By blending personal stories with professional expertise, these moms are carving their space as influential voices in the digital arena. This year, we spotlight the journeys and strategies of these remarkable women who are setting new standards in the industry.
Jessica Walia Suri, Mom influencer, brand manager & yoga teacher

Jessica Walia is a mom influencer, brand manager and yoga teacher with a unique passion for storytelling and authenticity. She works diligently to build and shape brand identities, guiding products from concept to launch with a deep focus on connecting them with their audience in a meaningful way. Alongside her career, Jessica’s journey into yoga, which began as a personal hobby, has evolved into her becoming a teacher. Encouraged by her husband, this shift added a new layer to her life, enriching her approach to both brand development and personal growth.
Jessica’s inspiration comes from the strength and resilience of mothers. She deeply admires their ability to balance the demands of work, family, and personal passions, finding motivation in their ability to navigate it all with grace. This inspiration fuels her drive to break barriers and fully embrace her own journey with purpose and confidence.
As a woman, Jessica acknowledges the challenges of being constantly on the go. She’s learned the value of slowing down and savoring each moment, allowing experiences to sink in fully. This mindfulness has been key to both her personal and professional growth.
Outside of her work, Jessica is fully immersed in the exciting and joyful journey of being a first-time mom. Balancing the demands of her career with motherhood has been a whirlwind adventure, but she treasures every memory she’s creating with her husband and child. The laughter, chaos, and joy of this phase in her life are cherished deeply.
Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals is to embrace their inner strength. Jessica believes that women are natural multitaskers, but it’s equally important to take a breath and enjoy the journey. She encourages others to own their unique path and celebrate each step along the way.
Jessica’s success is built on passion and her ability to balance it all. Splitting her time between Europe and India, she navigates the excitement and challenges of her career and motherhood with grace. Each day is a new opportunity for growth, filled with unforgettable memories and moments. For Jessica, this vibrant, ever-changing journey is one she wouldn’t trade for anything.
Jessica’s inspiration comes not only from her mother but also from her father, who has been an equal pillar of strength in her life. Her dad has always reminded her that with patience and love, you can overcome anything, while her dad often said, “In silence, you find your strength, and with love, you find your light.” These powerful words have guided Jessica through every challenge, shaping her approach to life.
She feels blessed to have both her parents as her foundation, their unwavering support and wisdom always pushing her forward. Now, as Jessica sees so many young mothers balancing everything with grace, it’s eye-opening and inspiring. They, too, have become a source of strength and motivation on her journey.
Karishma Nayar

Karishma is a content creator who has built her work on authenticity, consistency, and trust. What began over five years ago as a simple act of sharing gradually evolved into a meaningful digital presence—one rooted not in trends or noise, but in genuine connection and intention. She takes pride in a journey shaped slowly, thoughtfully, and on her own terms.
She didn’t chase content creation; she grew into it. Along the way, Karishma learned that progress doesn’t always announce itself loudly. Some days demand discipline, others flow with ease—but true growth came from showing up consistently, regardless of mood or momentum. Her work reflects this belief: honest effort, repeated over time, always finds its place.
Her inspiration comes from the process of becoming—learning, evolving, and allowing the journey itself to shape her. Coming from outside major hubs like Mumbai or Delhi meant limited access, exposure, and visibility in the early days. Yet those very limitations strengthened her resilience. She takes pride in having built what she has through persistence rather than privilege.
Beyond content creation, Karishma’s primary role is running a school—work she describes as the most fulfilling part of her life. Education and content creation exist side by side for her, each enriching the other and grounding her sense of purpose.
Her message to aspiring creators is clear and grounded: stop letting hesitation and outside opinions delay you. Begin. Stay consistent. Let your work evolve naturally. Consistency will always matter more than perfection.
Karishma speaks honestly about the cost of her success. Missed social gatherings, quieter weekends, and moments of fun willingly set aside. There were days she chose work over comfort—and even moments when she stepped back from parts of her daughter’s milestones, sacrifices rarely spoken about openly. Yet every choice was intentional. What started as quiet discipline and persistence eventually grew into something deeply rewarding—both emotionally and professionally—culminating in a six-figure income on a single platform.
Her journey has asked a great deal of her, but it has given back meaning, growth, and fulfilment in return—making every hard choice feel purposeful.

Her content resonates because it is honest, lived, and deeply relatable.

Outside her profession, she is passionate about fitness, anchoring events, content creation, and sharing insights on health, parenting, and everyday living through her Instagram community.
Her message to others is simple and motivating:
It’s never too late to pursue a passion. When you prioritize health, happiness, and self-awareness, you positively influence not just your children but everyone around you.

Creativity has always been Seema’s forte. During the COVID-19 lockdown, she rediscovered her passion for art, starting with intricate mandalas and eventually teaching herself resin art. This artistic endeavor showcased her ability to adapt and innovate, turning her creativity into a thriving business.
Seema draws inspiration from trailblazers like Masoom Minawala Mehta and Kritika Khurana, whose journeys exemplify passion and determination. Her own path, however, hasn’t been without challenges. Balancing her career with motherhood in a nuclear family setup has been a continuous learning experience. From facing societal expectations to managing creative blocks and personal guilt, Seema has overcome each obstacle with resilience and grace.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Seema is an avid dancer, a budding graphic designer, and a proud plant parent. These hobbies fuel her creativity and provide her with a sense of balance and fulfillment.
Her message to aspiring professionals is centered on authenticity and perseverance. Seema encourages others to embrace their unique paths, take small but consistent steps, and focus on what truly matters. She believes challenges are opportunities in disguise, and resilience often grows in moments of doubt.
Seema’s journey is not just about personal accomplishments—it’s about inspiring others to unlock their potential. Whether through her writing, art, or content creation, she continues to make a meaningful impact, proving that success lies in staying true to oneself while celebrating the beauty of imperfection.

Komal’s journey also shines a light on the positive side of living in a joint family, with her in-laws and mother-in-law being her biggest cheerleaders. She believes in breaking stereotypes and showing that such setups can foster strength, unity, and happiness.
Her core message to moms is simple yet profound: don’t let motherhood define the limits of your potential. Whether it’s pursuing a hobby or a career, every small step matters. Komal firmly believes that when moms are happy and fulfilled, it creates a ripple effect, making families happier and stronger. Through her content, she continues to inspire countless moms to embrace their authenticity and thrive in every role they take on.
Garima Arora

