Masaba Gupta, Founder – House of Masaba

Masaba Gupta, renowned as one of India’s foremost fashion designers, has carved an inspiring path in the industry, overcoming challenges tied to her mixed heritage with unwavering determination. The daughter of veteran actor Neena Gupta, Masaba embarked on her fashion journey at just 19, debuting with a collection at Lakme Fashion Week. Armed with a degree in Apparel Manufacturing and Design, she initially explored the world of dance, earning accolades in college.

Masaba’s innate flair for fashion, coupled with a passionate attitude, led her to recognize her true calling. Balancing creativity, commercial appeal, and functionality, she founded ‘House of Masaba,’ her eponymous label that has garnered widespread acclaim. Breaking barriers, she became the first Indian designer to host a fashion show on Instagram, showcasing her innovative approach.

Despite initial challenges, Masaba’s persistence and creative prowess have seen her collaborate with renowned fashion brands.

Jharna Dhar, CEO – ISAAC Luxe

Jharna Dhar is the CEO of ISAAC Luxe, a luxury aesthetic wellness brand known for advanced skin, hair, and body treatments delivered through a highly personalized and premium client experience. Her leadership blends clinical excellence with strategic vision, ensuring that every client journey is defined by both effectiveness and comfort.

Her entry into the aesthetic wellness industry began over two decades ago, at a time when the sector was still in its formative years in India. What initially started as curiosity gradually transformed into a long-term professional commitment. Through continuous learning and hands-on involvement across different facets of the industry, she built a deep understanding of both the science and business of aesthetic wellness.

Her journey has been profoundly shaped by her early life experiences. Growing up in Srinagar and later navigating the realities of displacement instilled in her a powerful sense of resilience, adaptability, and emotional strength. These formative experiences became the foundation of her leadership style, allowing her to approach both challenges and opportunities with clarity and composure.

Professionally, Jharna has worked across multiple organizations within the aesthetics and wellness space, gaining a holistic perspective on operations, client service, and business growth. This extensive experience eventually led her to ISAAC Luxe, where she has focused on scaling the brand thoughtfully while preserving the values of consistency, trust, and uncompromising quality across every touchpoint.

The ability to navigate uncertainty and convert setbacks into stepping stones has been a defining force in her professional evolution. As a woman leading in an emerging and rapidly evolving industry, she faced the challenge of building credibility in a space that lacked structured pathways in its early years. Much of her learning was self-driven, but these very experiences strengthened her leadership philosophy and reinforced the importance of perseverance and vision.

Beyond her core professional role, she remains deeply committed to continuous learning and staying aligned with global industry advancements. She is equally passionate about mentoring teams, building cultures rooted in integrity and collaboration, and promoting informed, responsible approaches to aesthetic wellness.

Alongside her professional achievements, she is also a devoted mother of two, balancing her leadership journey with the responsibilities of family life.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is clear: focus on building something meaningful rather than simply following trends. Sustainable success comes from patience, resilience, continuous learning, and surrounding yourself with the right people.

For Jharna Dhar, success is not defined solely by numbers or scale. It lies in building trust, delivering genuine value, and creating a brand that people can rely on. To her, every experience, whether difficult or rewarding, contributes to the larger journey, and it is the response to those moments that ultimately shapes both leadership and legacy.

Priya Chaphekar, Holistic Wellness Facilitator, Founder – Priyog Wellness

Priya Chaphekar is a holistic wellness facilitator and the founder of Priyog Wellness, as well as the co-founder of Mind & Mat Co. Her work goes beyond traditional yoga, creating spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, emotions and energy in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Her journey into yoga was not a defined starting point but a gradual unfolding. What began as simply showing up on the mat evolved into a deeper understanding of movement, awareness and presence. Over time, this practice shaped how she understands people, energy and even intuitive modalities like sound and tarot. For her, yoga is not separate from life. It is a lens through which she listens, observes and holds space without rushing to fix.

Her path has been built through continuous learning, observation and experience rather than a fixed structure. Teaching over fifty students daily, she has come to see that yoga is as much about psychology as it is about posture. Each student brings a different need, some come to learn, some to feel seen and others without knowing why. Her role is to meet them where they are and guide them with patience and awareness.

Inspired deeply by BKS Iyengar, her teaching approach focuses on alignment, use of props and slowing down rather than rushing through movements. She believes staying longer in a posture allows both the body and mind to settle naturally.

Her work often extends beyond yoga into bodywork, sound therapy and intuitive practices, all woven together based on what a person needs in that moment.

For Priya, success is not defined by visibility but by trust. It lies in the small moments when someone feels lighter, more aware or chooses to return to the practice again. Her journey continues to be rooted in curiosity, depth and the quiet impact of showing up consistently.

