Their journeys are not just stories of success, but powerful testaments to resilience, purpose, and the transformative impact of women who lead with conviction.

Masaba Gupta, Founder – House of Masaba

Masaba Gupta, renowned as one of India’s foremost fashion designers, has carved an inspiring path in the industry, overcoming challenges tied to her mixed heritage with unwavering determination. The daughter of veteran actor Neena Gupta, Masaba embarked on her fashion journey at just 19, debuting with a collection at Lakme Fashion Week. Armed with a degree in Apparel Manufacturing and Design, she initially explored the world of dance, earning accolades in college.

Masaba’s innate flair for fashion, coupled with a passionate attitude, led her to recognize her true calling. Balancing creativity, commercial appeal, and functionality, she founded ‘House of Masaba,’ her eponymous label that has garnered widespread acclaim. Breaking barriers, she became the first Indian designer to host a fashion show on Instagram, showcasing her innovative approach.

Despite initial challenges, Masaba’s persistence and creative prowess have seen her collaborate with renowned fashion brands.

Dr. Mohini Daultani, Periodontist & Implantologist

Dr. Mohini Daultani is an MDS Gold Medalist, Periodontist and Implantologist, with an Associate Fellowship in Laser Dentistry from WCLI, USA. With over 15 years of clinical experience, she specializes in advanced gum surgeries using both scalpel and laser techniques, and in placing dental implants to restore missing teeth. Her expertise lies in enhancing the “pink aesthetics” of the smile, bringing health and harmony to the gums that frame every confident expression.

Her fascination with dentistry began at a young age. Inspired by her family dentist, she developed a deep admiration for the profession. Although she secured a merit rank in the CET that qualified her for MBBS, she made a determined decision to pursue dentistry instead. Her goal was clear from the beginning. She wanted to add smiles to people’s lives.

Dr. Mohini comes from a family with no medical background. Becoming a doctor was her childhood dream, driven purely by passion and dedication. Serving people and contributing meaningfully to their lives was always her purpose. She studied tirelessly to turn that dream into reality.

Her greatest inspiration has been her mother. Married at the age of 20 and unable to complete her own education, her mother carried dreams that Dr. Mohini ultimately fulfilled. Seeing the pride and joy in her mother’s eyes remains one of her most meaningful achievements.

She completed her Master’s degree in 2016 and soon discovered her passion for teaching surgical procedures. For over a decade, she has been mentoring and training dentists in periodontal and laser surgeries. To date, she has trained more than 5,000 dentists, helping them enhance their clinical skills in gum and laser treatments. She has also been invited as a keynote speaker at the GCOI Implant Conference 2025, reflecting her standing as a respected educator and expert in her field.

Her contributions to dentistry have earned her national recognition. In 2024, she received the “Best Periodontist of the Year” award at the Famdent Excellence Dental Awards. In 2025, she was honored with the prestigious “Superstar Award,” often referred to as the dental Oscar, by Famdent Excellence Dental Awards. She was also featured on the cover page of Beyond Science Magazine for her significant contribution to dentistry.

Dr. Mohini’s journey began in the small town of Karad near Kolhapur, where higher education was not always a visible path. Through her mother’s encouragement and her own unwavering determination, she built a career that stands as an example of perseverance and excellence.

Beyond dentistry, she is also an artist who loves sketching and painting. Art serves as her emotional outlet, allowing her to express her thoughts on canvas.

For Dr. Mohini, life extends beyond professional success. She believes life is short and should be lived with love, purpose, and gratitude. Helping and guiding others gives her a sense of fulfillment that words cannot describe. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: continue doing good deeds, grow together, and uplift others along the way.

Her journey reflects not just professional achievement, but the transformation of dreams into legacy.

Rashmeet Kaur Gupta, Nutritionist and Integrative Health Coach

Rashmeet Kaur Gupta is a Nutritionist and Integrative Health Coach who believes deeply in the healing power of food.

With a natural inclination toward biology and chemistry, she was always drawn to the medical and health sciences. Over time, her understanding evolved beyond theory. She began to see food not merely as fuel or a tool for weight loss, but as powerful medicine capable of healing, preventing disease, and restoring balance. That belief became the foundation of her career.

Her journey so far has been both fulfilling and continuously evolving. She considers herself a lifelong learner, constantly upgrading her knowledge to better serve her clients. The most rewarding part of her work is witnessing transformation. Watching people improve their health reports, manage lifestyle disorders, regain energy, and rebuild confidence in their bodies brings her a deep sense of purpose.

Rashmeet draws inspiration from individuals across different walks of life who demonstrate discipline, resilience, and integrity. As a woman, balancing the roles of professional, entrepreneur, and mother has not always been easy. Managing responsibilities at home while building a meaningful career required structure, sacrifice, and emotional strength. However, these challenges strengthened her resilience and grounded her in her purpose.

