Nikhil Kapur — Founder & Principal Wellness Strategist, Transformative Wellness | SpaCraft
At the confluence of conscious hospitality, timeless wellbeing wisdom, and emotional transformation stands Nikhil Kapur, the Founder and Principal Wellness Strategist of Transformative Wellness | SpaCraft. Through his pioneering advisory, Nikhil has redefined how wellness destinations are envisioned and experienced — shaping journeys that go beyond facilities and luxury to cultivate presence, balance, and inner clarity.
Blending the sophistication of high-end hospitality with grounded wellbeing principles, his work creates environments that nurture the body, anchor the mind in awareness, and uplift the spirit.
A graduate of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD), Nikhil began his career with The Oberoi Group, one of India’s most respected names in luxury hospitality. In 2005, he joined IHHR Hospitality, where he played an instrumental role in launching Ista Hotels in Bengaluru and Pune — properties that introduced a design-led, experiential dimension to Indian hospitality.
In 2013, Nikhil became the General Manager of Ananda in the Himalayas, one of the world’s foremost destination spas. Here, he witnessed the transformative power of authentic wellbeing — how ancient wisdom, mindful spaces, and sincere practice can catalyse profound inner change. This experience became the foundation for Transformative Wellness | SpaCraft.
Nikhil’s professional journey is one of integration — weaving together hospitality, healing, and human connection with intention. At Ananda, he led major refurbishments and guided the retreat to multiple Condé Nast Traveller “World’s No. 1 Destination Spa” recognitions, while curating deeply personal wellness experiences for global icons including Oprah Winfrey, Deepak Chopra, Ratan Tata, and Virat Kohli.
Through Transformative Wellness | SpaCraft, he now collaborates with thought leaders like Colin Gary Hall (SpaWallah) and Damini Grover (I’M Powered – Centre for Counselling & Well-Being), co-creating immersive, purpose-driven wellness projects that unite Ayurveda, emotional intelligence, and contemporary health sciences.
Guided by the Bhagavad Gita and contemporary spiritual thought, Nikhil embodies equilibrium — between purpose and performance, awareness and action, tradition and innovation. His deepest commitment lies in preserving authenticity in a wellness industry that is rapidly commercialising. For him, wellness is not a product — it is a lived philosophy that must remain soulful, sincere, and operationally strong.
Beyond advisory, Nikhil is deeply involved in wellness-led real estate development, conscious leadership mentoring, and emotional wellbeing retreats. He continues to mentor young hospitality professionals and write extensively on leadership, self-development, and the evolving meaning of wellbeing in modern life.
Message to Aspiring Wellness Leaders
“Be clear about your why. Don’t chase trends — create with intention.
In wellness, success isn’t about scale; it’s about sincerity.
When profit aligns with purpose, you build something that truly touches lives.”
To Nikhil, wellbeing is not an industry — it is a way of life. Every spa, retreat, and wellbeing journey he designs invites individuals to pause, reflect, and reconnect. His truest measure of success lies in witnessing the subtle yet profound shifts within people as they experience the spaces he creates — sanctuaries that invite awareness, foster clarity, and allow transformation to unfold naturally.
Riddhi Kathiriya, Founder & CEO – Loveseer
Riddhi Kathiriya, fashion designer and founder-CEO of Loveseer, believes fashion is less about clothing and more about confidence. From her base in Surat, she leads an affordable luxury label that marries contemporary elegance with cultural depth, offering an eclectic range that includes cocktail and occasion wear, drape sarees, gowns, corsets, blazer suits, and lehenga sets designed to make wearers feel fearless and beautiful.
Her tryst with design began when she was just eleven, experimenting with fabric, needle, and thread. Growing up amid India’s vibrant festivals and women perfecting intricate embroidery, she developed an innate appreciation for craftsmanship. After graduating in Apparel and Fashion Design from GLS Institute of Design, she refined her skills under the mentorship of celebrated names such as Tarun Tahiliani and Aneeth Arora’s label Pero, before launching her own brand, Loveseer, in 2023.
Within a short span, her label has attracted a celebrity clientele that includes Ankita Lokhande, Manasi Parekh, Barkha Singh, Esha Kansara, Janki Bodiwala, and Palak Sindhwani, with her pieces also making their way into film songs. Loveseer’s distinction lies in its ability to deliver couture-like craftsmanship at approachable prices, along with customisation and personalised styling.
The road has not been without obstacles. Riddhi’s early days were spent balancing every aspect of the business herself—sourcing fabrics, managing accounts, photographing collections, and handling social media. Designs were copied, samples didn’t always work, but her determination never wavered. What drives her is the vision of empowering people, particularly women, to embrace transformation through style.
For her, design is more than aesthetics; it is a process of turning imagination into reality, shaped by colour, detail, and storytelling. Guided by the belief that feeling good translates into doing good, she hopes that through Loveseer, people rediscover the joy of loving and valuing themselves.

With over 18 years of experience each, they have built a strong foundation in education, offering one-to-one online coaching across India and abroad for students aged 5 to 20 years. Their academy covers a wide range of subjects including Science, Maths, Logical Reasoning, Olympiad and IIT preparation, Robotics, Electronics, English, and Economics — along with innovative brain and mental activity sessions using self-developed study games.