Meera Singh, Garbhsanskar & Lactation coach

Meera Singh is a Garbhsanskar and lactation coach whose work is deeply rooted in personal experience, compassion, and emotional understanding. Her journey began during her first pregnancy amidst the peak of COVID — a phase filled with uncertainty, major life transitions, and emotional challenges. Being away from her parents while adapting to a new family environment shaped her perspective on the importance of emotional well-being during pregnancy and motherhood. During this time, she began sharing informative and relatable content through Instagram and YouTube, which resonated deeply with many women navigating similar experiences.

What started as simple conversations soon turned into a sense of purpose. Encouraged by her husband, she pursued formal training in Garbhsanskar and began her practice just two months after the birth of her daughter.
Her approach is centered on providing emotional support, clarity and guidance to expecting mothers, helping them navigate pregnancy with awareness rather than confusion or fear.

For Meera, the intention is clear. Every pregnant woman deserves to feel heard, supported and informed. She believes that women should have access to the right knowledge about their bodies instead of relying on myths or overwhelming online information. Through her work, she aims to create a safe and reassuring space for mothers during one of the most transformative phases of their lives.

Her greatest inspiration is her mother, whose strength, resilience and selflessness have shaped her outlook. She credits her family, especially her husband and children, for being her constant support system.

Beyond her profession, Meera is a proud mother of two daughters and values the balance she has created between her personal and professional life.

Her message to women is simple but powerful. Marriage and motherhood are not limitations. With belief, consistency and the courage to grow, it is possible to build a path that honors both your responsibilities and your ambitions.

Mehak Nanda works, Learning and Development Expert

Mehak Nanda works in the Learning and Development space, where she co creates training programs for corporates and organizations based on Indian Epics. Along with her husband Rishi, she is the co author of the books Break Your Leadership Chakravyuh and The Story of Dharma Adharma Mahabharata Part 1, with Part 2 set to release in May 2026. They are also the co founders of Nibhish The Epic Game, a series of card and board games based on the Ramayan, Mahabharata, Shri Krishna, and the Bhagwad Gita. Mehak is actively involved in content design, storytelling perspectives, and participates in panel discussions and stage shows.

Her journey into this space began in 2011, when her husband made a bold decision to quit his job after asking himself a powerful question: What do I give my daughter beyond money? That question led to years of searching for purpose. Though the early phase was emotionally and financially challenging, Mehak stood by him with unwavering faith. Every night they would sit together, discuss ideas, reflect on dreams, and explore deeper meanings of life.

After nearly two years of uncertainty, Rishi found direction through the Bhagwad Gita and Indian Epics. What others saw as confusion, Mehak recognized as purpose unfolding. By 2015, they formally stepped into storytelling, writing, and corporate learning together. Over the last 11 years, they have conducted more than 3,000 workshops, reached over 1,00,000 participants, worked across 25 plus industries, delivered sessions in 100 plus Indian cities, and engaged participants from 15 plus countries. They have also conducted management sessions for 1,000 plus students annually since 2017 at Shree Balaji Society Institute, Pune. Rishi has delivered 300 + sessions for corporate entities. Along with Rishi, Mehak also hosts a television show Break Your Chakravyuh and performs the stage show Raas Leela The Divine Musical Saga.

For Mehak, inspiration now comes from surrendering to a divine cause. Challenges, whether financial, emotional, or social, were never viewed as obstacles but as phases of growth. She believes that struggle refines purpose and deepens spiritual understanding.

Beyond work, she balances family life with her teenage children Kiara and Parth, manages responsibilities in a joint family, and continues designing content for sessions. She enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is clear. Do not make impulsive decisions. Build strong determination, follow disciplined processes, and understand that professional success comes with personal cost. Stay focused on purpose, remain humble, show gratitude, and always give back to those who supported your journey.

Dt. Nidhi Sawhney, Nutritionist & Dietitian, Founder – Nutriadvice

Dt. Nidhi Sawhney is a Nutritionist and Dietitian, and the founder of Nutriadvice, a practice built on the belief that the right food choices can transform health, restore confidence, and improve quality of life. Her work is rooted in one simple yet powerful mission: helping people heal themselves through sustainable nutrition and mindful eating habits.

Her decision to enter the field of nutrition came from witnessing firsthand how poor eating habits quietly affect long-term health. She wanted to be the person who could guide others toward better choices and empower them to take control of their well-being through food.

Her journey has been a testament to consistency over shortcuts. She began her career as an intern in 2002, laying the foundation for her expertise. However, after marriage, life circumstances required her to take a pause and place her career on hold. Instead of seeing this as an end, she treated it as a phase.