Beyond her profession, she is a full time mother to two boys, a role she values deeply and considers equally important.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals is clear and practical. Be consistent. Stay disciplined. Keep learning. In fields that directly impact people’s lives, prioritize quality over quantity. Growth built on integrity sustains longer and creates real value.

For Rashmeet, success is not defined by numbers alone. It is measured by impact. Changing lives, building trust, and creating ethical, meaningful work that genuinely helps people heal and grow is her true definition of achievement.

Dr. Poorwa Sharma, Founder – CosmoSkulpt Aesthetic & Cosmetic Surgery Clinic

Dr. Poorwa Sharma is the owner of CosmoSkulpt Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery Clinic and a Maxillofacial Surgeon with a strong focus on aesthetic and cosmetic procedures. Her decision to enter this field was deeply personal and purpose driven. She has always been inspired by the powerful connection between inner confidence and outer appearance. For her, aesthetic medicine is not about altering faces, but about helping individuals feel aligned with how they see themselves. It is about enhancing natural beauty in a subtle, respectful, and meaningful way.

At CosmoSkulpt, Dr. Poorwa blends medical science with artistic vision. She approaches every case with precision, ethics, and transparency, believing that patient trust is the foundation of her work. To her, cosmetic surgery is a responsibility. It demands honesty, skill, and the sensitivity to understand each individual beyond the procedure.

Her journey, however, was far from easy. It was difficult, uncomfortable, and at times confrontational. She had to make hard choices and stand firm in a patriarchal environment where societal norms often tried to define her limits. She describes it as a tough battle, but one she chose consciously. Being strong headed was not an accident, it was a necessity. She reached where she is today because she refused to listen to doubts and consistently chose to believe in herself.

Beyond her profession, Dr. Poorwa lives a multidimensional life. She is a full time mother, a horse rider, and a trained Bharatanatyam dancer. She enjoys painting and actively seeks experiences that push her beyond her comfort zone, including paragliding and bungee jumping. Adventure, creativity, and discipline all shape her personality just as much as surgery does.

Her message is direct and powerful: believe in yourself. Nothing else matters.

Rhea Vesuwala, Content creator, professional dance theatre teacher & choreographer

Rhea Vesuwala is a content creator, professional dance theatre teacher, and choreographer who has built a career at the intersection of performing arts and digital storytelling. She creates beauty and lifestyle content across social media while also choreographing performances and designing dance concepts for sangeets, weddings, corporate events, and stage shows.

Dance has always been an integral part of her life, making choreography a natural extension of who she is. Social media, on the other hand, began as a creative outlet. She started by sharing glimpses of her life, beauty routines, and everyday experiences. Gradually, she discovered that digital platforms could be more than self-expression. They could become a professional avenue. Over time, her two passions blended seamlessly, allowing her to shape a career that reflects both artistry and authenticity.

Her journey has been entirely self-built. Through experimentation, patience, and consistency, she grew her platform by prioritising relatability over perfection. After becoming a mother, her content naturally evolved. She began sharing real, practical insights about lifestyle and postpartum experiences, creating a deeper connection with her audience. Today, she balances two creative worlds, performing arts and digital content, which keeps her work dynamic and fulfilling.

Rhea draws inspiration from women who carve their own paths and remain authentic in their pursuits. As a woman, especially after motherhood, managing time, energy, and expectations has been one of her greatest challenges. Creative careers demand flexibility, while social media requires consistency. Learning to set boundaries and resist the pressure of appearing perfect online has been a significant part of her growth.

Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted full-time mother. She also enjoys studying branding and audience psychology, helping others understand how social media can be used intentionally rather than for validation alone.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple yet powerful. Start before you feel ready. Confidence is built through action. Stay consistent, remain authentic, and focus on creating value. For Rhea, success is not one milestone but the ongoing process of building something meaningful while continuing to grow as a person.

Krishika Agicha, Nutrition educator, Glucose Management Advocate

Krishika Agicha, widely known as Glucogal, is a nutrition educator, glucose management advocate, and digital health content creator dedicated to simplifying metabolic science for everyday life. Through her platform Glucogal, she makes blood sugar management accessible using tools such as continuous glucose monitoring, food data analysis, and practical lifestyle strategies.

Her work primarily supports women between 35 and 60, helping them understand how glucose impacts energy, hormones, mood, weight, and long-term health. For Krishika, glucose literacy is not a trend. It is empowerment.

Her journey began with curiosity rather than diagnosis. She started experimenting with continuous glucose monitoring on herself, not because she had diabetes, but because she wanted to understand how everyday factors such as food, stress, sleep, and workouts influence blood sugar. What surprised her most was how even foods labelled healthy caused unexpected glucose spikes. Curiosity led to research. Research led to education. From self-experimentation and data-driven insight, Glucogal was born with the mission to remove fear around food and replace it with clarity.

