Dr. Tanvee Sachin Somaiya, Founder – DentAbode

Dr. Tanvee Sachin Somaiya is a dentist and a specialist in orofacial pain, temporomandibular disorders and dental sleep medicine, with a practice rooted in both clinical precision and patient comfort. With advanced training from Roseman University, Smile USA Academy, Greifswald University and ILAMED, her work focuses on addressing complex pain conditions while also transforming smiles with care and empathy.

Her journey into dentistry began with a deep interest in biology and a desire to become a doctor. As a dental patient herself, she became aware of how neglected oral health is in society despite the intensity of dental pain. That realization shaped her decision to pursue dentistry with the intent of creating awareness and making a meaningful difference.

After completing her BDS from MGM Dental College, she began her career as an associate dentist, an experience that strengthened her clinical foundation and patient connection. In 2017, she established her own clinic, DentAbode, with the vision of creating a space where patients feel at ease while receiving high quality care. Over time, her curiosity led her to explore lesser known areas such as orofacial pain and dental sleep medicine, where she found her true calling. Today, she is focused on helping patients understand that chronic facial pain and even snoring are not conditions to be ignored.

Her inspiration comes from her mentor, Dr. Samidha Gandhi, whose ability to balance multiple roles left a lasting impression. As a woman, she faced challenges ranging from being underestimated due to her physical appearance to balancing personal and professional responsibilities. Each experience strengthened her resilience and sharpened her focus.

Beyond dentistry, she finds joy in writing, art, baking and continuous learning, and has authored a poetry collection titled A Bouquet of Unspoken Words; Ardent Expressions.

For Dr. Somaiya, success lies in ethics, purpose and growth. Her journey continues with a clear mission to spread awareness, relieve pain and create healthier, happier smiles. The journey has been possible with unwavering support from husband, family, friends, teachers, patients and staff!

Dr. Bela Chaudhry, Homeopathic Doctor & Cosmetologist

Dr. Bela Chaudhry is a homeopathic doctor and cosmetologist based in New Delhi, dedicated to holistic healing and overall well-being. With a practice that extends globally through online consultations—and even includes treatment for pets—she brings a comprehensive and compassionate approach to healthcare.

Her journey into medicine began early, shaped by a deeply personal experience of witnessing a loved one recover through the right treatment. That moment left a lasting impression and inspired her to pursue a path in healing. Over time, she was drawn to homeopathy for its gentle, root-cause-focused philosophy, aligning with her belief in treating the individual as a whole rather than just addressing symptoms.

A gold medalist in her field, Dr. Bela Chaudhry completed her BHMS and later achieved her MD at the age of 43—an accomplishment that reflects her commitment to lifelong learning and growth. With over four decades of experience, she has worked as a visiting consultant with reputed organizations such as ONGC, BPCL, HPCL, and Balmer Lawrie in Mumbai, alongside over 20 years of private practice across New Delhi, Jaipur, and Udaipur.

She has been invited to share her expertise on platforms like Zee TV, Republic TV, and CNBC, and has received multiple recognitions, including Best Homeopathic Doctor and Lifetime Achievement Awards. Most significantly, she has impacted and healed over 100,000 lives through her practice.

Beyond her clinical work, she is actively involved in philanthropy. Through a family-run trust, she supports underprivileged children by providing computer education and skill development programs. She also offers free treatment to patients from below-poverty-line backgrounds, reinforcing her belief that healthcare should be accessible to all.

Her greatest inspiration comes from her patients—their trust and recovery continue to motivate her every day. As a woman, she has navigated the challenges of balancing personal responsibilities with professional growth, emerging stronger and more empathetic through each phase.

Outside her profession, she practices meditation, maintains an active lifestyle, and enjoys travelling, all of which help her stay aligned with the principles of holistic living.

Her message is simple yet powerful: never compromise on your health while chasing success. Stay consistent, keep learning, and let your purpose guide you.

Dr. Ravneet Kaur, Dermatologist, Founder – Dr. Ravneet’s Skin Clinic

Dr. Ravneet Kaur is a Dermatologist and the founder of Dr. Ravneet’s Skin Clinic, Advanced Dermatosurgery and Aesthetics. Her journey in dermatology has been shaped by strong clinical foundations, years of patient care, and a balanced approach that combines medical dermatology with aesthetic treatments.