In 2012, she restarted her professional journey as a visiting dietitian across 2–3 dispensaries in South Delhi. Her genuine care, practical advice, and patient-focused approach quickly led to strong word-of-mouth recognition, which became the catalyst for the launch of her own clinic, Nutriadvice, the same year. Since then, her journey has reflected continuous learning, adaptability, resilience, and a deep passion for helping others live healthier lives.

Like many women, her path was shaped by changing expectations after marriage, where family responsibilities, home management, and daily duties often demanded priority over personal ambitions. These invisible responsibilities can quietly consume time and energy, leaving little room for professional growth. Yet what kept her moving forward was the gratitude, recovery, and blessings she received from her clients after witnessing their health improvements. Their transformation became her biggest motivation.

Another strong driving force behind her journey has been her desire for financial independence and self-reliance—the belief that every woman should have the confidence to stand on her own feet.

Beyond her profession, music brings balance and joy to her life. She is passionate about singing, learning music professionally, and recording her songs, allowing creativity to complement her disciplined work life.

Her message to aspiring professionals is grounded and practical: do not wait for the perfect time, because it rarely comes. Start now. Growth comes through consistency, not perfection, and every step forward brings a new lesson.

For Dt. Nidhi Sawhney, success is not defined only by work milestones, but by staying connected to who you truly are. In the end, what matters most is happiness, fulfillment, and the satisfaction of building a life aligned with your purpose.

Rachna Bal, Set Designer & Creative Director

For Rachna Bal, design is not just about aesthetics. It is about storytelling. A set designer and creative director working across fashion and interiors, she specializes in curating visual narratives that feel thoughtful, layered, and deeply rooted in emotion.

Her work sits at the intersection of spatial design, styling, and curation, where every frame, surface, and detail contributes to a larger story. Whether it is a product shoot, a brand campaign, or an interior space, her approach is guided by instinct and a strong sense of visual balance.

Her journey into this world was organic rather than planned. Drawn to fashion and art from a young age, she began her career as a visual merchandiser, working on show windows and exhibition booths. This early exposure gave her a strong foundation in understanding space, composition, and visual storytelling.

Alongside this, her experience as a ramp model and sketch model at NIFT Delhi connected her closely with the fashion industry. Over time, these parallel experiences naturally evolved into a career in set design and creative styling, allowing her to bridge fashion and interiors seamlessly.

Her journey has unfolded gradually, shaped by curiosity and hands-on learning. From styling exhibition spaces to working with interior brands on product and e-commerce shoots, and collaborating with designers on campaign visuals, each phase added a new layer to her creative language. She also founded a curated venture, The Flea Shop, where she worked with niche clients, sourcing and styling products with a distinctive aesthetic sensibility.

Today, her work reflects a refined understanding of both form and narrative, where spaces are not just designed, but felt.

Rather than drawing inspiration from a single figure, Rachna finds it in people, spaces, textures, and everyday details that carry authenticity. She is drawn to work that feels real and intentional, something that continues to shape her own creative voice.

Like many in creative industries, her journey has not been without its challenges. Her early years in modelling exposed her to both opportunity and pressure, requiring her to constantly prove herself and build confidence. Later, she chose to step away from full-time work to focus on raising her daughter. Returning to the professional space after that phase came with its own set of challenges, especially in re-establishing her place in an evolving industry.

But what defines her journey is quiet perseverance. The ability to keep showing up, adapting, and trusting her own pace.

Outside of her work, Rachna finds joy in simple, grounding experiences. She is an animal lover and a devoted pet parent, often spending time caring for animals. She is also drawn to stillness and reflection, describing herself as someone who finds a unique connection with the moon. Her growing interest in sustainable fashion and thrifting reflects her evolving creative consciousness and awareness.

At the heart of it all, she is also a mother, a role that continues to shape her perspective, keeping her open, curious, and constantly evolving.

Harvinder Nonie Bagga, Special educator & Founder – Magic Door

Harvinder Nonie Bagga is a special educator and the driving force behind Magic Door, a learning center built on the belief that every child deserves to learn in a way that feels natural, joyful and meaningful. At Magic Door, her approach is simple yet impactful. Teaching is designed to be fun-filled, engaging and deeply personalised, with the aim of making a real difference in each child’s life.

Her journey in education spans decades and was shaped by her time at Welham Boys’ School, where she taught for over twenty years. Those years helped her understand children beyond textbooks and rigid classroom structures. She always believed that learning should not feel rushed or dictated by the pressure of bells. This belief led her to create Magic Door, a space where children can learn at their own pace, in a way they truly understand. The philosophy of her center is captured in its line, ‘Teach me the way I understand.’

