices. The idea was rooted in creating fashion that every woman could relate to, wear with ease, and feel confident in.
Nearly five years since its inception, Dreamyowl has grown into a globally catering brand, offering co-ord sets, shirts, dresses, and nightwear through both online and offline platforms. Despite early challenges in production and sourcing the right artisans, the brand has emerged stronger with a dedicated team and a commitment to introducing fresh designs every week. Today, Dreamyowl stands as a one-stop destination for trendy, affordable luxury.
Rebecca draws her greatest inspiration from her mother, whose unwavering support encouraged her through every phase of her journey. Beyond fashion, she is a mother and grandmother who values family deeply and finds creative inspiration while traveling across the world. Nature, culture, and lived experiences often find their way into her designs, giving them authenticity and soul.
Rebecca Dewan believes that it is never too late to follow one’s passion and dreams. Taking the first step, trusting the process, and believing in oneself can open doors to possibilities beyond imagination.
Sidanta Goggate, Founder – Eka Tattva
Sidanta Goggate is a Conscious Fertility & Garbha Sanskar Coach and the founder of Eka Tattva, a space dedicated to restoring awareness, preparation, and sacred responsibility in the journey of conception. Her work bridges modern understanding of the body with ancient Vedic wisdom, offering a deeply integrative approach to fertility and conscious parenthood.
Sidanta’s path into this work was not accidental—it emerged from her own inner healing and growth. Through years of observation, study, and lived experience, she became acutely aware of the silent suffering carried by women and couples facing fertility challenges, repeated failures, and emotional exhaustion. What stood out to her was not just the physical struggle, but the absence of preparation at the level of mind, emotions, and consciousness. Her calling became clear after her initiation by her guru, transforming her profession into a sacred responsibility rather than a conventional career.
At the heart of her work lies Garbha Daan, her signature program. For Sidanta, Garbha Daan is not a service—it is a conscious, structured pre-conception journey. Instead of intervening after problems arise, she guides couples before pregnancy, focusing on readiness rather than rescue. The process is deeply personalised and unfolds step by step, addressing physical imbalances, emotional blocks, mental belief systems, and lifestyle rhythms. Many women enter this journey carrying chronic stress, spinal issues, fear, grief, or repeated disappointment. The first phase is about restoring trust in the body and stability within.
Once readiness is established, the journey moves into intentional conception—aligning daily routines, emotional hygiene, thought patterns, and sacred intention. Sidanta remains closely involved through the conception window and early pregnancy, offering guidance, reassurance, and emotional anchoring so the woman is never left to navigate uncertainty alone.
For Sidanta, Garbha Sanskar is not ritual alone. It is a living practice—how a woman thinks, responds to fear, and perceives herself. The child absorbs the mother’s inner state long before words or actions. Her work focuses on cultivating strength, clarity, and calm, recognising that extraordinary beings are outcomes of conscious preparation, not accidents.
Sidanta’s philosophy does not reject modern medicine; rather, it questions haste. She observed how both systems—medical and social—often rush toward intervention while bypassing preparation. Garbha Daan exists in the forgotten space before escalation, advocating patience, responsibility, and awareness. It is not anti-medicine, but pro-consciousness.
Her vision extends beyond individual families. Sidanta speaks of Supraja—children who are consciously conceived, emotionally resilient, physically healthy, and value-rooted. In a time when emotional fragility is rising and resilience is declining, she believes the issue is not upbringing alone, but the ignored foundation of pre-conception and early pregnancy. Strong societies, she believes, are built first through prepared mothers, not policies.
Outside her work, Sidanta values solitude and intentional community. She writes, sings, researches, and travels, allowing depth and rest to guide her rhythm. Her message is simple yet uncompromising: not everything that grows fast grows well. Integrity compounds. Depth sustains. Rest is strategy.
Sidanta does not define success by numbers or outcomes. For her, success will come when couples pause before creation—when pregnancy is chosen consciously, not arrived at accidentally. When preparation is valued as much as birth. Until conscious conception becomes the norm, she believes the work remains unfinished. Because the true miracle of Garbha Daan is not a single conception—it is a shift in collective consciousness.