Her journey has been both scientific and deeply personal. When she began, conversations around glucose were largely limited to diabetes. Discussions linking blood sugar to energy, hormones, inflammation, fertility, mental focus, and longevity were still niche. She built her platform from scratch, sharing honest CGM graphs, Indian RDA breakdowns, label decoding, lifestyle strategies, and real-life food experiments.

Today, she collaborates with health-focused brands and leads a growing community that values evidence over trends. Yet her biggest learning has remained simple. People do not need perfection. They need clarity.

An early inspiration in her journey has been Jessie Inchauspé, known as the Glucose Goddess. Observing how complex metabolic science could be translated into simple and practical guidance reinforced Krishika’s belief that education, when done responsibly, can transform lives.

As a woman in the health space, credibility has not always come easily. Simplifying science can invite criticism for being too basic. Going deep into data can lead to claims that it is too complicated. There is also unspoken pressure in the wellness industry to look a certain way to be considered credible, a standard she strongly rejects. For her, health is metabolic, not aesthetic.

Balancing entrepreneurship, content creation, and motherhood as a mother of two has required strong boundaries and discipline. It has also given her a deeper understanding of the women she serves.

Outside her professional work, Krishika is deeply committed to fitness and performance. She trains regularly, runs marathons, and experiments with recovery and metabolic tools. For her, fitness is not about burning calories but about supporting hormones, mental health, and longevity. Her family remains her anchor and motivation to build a healthier future.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs and wellness professionals is clear. Build depth before you build noise. Knowledge is a stronger asset than aesthetics. She encourages those entering the wellness space to respect science, stay transparent, avoid overselling results, and reject fear-based marketing. Especially for women, she believes intelligence does not need to be diluted to be accepted. Expertise, boundaries, and pace must be owned with confidence. Consistency will always outlast virality.

Akshita Chheda, Mrs. Maharashtra 2025

Akshita Chheda is a qualified Cost Accountant who has successfully balanced the structured world of finance with the dynamic space of travel, fashion, food, and lifestyle content creation.

While building her professional foundation in finance, she always carried a deep passion for travel, styling, exploring cafés, and storytelling. What began as casually sharing moments and memories on social media gradually transformed into something more meaningful. She realized that creativity was not just a hobby but an essential part of her identity. That realization marked the beginning of her journey into content creation.

Her path has been one of growth and reinvention. Moving from the analytical discipline of cost accounting into the expressive world of digital content required courage and clarity. Along the way, she also earned the title of Mrs. Maharashtra 2025 – Mrs. Confidence, a milestone that symbolized her evolution both personally and professionally. The strategic thinking and discipline she developed in finance now play a key role in managing her personal brand with structure and professionalism.

Akshita draws inspiration from every woman who dares to take a step for herself. Transitioning from a secure career path to a creative field came with its share of doubts and societal expectations. However, she believes that growth begins outside one’s comfort zone. Each challenge strengthened her confidence and reaffirmed her belief in herself.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she loves traveling, discovering new cuisines, styling outfits, and staying updated with branding and digital trends. Continuous learning and self improvement remain central to her journey.

Her message to others is clear: do not be afraid to challenge yourself. Your degree does not define your destiny. You either win or you learn, but you never truly fail.

For Akshita, her story is still a work in progress. Success, to her, means evolving constantly and keeping the inner fire alive.

With over 20 years in the design industry, her journey has been marked by continuous learning and bold decisions. She explored multiple dimensions of the field, including teaching, which gave her deep fulfillment, and business development for renowned furniture and architectural firms, which strengthened her strategic understanding. Hands-on project execution sharpened her practical expertise and grounded her creativity in real-world application.

Despite diverse experiences, she always knew her true calling was to design spaces that influence everyday living. Eventually, she took the leap to build her own studio, a platform where vision meets execution and ideas translate into meaningful environments.

Her inspiration stems from the belief that design has the power to transform lives. She is also motivated by resilient women who carve their own paths despite limitations. Working in a site-intensive and male-dominated industry brought its share of challenges. From being underestimated in boardrooms to asserting authority on construction sites, she had to rely on courage and consistency. Over time, her knowledge, professionalism, and results earned respect that once had to be asserted.

Beyond her studio, Nikunj is passionate about mentoring young designers and contributing to the design community. She values family time deeply, drawing strength and balance from it.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is clear. Dream boldly but work relentlessly. Talent may open doors, but discipline sustains success. Do not wait for perfect timing. Start, adapt, and grow. Success, for her, is not defined by scale but by impact, the trust of clients, the transformation of spaces, and the fulfillment of building something meaningful from the ground up.