For her, success has never been defined by recognition, but by the way children are taught. Their growth, their trust and the way they made her feel valued have shaped her journey as an educator. Teaching, for her,is not just a profession, it is her lifeline.

Her father has been her greatest inspiration, instilling in her resilience and strength. She has faced challenges, from financial struggles to emotional setbacks, but her spiritual outlook helped her navigate everything with balance and clarity.

Outside of her work, she finds joy in simple things. She loves gardening and considers her plants as her babies. She enjoys writing and has authored two books, reflecting her expressive and thoughtful nature.

For Harvinder Bagga, education is not about reaching a destination. It is about nurturing the journey, one child at a time.

Her mantra in life is to live with Deep Gratitude!

Niharika Nahata, Dietician & Lifestyle coach, Founder – Calories & Beyond

Niharika Nahata is a dietician and lifestyle coach, and the founder of Calories & Beyond, a platform focused on helping individuals build a healthier relationship with food and their bodies—without extreme diets or unrealistic restrictions.

Her journey into nutrition began with a deep curiosity about how food influences not just weight, but overall health, hormones, and mindset. Over time, this curiosity evolved into a clear purpose: to simplify nutrition and make it practical, sustainable, and adaptable to real-life challenges.

Starting her career in a hospital setting, Niharika gained valuable clinical exposure before transitioning into her own consultancy, which now operates largely in a virtual and global space. Working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds has shaped her understanding of real-world struggles, allowing her to design customized, realistic plans that focus on consistency and long-term results rather than quick fixes.

What defines her approach is a shift in perspective—moving away from numbers on a scale to a more balanced focus on mindset, habits, and overall well-being. For her, the most rewarding part of the journey has been witnessing not just physical transformations, but also the confidence and mental clarity her clients gain along the way.

Her biggest inspiration comes from her clients themselves—their resilience, discipline, and ability to restart despite setbacks. As a woman in a field often crowded with misinformation and trend-driven advice, one of her key challenges has been establishing credibility beyond appearances. She has consciously chosen to prioritize knowledge, authenticity, and results over external pressures.

Beyond her professional work, Niharika enjoys creating content around health and wellness, while also valuing moments of pause. Travelling, reading, and gardening help her reconnect and maintain balance in a fast-paced environment.

Her message to aspiring professionals is simple: it’s okay to feel unsure in the beginning. What matters is consistency. Start small, keep learning, and trust the process.

Rinal Kiran Shah, Hairstylist & Makeup artist

For Rinal Kiran Shah, beauty has never been just about appearance it has always been about confidence, transformation, and resilience. A hairstylist and makeup artist, her journey is a powerful story of passion, reinvention, and the courage to rebuild life through skill and self-belief.

She stepped into the beauty industry at the age of 16, soon after completing her 10th standard in 1992. What began as a way to support her family financially alongside her father quickly became something much deeper. She genuinely loved the craft, and over time, that early responsibility transformed into a lifelong profession.

Her journey, however, was far from linear. After working professionally for about six years, she got married in 1998, and like many women, her career naturally took a pause as she embraced life as a wife and mother. Yet the spark for her craft never disappeared. When the need for financial stability arose, she courageously restarted her career when her child was just five years old, returning with renewed purpose and determination. Since then, she has spent the last 20 years consistently building her name and reputation in the industry.

Her husband remained her greatest inspiration and strongest support system, encouraging her to pursue her passion and always believing in her talent. In the early stages, one of her biggest challenges was building trust in a highly competitive industry. Collaborations did not always work out, and there were moments of setbacks and disappointment. In today’s digital-first world, she has also seen how talent is often unfairly measured by social media numbers rather than real skill. Yet her belief remains firm: true artistry lies in the work itself, not in the size of an online following.

Her story took its most defining turn in 2018, when she lost her husband. What followed was an emotionally and financially draining phase, further intensified by the COVID years from 2018 to 2022. During that time, it was her son who became her pillar of strength, helping her stay grounded and move forward. Instead of giving up, she chose to evolve learning modern trends, advanced techniques, and contemporary styling methods to stay relevant in a fast-changing industry.

Today, her perseverance speaks through her success. During peak wedding seasons, she proudly manages 3–4 bookings daily and working with some of the industry’s most premium makeup artists as the first preferred hairstylist. Alongside her profession, she gracefully balances her roles as a homemaker, a mother, and now a single mother, carrying every responsibility with quiet strength.

Her message to women is deeply empowering: trust your talent, keep building yourself, and never hold back because of circumstances. The road may take time, and at times it may even break you, but consistency and belief in your skills always pay off.

If she had to define her success story in one line, it would be this:
“If it’s meant to be, it will break you but it will never stop you.”