Garima Arora is a full-time content creator and mom influencer whose journey began unexpectedly, rooted in the everyday chaos and charm of motherhood. Formerly an HR professional and boho jewellery exporter, she found her true calling in sharing relatable, humorous glimpses into desi family life. Her audience quickly connected with the raw honesty in her posts—authentic moments that made people laugh, cry, and feel a little less alone.
Her children are both her inspiration and her content’s soul. The transition from corporate life to digital storytelling wasn’t seamless. Like many women, she faced the challenge of reclaiming an identity beyond motherhood. Juggling kids, home, and a budding online presence tested her resilience, but also revealed her strength.
While content creation is now her profession, she continues to embrace her role as a hands-on mom. Her love for fashion and her past in boho jewellery often find their way into her feed, with the occasional spark to revive those business dreams.
Garima’s story is a reminder that motherhood can be the start of something new. She didn’t aim for fame—she aimed to connect. Her message to fellow moms is simple: be real, be kind to yourself, and share your story. There’s power in your voice, even in the messiest moments.
Ruthika Bung

Ruthika Bung is a digital marketer, content creator, and full-time mom whose journey reflects resilience, reinvention, and purpose. With over 15 years of experience in the travel industry, her career took an unexpected turn when she moved to the U.S. and chose to step away from her job to focus on her family. What began as a break turned into a turning point. Immersed in motherhood, Ruthika started sharing simple, creative DIY activities she did with her daughter. Her content quickly resonated with other mothers, sparking conversations, community, and curiosity. Recognizing the power of digital platforms, she studied digital marketing and began consulting for brands while simultaneously building her personal brand.
Her daughter remains her greatest inspiration — the driving force behind The Mom Explorer, a platform dedicated to printable and activity-based resources that promote joyful learning. Ruthika didn’t face conventional professional barriers, but leaving behind a thriving career and adapting to life in a new country came with its own emotional challenges. However, what once felt like a detour turned into a discovery of her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Alongside her work, Ruthika remains a dedicated learner and parent. She devotes time to reading, enrolling in courses on parenting, and curating content around family life, travel, and connection. Through her journey, she champions authenticity, urging aspiring women to embrace their path, avoid comparisons, and stay rooted in purpose.
Her success is defined not by numbers, but by the community she has built — moms who feel seen, supported, and inspired by her story. From simple videos to brand partnerships, Ruthika’s journey continues to evolve, proof that growth often begins in the most unexpected places, and that passion, when pursued with heart, always finds its way forward.
Surbhi Dhall

Surbhi Dhall’s journey from a corporate professional to one of India’s top mom influencers is not just a career shift it’s a testament to following instinct with purpose. After dedicating eight years to the corporate world, Surbhi made a life-changing decision in 2017 when she became a mother. Choosing to step away from her job to focus on her newborn, she began casually sharing her experiences of motherhood online. But Surbhi’s belief in herself never wavered. Through consistent effort, self-learning, and community-building, she emerged as a trusted voice.

September 22, 2026By
reporter
India’s physiotherapy landscape is undergoing a remarkable transformation, driven by passionate professionals who are redefining recovery, mobility, and quality of life. From sports rehabilitation to neurological care and post-surgical recovery, these experts are not just treating conditions—they are restoring confidence and independence in countless lives.
This special edition, “Success Stories: Top 10 Physiotherapists Transforming Lives Across India,” celebrates the journeys of these inspiring healers whose dedication, innovation, and patient-centric approach continue to set new benchmarks in modern rehabilitation care.
Dr. Barkha Jasani, Physiotherapist, Founder – Lifetime Physio Care

Dr. Barkha Jasani is a physiotherapist and the founder of Lifetime Physio Care. With a passion for rehabilitation and holistic healing, she has dedicated her career to helping people recover stronger, move better, and lead healthier lives.
Born and raised in Rajkot, Gujarat, Dr. Jasani completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from RK University. Ever since childhood, Mumbai had been a dream city for her, and that dream came true when she moved there for her internship at Brahma Kumaris’ Global Hospital & Research Centre, managing BSES M.G. Hospital. Soon after, she joined Qi Spine Clinic, where she discovered her passion for spine rehabilitation. Although she initially planned to pursue a master’s degree, family responsibilities took priority. What began as a job eventually became an eight-year journey of learning, growth, and transforming countless lives. After working independently as a freelance physiotherapist for the last two years, she went on to establish Lifetime Physio Care.
Interestingly, physiotherapy was not her original plan. Her mother and masi always wanted her to pursue healthcare, while her father strongly believed physiotherapy would be the right path. Looking back today, Dr. Jasani considers it one of life’s greatest blessings. What began as a decision guided by family eventually became her purpose.
Her greatest inspirations have been her godfather, mother, and masi, along with the unwavering support of her family and friends. Losing her mother was one of the most difficult chapters of her life, but the love and strength she received from those around her helped her overcome the loss and move forward with resilience.
As a woman, balancing professional aspirations with personal responsibilities has not always been easy. Yet, she believes that patience, perseverance, and self-belief make it possible to navigate even the toughest phases of life.
Beyond physiotherapy, Dr. Jasani enjoys dancing, singing, music, drawing, swimming, travelling, spending time in nature, and experimenting in the kitchen. She believes life should be enjoyed fully and that personal passions help maintain balance and happiness.
Her message to aspiring professionals is simple: give your work your heart, mind, and soul. Stay committed to the process, trust the journey, and focus on showing up consistently. Success, she believes, is built quietly through patience, hard work, and faith in oneself.
For Dr. Barkha Jasani, success is not a destination but a continuous journey of growth. Every challenge has made her stronger, every experience has taught her valuable lessons, and every patient she helps reinforces her purpose. Above all, she believes in staying grounded, enjoying the journey, and never losing faith in oneself.
Dr. Sunita Patel, Physiotherapist

Dr. Sunita Patel is a physiotherapist specialising in pelvic care and women’s health, with a practice that combines clinical care with education. For her, treatment and awareness have to go hand in hand.
Her journey into pelvic health began with a deeply personal experience. After having her baby, she experienced pelvic health issues herself, which led her to discover Kegel exercises and explore the importance of the pelvic floor. One discovery led to another, eventually introducing her to pelvic rehabilitation. The more she learned, the more she felt that this was the work she was meant to do.
She began this journey around 2015, at a time when there were very few educators in India specialising in pelvic floor rehabilitation. With limited guidance available, much of her learning came through self-study, including books, research, articles and online resources. What started with understanding Kegels gradually expanded into learning about pelvic, bowel, bladder and sexual health.
The journey was challenging, but it eventually became both her passion and profession. Her greatest inspiration continues to be the women she meets and the stories they share. She also understands the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment where women can speak openly about their health.
Beyond her professional life, Dr. Sunita is a mother, wife and family person. She believes success is not only about professional achievements, but also about building a fulfilling life.
Her message to aspiring professionals is simple: follow your dreams, but be willing to work for them. She believes in being “self-full” rather than selfish, making space for personal growth while pursuing professional goals.
For Dr. Sunita, there is no shortcut to excellence. Knowledge comes from learning, confidence comes from experience, and excellence comes from combining the two. Her advice is to keep learning, keep experiencing, never give up on your dreams and keep moving forward.
Dr. Jhanvi K. Rathod, Physiotherapist & Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT)