After completing her MBBS, she developed a deeper interest in dermatology during her clinical postings, where she realized the specialty extended far beyond acne and skincare. The field’s wide spectrum—from chronic conditions like Psoriasis and Eczema to infections, hair disorders, and sexually transmitted diseases—drew her toward a branch that required both sharp diagnostic skills and empathetic patient care.

She later completed her MD in Dermatology after securing a strong rank in NEET PG and began her career as a government doctor in a Government Medical College. Those early years proved to be some of the most formative in her professional journey. Managing 150 to 200 patients a day in busy OPDs helped her sharpen her clinical judgment and build confidence in diagnosis and treatment. Working in resource limited settings also taught her how to manage patients effectively with practical solutions and strong fundamentals rather than relying solely on expensive investigations or technology.

Over time, she transitioned into private practice, where she was able to dedicate more time to individual patients and expand into dermatosurgery, lasers, peels, and aesthetic dermatology. Building her own clinic was not easy in the beginning. Like most independent practices, growth came slowly through trust, word of mouth, and consistent patient results. Today, her practice reflects a balance between clinical dermatology and cosmetic procedures while remaining rooted in ethical and honest care.

Dr. Ravneet credits much of her inspiration to her senior professors, especially women who successfully balanced medicine, leadership, and family life. She is also deeply inspired by patients dealing with chronic skin conditions like Vitiligo and Psoriasis, where treatment often requires emotional support as much as medical management.

Outside clinical work, she remains academically active through conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education programs. She also believes strongly in patient education and regularly works to spread awareness about common skin conditions and skincare misconceptions.

For Dr. Ravneet Kaur, success is not measured only by the scale of a clinic, but by the trust patients place in their doctor and the lasting impact created through compassionate care, consistency, and resilience.

Dr. Sachin Arora, Consultant Psychiatrist

Dr. Sachin Arora is a Consultant Psychiatrist based in New Delhi, known for his work in mental healthcare, medical education, and corporate wellness. Over the years, he has built a career that combines clinical excellence with large scale impact, not only through patient care but also through teaching and mentoring thousands of doctors across the country.

Originally from Rohtak, Haryana, Dr. Arora became the first doctor in his family when he secured a government MBBS seat through the All India PMT examination in his very first attempt in 2006. His medical journey then took him across India, beginning with six years of MBBS in Nagpur, Maharashtra, followed by an MD in Psychiatry from Guwahati, Assam, which he again secured through a government seat in his first attempt in 2012. After completing his MD, he worked as an Assistant Professor in a medical college before transitioning into private psychiatric practice, where he has now spent almost a decade.

What makes his journey particularly inspiring is the resilience behind it. For more than 22 years, Dr. Arora has lived with severe migraine attacks, which often limited his study hours, disrupted routines, and affected his physical endurance. Despite these challenges, he continued to pursue his goals with consistency and determination, eventually building the career he once dreamed of as a young student from a small town.

Alongside clinical practice, Dr. Arora has made a significant contribution to medical education. Through his long association with DAMS (Delhi Academy of Medical Sciences), he has taught more than 1.4 lakh MBBS students across India over the past 13 years. Today, more than a thousand practicing psychiatrists in the country have been his students at some stage of their academic journey. He is also the founder of The Cortex Advisory, a mental health startup focused on corporate mental wellness.

He credits much of his strength and motivation to his family, especially his wife, Dr. Prerna, whom he met during MBBS and who has been a constant source of support for the past 17 years.

For Dr. Sachin Arora, success is not measured only by the number of patients he personally treats, but by the ripple effect created through every doctor he has mentored and every life they go on to impact.

She was naturally drawn to a specialty that combines medicine and surgery while allowing long term relationships with patients through different stages of life. As a woman herself, the field resonated with her deeply, helping her understand the physical, hormonal, and emotional transitions women experience. Over time, motherhood further strengthened this connection, giving her an even deeper perspective into the journeys of her patients.

From understanding complex patient conditions to applying the right rehabilitation techniques, every case has contributed to his growth as a healthcare professional. With time, he has developed confidence in handling a wide range of conditions while focusing on delivering meaningful and lasting results for his patients.

Dr. Urvi Mankekar, Physiotherapist – Neurological Paediatric Physiotherapy

Dr. Urvi Mankekar (PT) is a physiotherapist specialising in neurological paediatric physiotherapy, while also working with adult and geriatric populations dealing with musculoskeletal and neurological concerns. Alongside her clinical practice, she is also a Dance Movement Therapy Facilitator, conducting movement based sessions that support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing.

