Is it mandatory to include creatine in our daily routine when it comes to muscle building?

There is no fixed answer to this question; it all depends on your need and motive; accordingly, you have to decide whether to include creatine and whether it is good for you.

Creatine is a substance discovered naturally in the body. It can also be consumed through supplements and food items. It is usually used to improve performance while doing exercise and muscle mass.

 It helps make muscle energy, and about 95% of creatine is found in our skeletal muscles. Therefore, people with lower creatine levels when taking creatine seem to be more beneficial than those who start with higher ranks.

 People generally use creatine to improve their performance for exercises and increase muscle mass. Creatine is also helpful for muscle cramps, fatigue, depression, and many other conditions, but no reasonable scientific proof supports most of these uses.

 Our body needs the energy to work, and creatine creates a “quick burst” energy and increased strength, which helps in improving performance but has little effect on aerobic perseverance.

 Creatine is found in many food items, and if we need extra creatine, we also have another option of supplements as it is found in many different types of sports supplements. In supplements form, the optimal creatine dosage could be 3-5 gms per day, but we recommend you speak with a health expert to determine what type of product and how much quantity could be the best for a person with a specific condition.

Is taking creatine supplements safe?

 Although creatine is present naturally in our body, taking additional supplements seems to be commonly safe. Nevertheless, keep in mind that creatine products sold in stores may vary in the quantity of creatine supplement, quality, and additional ingredients. Safety and purity criteria are likewise not maintained.