Dr. Jhanvi K. Rathod is a Physiotherapist and Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) currently working at Asian Physiotherapy and Research Institute, Surat. A graduate of SPB Physiotherapy College, Surat, her journey into the profession is one of resilience, perseverance and an unwavering refusal to give up.
Until Class 10, Jhanvi was a bright student, consistently scoring between 80 and 90 percent. However, the years that followed brought a series of setbacks she could never have anticipated. From Class 11 and 12 to NEET, GUJCET and her first year of college, she faced more than ten failures across examinations and academic milestones over nearly seven and a half years. Not once during that period did she clear an exam on her first attempt.
There came a point when the repeated setbacks made her consider giving up on her studies altogether. It was then that her family became her strongest support system. They continued to believe in her even when she struggled to believe in herself. Her father, Ketan M. Rathod, played a particularly important role in helping her find a new direction. When she was ready to leave her studies, he secured her admission into Physiotherapy—a decision that eventually changed the course of her life.
Today, Jhanvi looks back at those difficult years differently. What once felt like failure after failure became the foundation of her resilience. She is now actively building her professional identity through clinical work, research, conferences and public awareness. She regularly attends conferences and presents research, while also creating physiotherapy awareness content to make useful information accessible to students and the public.
Her father remains the person she most admires. Ketan M. Rathod taught her lessons that extend far beyond academics—from punctuality and handling important responsibilities to maintaining relationships and treating people with fairness. She recalls how he would often arrive at hospitals and clinics before her while she was applying for opportunities. His consistency and balanced approach to people are qualities she hopes to embody.
Jhanvi also believes strongly in giving back. She has voluntarily worked as an on-field physiotherapist at two state-level powerlifting competitions and a taekwondo competition in Surat, and has participated in a free health camp. These experiences allow her to contribute beyond her regular clinical responsibilities while strengthening her connection with the community.
As a young professional, she is still at the beginning of her journey, but her message comes from personal experience: never give up. Failure, even repeated failure, does not determine where someone will ultimately reach. Sometimes the path demands that you try, fail, learn and try again—more times than you ever imagined.
For Jhanvi, success is still being written. But after everything she has overcome, one thing is certain: she is no longer defined by the examinations she failed, but by the determination with which she kept moving forward.
Dr. Sneha Tiwari, Sports Rehabilitation Specialist, Founder – Momentum Sports Clinic & Sneha Sports Physio Academy

Dr. Sneha Tiwari is a Sports Physiotherapist, Sports Rehabilitation Specialist, entrepreneur and speaker, and the Founder of Momentum Sports Clinic and Sneha Sports Physio Academy. With over seven years of professional experience, her work spans sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, pain management, strength and conditioning, and helping athletes return to their sport stronger and more confident.
Her journey into physiotherapy began with cricket. A cricketer herself, Dr. Sneha represented Hyderabad at the U-16 and U-19 levels as a wicketkeeper and batter. At 18, an ACL injury abruptly changed the course of her sporting journey. Rehabilitation introduced her to physiotherapy and showed her the transformative role it could play—not only in healing physical injuries, but also in rebuilding confidence and helping people return to what they love. What began as a setback eventually became her purpose.
After completing her BPT and MPT, she pursued specialised education in sports physiotherapy and football medicine, along with international certifications and rehabilitation programmes. Her professional journey has since taken her into high-performance sporting environments, where she has worked with athletes and teams including state cricket teams, men’s Ranji and U-23 teams and women’s cricket.
Building Momentum Sports Clinic marked another important chapter. Entrepreneurship demanded an entirely different skill set from clinical practice. Alongside treating patients, she had to learn leadership, finance, branding, marketing, operations, team building and business strategy. Her vision has consequently expanded beyond a conventional clinic: she aims to build a sports rehabilitation, performance and wellness ecosystem that can take people from pain to performance.
Her inspiration comes from people who continue to grow despite adversity, along with the mentors, athletes and patients who have shaped her perspective. As a woman entrepreneur, establishing credibility, making difficult decisions independently and navigating spaces where women can sometimes be underestimated have been challenges. Rather than allowing these experiences to define her, Dr. Sneha has used them to strengthen her identity and let her work speak for itself.
Education is another important part of her journey. Through Sneha Sports Physio Academy, she conducts workshops and educational programmes for students and young professionals. She also speaks at professional platforms, including TEDx and national conferences, and creates educational content to make scientific knowledge around injuries, rehabilitation, recovery and performance more accessible.
Her message to aspiring professionals is to start before they feel completely ready. Skills, knowledge, networks and character are built through action, learning and consistency. For women especially, she believes there should be no hesitation in taking up space and creating an identity of their own.
For Dr. Sneha, her story can be summed up simply: she turned her biggest setback into her biggest purpose. From athlete to physiotherapist, educator, speaker and entrepreneur, every stage has shaped her vision. Success, she believes, is ultimately about impact—helping an athlete return to the field, helping someone overcome pain, inspiring the next generation of physiotherapists or creating better standards of rehabilitation.
And fittingly, Momentum represents more than her organisation. It represents her philosophy: keep moving forward, keep learning and keep creating momentum.
Dr. Adity Pandey (PT), Physiotherapist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Founder – KiNova Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

Dr. Adity Pandey (PT) is a physiotherapist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and the Founder of KiNova Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation. Her approach to physiotherapy is centred on personalised, evidence-based care, with an emphasis on helping patients understand their conditions and work towards better movement, function and independence.
Physiotherapy began as a career choice for Dr. Adity but gradually evolved into something she wanted to build her life around. Her professional experience across clinical practice, teaching and a US-based physiotherapy setup gave her exposure to different approaches to patient care and ultimately strengthened her desire to create a practice of her own. Taking a step outside her comfort zone, she invested her savings and independently established KiNova.
Starting a clinic from scratch brought its share of uncertainty. Financial pressures, the responsibility of building a patient base and the constant question of whether the practice would succeed tested her confidence. Rather than allowing those concerns to dictate her approach, Dr. Adity focused on the fundamentals—giving every patient her best, understanding their individual concerns and explaining their condition rather than relying on routine treatment protocols.
Over time, patient results, referrals and word-of-mouth helped KiNova gain momentum. Within its first couple of months, the clinic was seeing around 20 patients a day, a milestone that gave Dr. Adity confidence that the foundation she was building was beginning to take shape. Yet, she remains grounded about the journey and considers herself a work in progress, with much more to learn and accomplish.
Her sister, Mishti Pandey, a YouTuber, has been a major source of inspiration. Watching her create an independent identity through consistent work taught Dr. Adity the value of believing in herself and staying committed to her goals. Her friend Nikhil Singh has also been an important source of encouragement, particularly during the more challenging phases of building the clinic.
As a woman entrepreneur, one of her biggest challenges has been learning to trust her own decisions. Building a business brings financial and emotional pressure, and moments of self-doubt are inevitable. For Dr. Adity, however, those moments have ultimately strengthened her confidence and resilience.
Beyond clinical practice, she creates content around physiotherapy, rehabilitation and professional life, while particularly enjoying interactions with students and young physiotherapists.
Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: don’t wait for everything to be perfect before you begin. Take calculated risks, keep developing your skills and give yourself time to grow. Most importantly, do not compare your beginning with someone else’s success.
Dr. Adity does not consider herself “successful” yet. For her, success is found in the smaller milestones—seeing a patient improve, earning someone’s trust and knowing that she built something of her own. KiNova, she believes, is only the beginning.
Dr. Jagjit Singh Malik, PT, Chief Physiotherapist