Her deep understanding of child psychology enables her to connect with students on an emotional level, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and motivated. For her, teaching is not just a profession but a passion — something she has loved since childhood.
Shankar, on the other hand, brings his expertise in Electronics and Physics with a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Mumbai University. His personal experience as a student who once felt overlooked in large classrooms inspired him to create an environment where every learner receives personalized attention. His approach ensures that weaker students build a strong foundation, while advanced learners are challenged with higher-level concepts to help them excel.
Their journey was not without challenges. When they first launched their online classes, many dismissed the concept, believing virtual education could never match traditional learning. However, through consistent results, dedication, and innovative methods, they proved otherwise. Today, their students not only perform exceptionally well but also share strong emotional bonds with them — a testament to the couple’s unique teaching philosophy.
For Madhumita and Shankar, success comes from continuous learning and evolving with time. They both believe that regularly updating one’s knowledge and embracing new technologies are key to staying relevant and effective in today’s fast-changing world. Outside their educational endeavors, Madhumita expresses her creativity through painting and crafting wooden wall décor, while Shankar contributes as a freelance content developer for several companies.
Their message to aspiring educators and entrepreneurs is simple yet powerful: “Believe in yourself, work hard, and success will follow. Stay focused, keep learning, and never stop growing.” Their story stands as an inspiring example of how passion, perseverance, and partnership can redefine education and create a meaningful impact on young minds worldwide.
Shraddha Shenoy, Founder & Director – Lex Mandamus LLP
Shraddha Shenoy is an entrepreneur, humanitarian, and writer who is redefining what law can mean in today’s world. But her impact goes far beyond boardrooms. She is also the President of Shakti, a grassroots platform advancing the rights of women and children through legal awareness, policy advocacy, and on-ground action.
Her journey began with a clear gap she saw in the legal landscape: while businesses evolved rapidly, law remained confined to outdated formats. Shraddha created Lex Mandamus as an adaptive, borderless legal atelier built for the future. At the same time, her passion for social change led her to build Shakti, which has since impacted over 3,000 women and girls across India. From championing menstrual equity to supporting survivors of violence, her work blends legal innovation with deep empathy.
The challenges have been many skepticism, loneliness at the top, and the constant pressure of being a woman in leadership. But Shraddha’s fire was never dimmed. Her inspiration comes from the strength of everyday women who fight battles the world doesn’t see. And her success lies in building purpose-driven teams and movements that challenge the status quo.
She is also a published writer and mentor, using her voice to influence conversations around gender justice and policy reform. Her work has been recognized by platforms like Mid-Day, Zee News, HerStory, and global forums, but for Shraddha, true success is when a woman walks away knowing she has power, choice, and dignity.
For her, this isn’t just a career. It’s a calling to build systems that serve people, and a world that leads with justice and heart.

Prithvi Pal Singh’s journey is one of quiet strength and unwavering resilience. A CA and MBA by qualification, he turned away from the lures of multinational comfort to pursue something more enduring: legacy. From an early age, he chose to walk alongside tradition, not behind it. He seamlessly merged intellect with intuition to build his own event management company while also stepping into the lineage of Sunder Electric Decorator—a business started by his grandfather in 1951.
He didn’t inherit leadership; he earned it. In 2020, he faced the dual loss of his father and elder brother within the same week. What could have been a breaking point became a defining one. Anchored by his mother’s unwavering support, Prithvi rose from the haze, rebuilt, and led the business to new heights—clinching victories like the Jaipur Jewellery Show and collecting 17 national awards, including the Bharat Gaurav and National Pride of India recognitions.
In a recent milestone, Prithvi was featured on the cover of Aaj Ka Jaipur magazine—an edition that was launched by none other than Madhuri Dixit. It was not just a personal honour but a moment that recognized the depth and direction of his journey.
But beyond accolades, he remains grounded. His mantra “fail fast, succeed faster” reflects a mind sharpened by loss and shaped by purpose. On Sundays, he detaches from work for sacred family time. And in every space he designs or manages, there’s a signature blend of elegance and soul.
Today, Sunder Electric Decorator thrives under his stewardship, just as his own story inspires. Prithvi isn’t just building a business he’s carrying forward a legacy, proving that even in silence, success speaks volumes.

Through slow days and quiet victories, she kept creating—learning that resilience sometimes looks like rest, softness, and simply not giving up.
When she’s not designing, Akanksha is a storyteller at heart—through photography, writing, and sharing the beautiful chaos of her journey online. She lives for old-school Bollywood, dinner parties, oversized hoodies, and unicorns—not metaphorically, but genuinely.
To anyone starting out, her message is simple: you don’t need to be loud to be seen—just be real, be consistent, and keep showing up.
Md Irfan Quraishi, Founder – Fragrance Flowerz
Md Irfan Quraishi’s journey into the world of floral design wasn’t a detour—it was destiny. Though he came from a chartered background, his connection with flowers was rooted in his earliest memories. Growing up around a family already immersed in the floral trade, his passion was quietly blooming from the very beginning.
What started with small, local projects soon blossomed into something much larger. As the demand for international blooms surged—especially during weddings—Irfan saw an opportunity to elevate floral design in India. By introducing imported flowers into high-end weddings, he transformed traditional aesthetics and brought a new language of luxury to floral decor. From working with the Munjals of the Hero Group to designing for the Ambani family, his journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.
For Irfan, the greatest inspiration is the flower itself—a silent teacher in living fully in the present, blooming to spread joy without asking for anything in return. Yet, the path isn’t without its challenges. The unpredictability of flower availability and fluctuating pricing are constant hurdles, but his love for the craft keeps him going. His work isn’t just a profession—it’s a passion that drives him to spend every spare moment exploring new ideas and innovations in floral design.
His philosophy is rooted in simplicity and mindfulness. “Listen to your inner soul,” he often says, believing that happiness comes from within, not from external comparison. In a world constantly striving for ‘more,’ he champions the power of minimalism—finding peace and purpose in doing what you love, without the burden of competition.
To Irfan, success isn’t measured by accolades or scale—it’s about impact. It’s seeing the people around him—his staff, clients, laborers, family, and community—grow and thrive. For him, that’s the real reward: creating beauty that brings joy, and living a life that reflects it.