Her journey into healthcare was driven by a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. From a young age, she was fascinated by Biology, the human body, and the science of healing. Over time, this interest evolved into a passion for physiotherapy and movement based rehabilitation. What inspired her most was realizing that movement has the power to influence not just physical health, but emotional and mental wellbeing as well. This understanding eventually led her toward Dance Movement Therapy, allowing her to combine science, creativity, empathy, and human connection in her work.

Over the years, Dr. Urvi has worked with individuals across all age groups, from children with neurological and developmental conditions to adults and elderly patients managing physical and neurological challenges. Through these experiences, she realized that healing extends beyond the physical body. Many people carry emotions, stress, and experiences that also need space for expression and support. This insight shaped her approach toward creating safe, inclusive, and compassionate environments where individuals can reconnect with themselves through movement and therapy.

Her greatest inspiration comes from her neurodiverse and differently abled paediatric patients. Working with them has taught her resilience, empathy, patience, courage, and the importance of celebrating even the smallest milestones. She believes that true healing begins when people feel seen, accepted, and supported.

Outside her profession, she enjoys dancing, painting, travelling, exploring new cultures, and spending quality time with her family. These experiences continue to nurture her creativity and emotional balance.

For Dr. Urvi Mankekar, success is not measured only through achievements or recognition. It is reflected in every child who gains confidence, every individual who feels emotionally lighter through movement, and every person who leaves therapy feeling more connected to themselves. She believes healing happens through empathy, connection, movement, and compassion, and she hopes to continue carrying that intention forward in every aspect of her work.

Dr. Charmie Jhaveri, Homeopathic Psychiatrist & Psychologist

Dr. Charmie Jhaveri is a Homeopathic Psychiatrist and Psychologist whose work focuses on emotional healing, counseling psychology, and understanding the deeper connection between the mind, body, and sensory systems. For her, this field was never just a profession. From a very young age, she was fascinated by human emotions, behavior, memory, and the way different people respond differently to the same experiences.

Her curiosity about the human mind gradually evolved into a lifelong passion for psychology and healing. While studying medicine, she found herself drawn not only to understanding diseases, but to understanding people themselves. Questions around trauma, attachment, emotional reactions, and cognitive behavior shaped the direction of her work and continue to influence her approach today.

As a student of Homeopathy, she was trained to approach every patient with an unprejudiced mind, listening deeply to individual expressions, emotions, and symptoms without judgment. This foundation helped her transition naturally into the fields of psychiatry and psychology, where understanding the uniqueness of every individual became central to her work. She believes this unbiased and patient-centered approach allows people to feel emotionally safe, heard, and understood during the healing process.

Over the years, Dr. Charmie has explored psychotherapy, counseling psychology, emotional processing, stress management, trauma-focused approaches, and neuroscience. One area that deeply fascinated her was the connection between emotions and the sensory system. She believes that the brain stores emotional experiences through sensory coding, where sounds, smells, touch, visuals, and taste can all influence emotional responses and memory.

She also strongly believes that Homeopathy can serve as a gentle and effective mode of treatment in various psychiatric and emotional conditions, particularly anxiety disorders, panic disorders, trauma-related conditions, chronic stress, emotional imbalance, and anger management. Her approach integrates emotional understanding with individualized healing, focusing not only on symptoms but also on the emotional experiences underlying them.

This understanding eventually led her to develop her own psychological concept known as the AVT Technique, or Apple vs Tomato Technique. The model is based on the idea that people do not react to situations directly, but rather to the emotional and sensory associations their nervous system has attached to those situations. Through this work, she aims to better understand how individuals process reality through visual, auditory, tactile, smell-based, and taste-related emotional experiences.

Her greatest inspiration has always been her parents, especially her father, who encouraged her to build strong foundations in medicine and learning. As a woman in a demanding field, she often encountered the stereotype that emotional sensitivity is a weakness. However, her experience in psychiatry taught her the opposite. She believes empathy, emotional awareness, and sensitivity are among the greatest strengths when it comes to healing and understanding another human being.

Beyond her professional work, she continues to study psychology, trauma, neuroscience, emotional conditioning, and sensory processing. Her message to aspiring professionals is simple: never underestimate your curiosity, emotional depth, or individuality.

For Dr. Charmie Jhaveri, success is not measured only through achievements or titles. It lies in creating emotional impact, making people feel understood, and helping them feel psychologically safe in a world where many silently struggle within themselves.