Dr. Jagjit Singh Malik, PT, is a Chief Physiotherapist with more than 19 years of clinical experience, specialising in complex and challenging cases. With a Master’s in Hospital Administration, a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Sciences, his career reflects a constant pursuit of clinical knowledge, entrepreneurship and professional growth. Today, he runs seven physiotherapy clinics across different hospitals, along with two charitable physiotherapy clinics focused on making quality care more accessible.
Interestingly, physiotherapy was not the profession he originally imagined for himself. As a child, Dr. Jagjit dreamed of being part of the film industry. He wanted to perform, create and connect with people, but growing up in a strict family environment meant that pursuing that dream did not seem possible. He eventually entered the medical field and became a physiotherapist. What initially felt like a departure from his childhood ambition gradually became a journey of discovering a different kind of stage.
Over the years, Dr. Jagjit built a career that extended beyond clinical practice. His entrepreneurial journey also took him into the fitness industry, where he established three fitness clubs. While two ventures faced losses, he chose to continue. His determination eventually led to Endurance Fitness Club in Sonipat, which he ran from 2013 to 2019. The venture became a significant milestone, developing into a prominent fitness destination and introducing one of the early CrossFit sections in North India.
Fitness brought him recognition, while physiotherapy gave him purpose, respect and a professional identity. Through years of clinical work, entrepreneurship and content creation, he has also built a community of more than 1.11 lakh followers. Yet he considers his patients, family and professional journey equally important milestones.
Dr. Jagjit describes himself as his own inspiration. His ambition, he says, has always come from within. He has faced failures, business losses and difficult phases, but has never allowed temporary setbacks to define him. Instead, each challenge became an opportunity to learn, adapt and work harder.
Beyond his clinical responsibilities, he is passionate about educating fellow healthcare professionals. He conducts workshops and training programmes across India, sharing his knowledge and experience in High-Velocity Low-Amplitude (HVLA) thrust techniques and chiropractic sciences. For him, professional success also means contributing to the growth of others.
His philosophy is straightforward: give your best to whatever you choose to do, stay serious about your dreams and remain committed even when circumstances become difficult. He believes that hard work can get you started, smart work can take you further, but the courage to continue when things fall apart is what ultimately shapes a meaningful life.
Dr. Jagjit may not have entered the film industry as he once dreamed, but he found his own platform through healthcare, fitness, education and content. His journey is a reminder that sometimes life changes the destination without taking away the dream of creating something extraordinary.
Dream it. Believe it. Work for it. Achieve it.
Dr. Divyansha Gehlot, Consultant Physiotherapist, Founder – Chill with Cure Physiotherapy Clinic

Dr. Divyansha Gehlot is a Consultant Physiotherapist and the Founder of Chill with Cure Physiotherapy Clinic in Jodhpur, which she established in 2025. For her, physiotherapy is not simply about treating pain. It is about helping people understand their bodies, improve movement and become active participants in their own recovery.
Her fascination with the medical field naturally drew her towards physiotherapy. What appealed to her was the profession’s emphasis on movement, exercise, awareness and patient participation. She describes herself as an ordinary student rather than a topper or gold medallist, but her journey has always been driven by sincerity, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn. Most importantly, she has remained committed to listening to her patients and giving each of them her best.
After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur, she began her professional journey with the mindset of continuing to grow. Her internship became an important turning point, making her more serious about the profession and strengthening her desire to contribute to physiotherapy beyond clinical practice.
This also led her towards digital education. She began creating physiotherapy-related content on Instagram, initially with a simple intention: to use her knowledge to educate people and make useful information more accessible. Rather than chasing instant growth, she focused on consistency, continuously working on fresh and meaningful content. Over time, her digital presence grew organically and opened new opportunities, becoming another extension of her professional identity.
Her biggest inspiration is her mother, whose strength, fearlessness, positivity, honesty and willingness to help others have deeply influenced her. From her, Dr. Divyansha learned to remain positive during difficult circumstances, approach challenges with strength and retain the intention to help others.
As a young woman building her professional identity, she has also experienced the challenge of being underestimated or facing preconceived notions about what she can achieve. Her response has been to remain confident, work sincerely and allow her actions and results to speak for themselves. She believes ambition and compassion can coexist, and that strength does not require compromising femininity.
Beyond physiotherapy, she values family, meaningful relationships, personal growth and continuous learning. She believes that professional ambition becomes more fulfilling when accompanied by personal wellbeing and balance.
Her message to aspiring professionals is to not let insecurity or early self-doubt define their potential. She encourages people to stop comparing their timelines, embrace opportunities, respect their own progress and remain consistent even when results take time.
For Dr. Divyansha, success is not about reaching a particular position. It is about working with honesty, excellence, consistency and the right intention. Her guiding philosophy remains simple: “Work with excellence; success will follow.” She believes that when intentions are sincere and efforts remain consistent, challenges become lessons and opportunities gradually find their way into the journey.

Dr. Bindiya Mukhi Kataria, Founder & Dermatologist – Dermalicious, Aesthetic & Wellness Center

With over 14 years of experience in dermatology, Dr. Bindiya Mukhi Kataria, Founder and Dermatologist at Dermalicious, has built her journey around continuous learning and evolution. Coming from a family of doctors, medicine was always a natural choice for her. After completing her MBBS, she found herself drawn to dermatology, a field that combined clinical science with constant innovation.
Her year as a Junior Consultant with Kaya Skin Clinics introduced her to the aesthetic side of dermatology, but also helped her realise that her interests went beyond aesthetics. She went on to pursue her DNB in Dermatology from Rajawadi Hospital, affiliated with D Y Patil Hospital, strengthening her clinical foundation.
Today, her approach goes beyond treating individual skin concerns. She believes in looking at skin health and overall wellbeing more holistically, bringing together clinical dermatology, aesthetics, wellness, recovery and longevity in an evidence-led and personalised manner.
Her biggest inspirations remain her parents. Her father, a renowned orthopaedic surgeon, continues to practise at 76 with the same dedication to his patients, while her mother remains actively involved in managing the hospital and family. Her husband has also been a source of inspiration, motivating her through his unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth.
As a woman, she believes that balancing career, family and motherhood is an ongoing process rather than something that can be perfected every day. She credits her supportive family and in-laws for giving her the space to grow.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Bindiya is deeply spiritual and creative. She enjoys meditation, reading, and encouraging other women to believe in themselves. For her, success is less about milestones and more about evolution, impact and becoming stronger through every phase of life.
Dr. Gitika Sharda, Founder – Dermanova Aesthetic Clinic,

