Ayushi Jain – Founder – Silly Pixel Studio

7asdasd 1

Ayushi Jain is the Founder and Chief Silliness Officer (CSO, obviously) at Silly Pixel Studio, a 100% remote creative digital and PR marketing agency. Her journey to creative freedom began in a cubicle. For six years, she honed her skills as a senior graphic designer, but deep down, she yearned for something more. Then, fueled by a healthy dose of ambition (and maybe a dash of Beyoncé inspiration), she took a leap of faith, ditched the 9-to-5, and set out to build her own company.

She finds inspiration everywhere. Sometimes, it’s the wild creativity of a kid; other times, it’s seeing the incredible work of legends who came before her. As a woman entrepreneur, she definitely faces her set of challenges – from moments of self-doubt to facing the occasional patronizing attitude. But all the amazing female entrepreneurs who are shattering glass ceilings keep Ayushi going.

When she’s not knee-deep in pixels or cooking up genius campaigns with her brilliant crew, she’s probably exploring the joys of remote work. That includes mastering the delicate art of brewing the ultimate cup of chai (she insists, it’s a science!) and then maybe, just maybe, getting sucked into a Pinterest and Instagram vortex for a bit. She defends that it’s purely for research purposes; the cats and the travel posts have nothing to do with that, alright?

Ayushi believes being silly can be a superpower. A dash of humor and creativity can really spice up the journey in the business world. She recommends “don’t sweat it” to anyone considering taking the remote plunge. Working from anywhere doesn’t mean flying solo. So, she suggests building a killer team because, with a strong support system in place, magic happens.

Success, for her, isn’t just about awards or revenue (although she knows those are pretty sweet!) It’s about building a team of incredible people who share the Silly Pixel Studio spirit. Seeing the pure joy on the clients’ faces when their brand comes alive? That’s the gold medal for Ayushi; that’s what really gets her going. She’s all about fostering an environment where creativity thrives, where laughter echoes through the pixels, and where, despite the physical distance, everyone in the team is connected to their mission to achieve something extraordinary.
