Sunny Leone’s new song Madhuban was released yesterday. The song is composed by Shaarib & Toshi and sung by Kanika Kapoor and Arindam Chakraborty. She has sparked a controversy over her song “Madhuban”. After watching Sunny’s music video, she is being blamed for creating outrage.

The song features Sunny Leone’s dance, choreographed and directed by Ganesh Acharya. On the other hand, the song is now going viral on social media. When the song was released, Sunny Leone said, “I am lucky that the audience has liked all my songs, including my dance and it has raised it. ‘Madhuban’ has received immense love from fans on social media. It’s great to be a part of this song that will say goodbye to 2021 in style and warmly welcome 2022.”

A netizen remarked on Sunny’s Twitter account saying everyone in India knows that the Indian people regard Goddess Radha as their mother, Sunny shouldn’t have insulted our goddess in this way.

While Sunny’s followers love this song, many people are offended by the mention of Goddess Radha in it. This song has gotten a lot of feedback. Expressing their displeasure over this music video, users are demanding to remove this video from YouTube.

Founder of Saffron Think Tank, Siddhant Mohite said “Bollywood has been running their Anti-Hindu Propoganda since decades. Movies, shows, and web series like Radhe, Ram Leela, Kisna, Matsya Kaand, etc. are named after Hindu Gods or Hindu Religious terms. Will this be accepted if it’s done with other religions and their gods or religious terms too? Visuals are very important. If you can see the pattern, you will notice how Bajirao Peshwa has been depicted in Bajirao-Mastani, how Maharawal is shown in Padmavati, and then contrast, how Akbar is shown in Jodha-Akbar. These visuals are meant for your subconscious. Movies like Oh My God and PK have shown Hinduism in a bad light, can Aamir Khan do the same with his own religion?”

“Have you seen Judwa 2? In the movie there is a song Ganpati Bappa Moriya Pareshaan Karen Mujhe Chhoriya. Now, what sense does it make to make the central character of the movie sing such a song in a temple in front of the gigantic idol of Ganpati? The character repeatedly turns his back towards the idol and condescendingly folds his hands behind his head as if doing a favour to the idol by folding his hands. Visuals. Subconscious.

Can the same feat, especially in India, be carried out in a church or in a mosque? If yes, well, there is nothing to argue about” said Siddhant Mohite, Hindu Youth Leader from Mumbai, Maharashtra.