Dr. Gitika Sharda is the driving force behind Dermanova Aesthetic Clinic, a practice built around her vision of making aesthetic care safe, ethical and deeply personalized. For her, aesthetic medicine is not simply about treatments or appearances; it is about helping people feel more confident while ensuring that their care remains rooted in science, technology and genuine empathy.
Her journey with Dermanova began with a clear intention—to create a space where patients feel heard, understood and comfortable while receiving evidence-based treatments. Turning that vision into reality required much more than clinical expertise. Building the clinic meant continuously upgrading her knowledge, adopting advanced technologies, investing in modern equipment, training a capable team and creating an environment where patients could place their trust.
Over time, every patient interaction became an opportunity to learn and evolve. From addressing acne scars and hair concerns to helping patients achieve healthier skin, Dr. Gitika has found her greatest fulfilment in seeing the difference thoughtful aesthetic care can make to an individual’s confidence and quality of life. Her emphasis remains on natural-looking outcomes, patient safety and informed decision-making.
She continues to keep Dermanova evolving by staying abreast of developments in aesthetic medicine and using social media and community outreach to educate people. Her vision extends beyond building a successful clinic; she wants Dermanova to represent trust, innovation and responsible aesthetic care.
Her biggest inspiration is her family, whose unwavering support has been instrumental throughout her journey. She especially credits her husband, Dr. Sharin, an Orthopaedic Surgeon, and her son, Aryaveer, whom she considers her biggest support system. She also draws inspiration from patients who place their trust in her and from doctors and entrepreneurs who have built their careers through dedication, ethics and continuous learning.
As a woman entrepreneur, balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments has brought its own challenges. Building credibility, developing a strong team and navigating setbacks required persistence. Yet these experiences strengthened her resilience and taught her the value of empathy, patience and clear communication.
Her message to aspiring professionals is straightforward: believe in your vision, but never stop learning. Success is rarely overnight; it is built through consistency, integrity and the courage to keep moving forward. Starting small is not a limitation—it can be the first step towards something meaningful.
For Dr. Gitika, the success of Dermanova lies not merely in building a business, but in creating a practice that positively impacts people’s lives while remaining true to its values.
Dr. Sonia Oberoi, Celebrity Aesthetic Doctor

For Dr. Sonia Oberoi, aesthetics has always been about more than appearance. It is about understanding individuality, appreciating subtlety and helping people feel confident in their own skin.
Drawn to the intersection of science, artistry and precision, Dr. Oberoi stepped into aesthetics with a simple philosophy: meaningful transformation does not have to mean changing who you are. Over more than 30 years in practice, she has built a distinctive journey creating beautiful smiles and comprehensive total-body makeovers, while championing results that feel refined, natural and personal.
Her journey has been shaped by curiosity and an openness to evolve. She credits women who have forged their own paths with courage, grace and resilience as a constant source of inspiration. Balancing family, professional commitments and an ever-changing industry has brought its share of challenges, but each one has strengthened her resolve to keep learning and moving forward.
Away from her practice, Dr. Oberoi enjoys time with family and friends, travelling, staying active and discovering new experiences. Learning remains an important part of her life, whether through aesthetics, wellness or simply exploring something unfamiliar.
Her advice to those building their own journey is straightforward: believe in your vision, stay consistent and do not let setbacks define you. For Dr. Oberoi, success has never been a final destination. It has been the freedom to remain curious, take risks, reinvent herself and continue creating something meaningful.
After three decades, her greatest achievement may not simply be what she has built, but the passion and purpose that continue to drive what comes next.
Dr. Amit M. Patel, (PT, Ph.D.)

Dr. Amit M. Patel (PT, Ph.D.) is a distinguished physiotherapy academic, researcher, professional governance contributor, and educator with more than 19 years of experience across physiotherapy education, postgraduate training, research, academic leadership, innovation, and professional development. He currently serves as a Senior Lecturer and PG Guide for MPT (Musculoskeletal Sciences) at JG College of Physiotherapy, affiliated with Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He is also a Part-time Committee Member (Western Zone) of the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi, and a Committee Member of the Gujarat State Allied and Healthcare Council (GSAHC), Ministry of Health and Family welfare, Government of Gujarat.
His journey into physiotherapy began with an interest in healthcare, human anatomy, movement and rehabilitation. The possibility of helping people overcome pain, injuries, physical limitations and disabilities while regaining their independence drew him towards the profession. As he progressed, he discovered that physiotherapy offered the perfect combination of scientific knowledge, clinical expertise, compassion and meaningful human interaction. Over time, what began as a career evolved into a deeper commitment to improving lives through patient care, education, research and knowledge sharing.
His professional journey has been shaped by a combination of clinical exposure, teaching, postgraduate education, research and continuous learning. His academic interests and commitment to evidence-based practice have led him to mentor students and contribute extensively to physiotherapy literature. His portfolio includes five copyrights, four Indian patents, two international patents, 49 research publications and co-authorship of 31 book chapters. Each stage of his career has strengthened his belief in lifelong learning and the importance of contributing to the growth of the profession.
His mother remains one of his greatest sources of inspiration. Her unconditional support, simplicity, patience and unwavering faith in him have helped him navigate challenges with resilience. Balancing teaching, research, professional responsibilities and continuous development has not always been easy. Demanding schedules, limited resources and the pressure to maintain high standards have tested him at various stages, but he has consistently viewed challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.
Beyond his academic responsibilities, Dr. Patel has contributed to international academic and professional initiatives. He has served as a Visiting Professor at several internationally renowned universities and has been associated with global health and sports organisations in various professional capacities, allowing him to collaborate with experts and remain connected with developments around the world.
Photography provides another creative dimension to his life. A passionate hobbyist photographer for nearly two decades, he has received national and international awards and accolades, along with prestigious photography fellowships from the Netherlands and Austria. For him, photography offers an opportunity to observe the world differently, preserve meaningful moments and maintain a creative balance alongside his professional life.
His message to aspiring physiotherapists is to pursue the profession with passion, purpose and integrity. Qualifications alone do not define a healthcare professional; compassion, empathy, responsibility and ethical practice matter equally. He encourages young professionals to remain curious, embrace failures as lessons, respect every patient and never stop learning.
For Dr. Patel, success has never been about simply following an established path. It has been about creating his own through consistency, discipline, self-belief and the courage to step beyond his comfort zone. Recognition is meaningful, but the opportunity to inspire others and contribute something valuable to physiotherapy is, for him, the greater achievement. His journey continues to reflect one central belief: stay grounded, keep learning, and use your work to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Her journey is still evolving, and with her dream of building her own clinic, she looks forward to the next chapter with determination, gratitude and optimism.
Dr. Gaurav Vaid, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, & Founder of Swasthya Shastra

Dr. Gaurav Vaid is a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopath, and the Founder of Swasthya Shastra, a multidisciplinary rehabilitation and wellness centre dedicated to helping people regain mobility, overcome pain, and achieve long-term well-being. With over 24 years of experience, his expertise spans physiotherapy, chiropractic, osteopathy, podiatry, movement science, sports rehabilitation, geriatric care, pain management, and preventive healthcare. Guided by the philosophy of “Treat the person, not just the pain,” Swasthya Shastra embodies its core values of being Coordinated, Connected, and Committed to helping people Discover Wellness.
His journey into rehabilitation was driven by a simple yet powerful realization: many people continue to live with chronic pain not because treatment is unavailable, but because they lack access to the right diagnosis, rehabilitation, and guidance. This inspired him to pursue advanced training across multiple disciplines, enabling him to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care that addresses the root cause of illness rather than just its symptoms.
Over the years, Dr. Vaid has treated thousands of patients from diverse backgrounds, with each case reinforcing his belief that successful rehabilitation requires personalized care, clinical expertise, and genuine empathy. Alongside patient care, he has remained deeply involved in professional education, public speaking, healthcare awareness, and medical writing, believing that educating society is as important as treating disease.
His greatest inspiration comes from his patients. Their resilience, determination, and commitment to recovery continue to motivate him every day. One of the biggest challenges in his journey has been building awareness about conservative rehabilitation in a healthcare landscape where surgery is often viewed as the first solution. Through consistency, ethical practice, and lasting clinical outcomes, he has steadily built trust and established Swasthya Shastra as a center for integrated rehabilitation.
Beyond healthcare, Dr. Vaid is passionate about writing on healthcare, geopolitics, and public policy. He contributes opinion pieces to newspapers, participates in strategic discussions, serves through Rotary initiatives, mentors young professionals, and actively promotes community health awareness.
His message to aspiring doctors is clear: medicine demands lifelong learning, unwavering ethics, and deep compassion. Clinical skills may make you a competent doctor, but empathy and honest communication are what patients remember most.
For Dr. Gaurav Vaid, success is measured not by accolades but by transformation—a patient walking pain-free again, returning to work, or reclaiming confidence after months of suffering. His vision is to continue building centers of excellence that combine science, innovation, and holistic care, making quality rehabilitation accessible to more people while helping them truly rediscover wellness.
Dr. Deepti Mehta, Founder – Dental Tree Clinic

Dr. Deepti Mehta is the founder of Dental Tree Clinic, a multi-speciality dental clinic, and a highly experienced dentist with over 22 years of clinical practice. With expertise in modern endodontics, cosmetic restorations, and paediatric dentistry, she is particularly known for creating anxiety-free dental experiences for children through positive behavioural techniques, preventive care, and specialized paediatric endodontic treatments. Under her leadership, Dental Tree Clinic offers comprehensive dental care, including root canal treatments (RCT), dental implants, orthodontic treatment, cosmetic dentistry, and a wide range of advanced dental procedures. Her philosophy extends beyond treating teeth—she believes every patient, especially every child, deserves compassionate care in a comfortable and reassuring environment.
For Dr. Mehta, dentistry was never simply a career choice—it was a calling. Looking back on her journey, she believes the profession found her just as much as she found it. That sense of purpose has remained the driving force behind every stage of her career.
She began her professional journey by working in charitable and private dental clinics, gaining valuable clinical exposure across diverse patient groups. Marriage marked the beginning of a new chapter, but rather than slowing her down, it strengthened her determination to grow professionally while building a loving family. In 2016, with the unwavering support of her husband, she established Dental Tree Clinic, transforming her vision of patient-centered dentistry into reality. A firm believer in lifelong learning, Dr. Mehta regularly attends continuing education programs, advanced workshops, and hands-on training to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. Guided by the belief that every day is a learning day, she continuously refines her clinical skills and embraces new technologies to provide the highest standard of care.
Her greatest inspiration has always been her parents, who instilled in her the values of dedication, discipline, and hard work. She also credits her mentors and patients for shaping her professional journey. As the first person in her family to pursue dentistry, she had no established path to follow and built her career through determination, seeking mentors, and creating opportunities for herself. Balancing marriage, motherhood, and a demanding profession brought its own challenges, particularly when she welcomed her second daughter during the COVID-19 pandemic—eleven years after her first. Managing a newborn alongside a busy dental practice during such uncertain times strengthened her resilience and reinforced her belief that passion and perseverance can overcome even the most difficult circumstances.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Mehta enjoys cooking, creating intricate mandala art, and spending quality time with her family and friends. These creative pursuits help her maintain balance and bring the same patience and attention to detail into her professional life.
Dr. Deepti Mehta encourages aspiring healthcare professionals to pursue their craft with passion, precision, and dedication. She believes that before becoming a skilled doctor, one must first become a kind and empathetic human being. By continually upgrading knowledge, embracing lifelong learning, and placing compassion at the heart of patient care, she believes every professional can build a career that is both successful and deeply meaningful.
Dr. Vinkle Gusain, Integrative Clinical Nutritionist, Women’s Health Physiotherapist & Lactation Consultant

Dr. Vinkle Gusain is an Integrative Clinical Nutritionist, Women’s Health Physiotherapist, and Lactation Consultant with over 14 years of experience, specializing in preventive health, metabolic optimization, and longevity. Through her evidence-based approach, she helps individuals reverse metabolic age, hormonal imbalances, gut issues, and lifestyle disorders. By seamlessly combining clinical nutrition, movement, and lifestyle medicine, she has built an integrated model of care designed to focus on biological optimization rather than traditional rehabilitation.
Her journey began as a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, where she noticed a frustrating cycle: patients repeatedly returned with the same chronic concerns because the root causes were left unaddressed. Whether dealing with metabolic syndrome, difficult pregnancies, or chronic pain, she realized that nutrition and lifestyle architecture were the missing pieces. This inspired her to specialize in clinical nutrition and transition toward a comprehensive, integrated system of care focused on treating the whole person rather than just a diagnosis.
At the heart of her practice is a steadfast philosophy: true health optimization does not rely on fad diets, extreme detoxes, meal replacement shakes, or unnecessary supplements. Instead, Dr. Gusain empowers individuals to restore their health using familiar, home-cooked food, backed by rigorous science and personalized to optimize metabolism, balance hormones, and improve cellular health.
Over the years, Dr. Gusain has helped individuals reverse or manage conditions such as metabolic dysfunction, fatty liver disease, PCOS, thyroid disorders, and digestive issues, while also guiding women through fertility optimization, pregnancy, lactation, and postpartum recovery. Her commitment to deep patient education has built a highly trusted, referral-based practice. This track record of life-changing transformations has recently driven the expansion of her clinical team, corporate wellness collaborations, and new healthcare initiatives.
Her greatest inspiration comes from her patients. Watching individuals regain vitality, couples achieve healthier pregnancies, and families embrace sustainable longevity reinforces her purpose every day. As a healthcare entrepreneur, she balances clinical excellence with scaling a modern practice, remaining fiercely committed to evidence-based science in an era often dominated by quick fixes and superficial social media trends.
Beyond her clinical practice, she is passionate about simplifying complex health concepts through high-impact educational content, staying at the forefront of scientific research, traveling, exploring regional food cultures, and spending time in nature.
Her message to aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs is clear: solve real problems, earn trust through clinical outcomes, and stay patient. Sustainable success is built through consistency, integrity, and meaningful impact—not shortcuts.
For Dr. Vinkle Gusain, success is measured by the ripple effect of healthier families and resilient communities. Her mission is to make advanced, evidence-based preventive healthcare accessible, sustainable, and deeply human—one family at a time.
Dr. Karanveer Garg, Dentist, Entrepreneur & Founder – Dr. Karan Dental Clinic, Samana

Dr. Karanveer Garg is a practicing dentist, entrepreneur, and founder of Dr. Karan Dental Clinic, Samana. Passionate about ethical dentistry and continuous learning, he believes that great patient care goes beyond clinical skills—it also requires innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to improving the profession.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Garg has developed digital solutions to help fellow dentists simplify everyday practice. He created the Patient Management Tracker, a practical system that enables clinics to manage appointments, patient records, finances, and daily operations more efficiently. He is also the co-founder of DocLoop, a doctor-to-doctor networking platform built to help dentists connect with specialists, strengthen professional relationships, and collaborate more effectively.
His journey into dentistry has been one of growth and self-discovery. Like many students, he began his dental education without fully understanding the depth and possibilities of the profession. The defining moment came during his internship when he pursued fellowships in Aesthetic Dentistry and Implant Dentistry at D.Y. Patil University. Those experiences completely changed his perspective. He realized that dentistry is not just about treating teeth—it’s about restoring confidence, improving lives, and committing to lifelong learning.
As a first-generation dentist, Dr. Garg built his career from the ground up. Every milestone—from becoming a dentist and opening his own clinic to developing digital tools and co-founding DocLoop—has been driven by a desire to solve real-world problems. The initial months of private practice were slower than he had expected, but instead of viewing that as a setback, he used the time to learn, improve, and build solutions that could help not only his own clinic but also thousands of other dentists.
Outside dentistry, he enjoys fitness, technology, entrepreneurship, and creating educational content for the dental community. He strongly believes that the future of healthcare lies in combining clinical excellence with technology to improve the experience of both patients and healthcare professionals.
His advice to aspiring doctors is simple: keep learning, keep applying what you learn, and never compromise on ethics. He believes every doctor has a unique journey, and lasting success comes from consistency, integrity, and earning the trust of patients.
For Dr. Karanveer Garg, success is not a destination but an ongoing journey. Whether caring for patients, building digital tools like the Patient Management Tracker, or creating platforms such as DocLoop, his mission remains the same—to make a meaningful contribution to dentistry and leave the profession better than he found it.

Across India, a new generation of dental professionals is redefining the standards of patient care by embracing advanced technologies, evidence-based treatments, preventive dentistry, and personalized solutions. Their dedication is not only creating healthier smiles but also shaping the future of the country’s healthcare ecosystem.

From pioneering cutting-edge procedures and mentoring the next generation of dentists to advancing research, community outreach, and patient education, these visionaries are making a lasting impact on the field of dentistry while setting new benchmarks for quality, ethics, and innovation across India.
Dr. Rashika Vijan, Dental Surgeon & Aesthetic Dentistry

Dr. Rashika Vijan is a Dental Surgeon and Aesthetic Dentistry Specialist with 20 years of clinical experience. Over the years, she has built a practice that brings together clinical expertise, aesthetics and personalised care, supported by a specialist team of 10 dentists under one roof. For her, dentistry goes beyond treating teeth—it is about helping people regain comfort, confidence and the freedom to smile without hesitation.
While dentistry was her chosen profession, aesthetic dentistry became her passion. She was drawn to the intersection of science, precision and beauty, where every treatment can be tailored to an individual’s facial features, personality and expectations. She believes there is no universal definition of a beautiful smile; the most successful result is one that looks natural and feels uniquely right for the person.
Her two-decade journey has been one of continuous evolution. Building a successful practice, she believes, requires far more than clinical competence. It demands the ability to earn trust, understand people, constantly upgrade one’s skills and remain willing to adapt as dentistry evolves. Her practice has welcomed patients from across India and internationally, with some travelling significant distances to place their smiles in her care.
Among the most rewarding experiences of her career has been witnessing the emotional transformation that can accompany a smile makeover. Patients who once felt self-conscious can leave feeling more confident, and for Dr. Rashika, that change is one of the most meaningful outcomes of her work. She sees the ability to make someone feel better about themselves as one of the greatest privileges of her profession.
Her journey as a woman professional has also demanded resilience. Balancing professional ambitions with personal responsibilities, establishing credibility and navigating preconceived expectations have been part of the experience. Instead of allowing these challenges to limit her, Dr. Rashika has used them to strengthen her confidence and trust her instincts. She firmly believes women should not have to choose between ambition, femininity, compassion and a fulfilling personal life.
Outside dentistry, she enjoys travel, fashion, beauty, aesthetics and discovering new experiences. Time with family and friends and her curiosity about developments in beauty, wellness and aesthetics also keep her inspired creatively.
Her advice to aspiring professionals is to invest in themselves, keep learning and never wait for permission to become the person they aspire to be. Success, she believes, is built quietly through discipline, consistency and courage.
For Dr. Rashika, success is not defined by numbers or recognition. It is reflected in the trust patients place in her and the confidence she helps them rediscover. After two decades, she remains committed to evolving without losing sight of who she is—a philosophy she sums up simply: dream without limits, work with intention, and never underestimate your own potential.
Dr. Harleen Gandhi Kalsi, Founder – Meraki Dental Studio

Dr. Harleen Gandhi Kalsi is an aesthetic dentist, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of Meraki Dental Studio in New Delhi. With a philosophy rooted in clinical excellence and personalized care, she has dedicated her career to helping people rediscover confidence through beautiful, healthy smiles.
Drawn to the unique blend of science, artistry, and human connection that dentistry offers, she found her calling in a profession that transforms not just oral health, but self-esteem and quality of life. Over the years, she has expanded her role beyond patient care, mentoring fellow dentists and contributing to the profession through lectures and educational programs.
Her journey has been one of courage and perseverance. Coming from a small city and moving to Delhi after marriage, she entered one of the country’s most competitive markets without the advantage of a medical background or established network. Beginning her career in a corporate dental chain before transitioning into private practice, she eventually took a leap of faith and founded Meraki Dental Studio in 2016.
The path was far from easy. Three clinic relocations, the uncertainty brought by two COVID lockdowns, and the challenges of building a brand from scratch tested her resilience. Yet, every obstacle strengthened her conviction and helped shape Meraki Dental Studio into one of India’s trusted destinations for aesthetic dentistry.
One of her greatest inspirations is the iconic artist Frida Kahlo, whose courage and authenticity taught her the power of turning adversity into strength. As a woman entrepreneur and mother of twins, balancing the demands of family and a growing practice often felt overwhelming. Those experiences, however, taught her adaptability, patience, and the importance of a strong support system.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Harleen is passionate about education and travel. She regularly conducts workshops and lectures in aesthetic dentistry and aligner therapy, finding immense fulfillment in sharing knowledge and helping young professionals grow.
Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: stop waiting for the perfect moment. Start with what you have, trust the process, and keep showing up consistently. Success, she believes, is not about perfection but persistence.
For Dr. Harleen Gandhi Kalsi, the greatest reward lies not in accolades, but in seeing patients smile with confidence, empowering fellow dentists, and inspiring others to pursue their dreams with courage and conviction.
Dr. Shreya Shivangi, MDS Dentist, Aesthetic Dentist, Endodontist & Sleep Apnea Care Professional

Dr. Shreya Shivangi is an MDS Dentist, Aesthetic Dentist, Endodontist and Sleep Apnea Care Professional based in Noida. She is the Director at Heal Studio Healthcare and Lead Consultant at FaceStudio Clinics, where she brings together advanced dentistry, aesthetic care and a broader understanding of oral and airway health. Her areas of expertise include aesthetic and conservative dentistry, endodontics, smile designing, painless dentistry, TMJ care and Dental Sleep Medicine, with a particular interest in the dental management of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
For Dr. Shreya, dentistry began as a profession but gradually became a deeply meaningful part of her life. She was drawn to the field because of its unique combination of science, precision and creativity. During her education, her interest in saving natural teeth and managing complex dental conditions led her towards Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics. Her interactions with patients, however, taught her that dentistry extends far beyond clinical procedures. Fear, anxiety and insecurities often accompany patients into the dental chair, and understanding those emotions became an important part of her approach. As she puts it, dentists do not simply treat teeth—they treat people.
Her interest in Dental Sleep Medicine grew from the same philosophy of looking at the patient as a whole. Recognising the connection between oral health, the jaw, airway and overall wellbeing, she developed a keen interest in helping identify patients who may be experiencing issues related to snoring and obstructive sleep apnea and guiding them towards appropriate care, including suitable oral appliance therapy.
Dr. Shreya completed her BDS from Manipal University and her MDS from Bharati Vidyapeeth Dental University, Navi Mumbai. During her postgraduate journey, she received the Richard Law Award grant from the Global Child Dental Fund in association with King’s College London. She has also undergone training in Laser Dentistry and completed an externship at the National University of Singapore. Her professional experience includes working as a consultant at Fortis Hospital, Jaypee Hospital and Primacare Hospital in Noida, where she gained exposure to diverse and complex cases.
Over time, her vision expanded from clinical practice to healthcare entrepreneurship. Through Heal Studio Healthcare and FaceStudio Clinics, she aims to create modern, patient-centric spaces where individuals can access advanced dental and specialist healthcare services under one roof.
Her journey has also involved learning to balance clinical responsibilities, entrepreneurship and the many demands that come with building something of her own. Her family and the inspiring women she has encountered throughout her career remain important sources of motivation. Each challenge has reinforced her belief that one does not need to have everything figured out before taking the next step.
Outside her professional life, Dr. Shreya enjoys travelling, exploring restaurants, riding, sports and spending time with family and friends. She also remains committed to continuous learning, believing that healthcare professionals must always remain students as medicine and dentistry continue to evolve.
Her message to aspiring professionals is straightforward: start with what you have, keep learning, embrace mistakes and continue improving. She particularly encourages women to build their own identity and professional confidence rather than measuring themselves against someone else’s definition of success.
For Dr. Shreya, success is ultimately measured by impact—the anxious patient who leaves feeling reassured, the person who regains confidence in their smile, or someone whose sleep-related concerns are finally recognised and appropriately addressed. Her vision is to continue building ethical, advanced and patient-focused healthcare services while increasing awareness about Dental Sleep Medicine and the role dentists can play in sleep apnea care.
Dr. Pankti Gangar Bhatia, Periodontist and Implantologist, Founder – Carving Smiles Multispeciality Dental Clinic

Dr. Pankti Gangar Bhatia is a Periodontist and Implantologist with over eight years of clinical experience and the Founder of Carving Smiles Multispeciality Dental Clinic in Chembur, Mumbai. For her, dentistry is more than a profession—it is a field where science, precision and empathy come together to create a tangible difference in people’s lives.
Coming from a family of engineers, entrepreneurs and accountants, Dr. Pankti initially envisioned a career in medicine with the desire to serve humanity. Dentistry eventually became an unexpected yet defining turn in her life. What began as a career choice gradually developed into a deep passion, particularly for understanding the teeth and their supporting structures. This interest led her to pursue her MDS in Periodontology and Implantology.
Today, her practice encompasses comprehensive dental care with a special focus on advanced periodontal treatments, dental implants, regenerative dentistry, laser gum procedures and full-mouth smile rehabilitation. She believes modern dentistry should extend beyond treatment to include patient education, accurate diagnosis, precision and compassionate communication. For her, one of the most rewarding moments is seeing a patient leave the clinic with renewed trust and confidence.
Establishing Carving Smiles marked a significant breakthrough in her professional journey. Becoming a practice owner required her to grow beyond clinical dentistry and develop an understanding of leadership, practice management, team building, patient communication, branding and business development. Each responsibility brought new lessons and pushed her to become more confident in making independent decisions.
Her journey has been supported by the people closest to her. She credits her family, her husband, Dr. Chirag Bhatia, an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, and her mentors for consistently standing by her and encouraging her growth. As a woman professional and entrepreneur, balancing multiple responsibilities while establishing her own identity has presented its challenges. Entrepreneurship has also meant navigating uncertainty, making difficult decisions and remaining resilient when things do not go according to plan. These experiences have ultimately strengthened her confidence and reinforced her belief in her own abilities.
Outside dentistry, Dr. Pankti enjoys travelling, listening to music and spending quality time with her family. She remains passionate about learning, both within dentistry and beyond her profession.
Her message to aspiring professionals is simple: believe in your capabilities, but never stop learning. Do not wait for perfect circumstances to begin. Start small, remain consistent and allow discipline and perseverance to turn your vision into something meaningful.
For Dr. Pankti, building Carving Smiles has been about creating more than a successful practice it has been about building a space that reflects her values and approach to patient care. She considers herself a work in progress, continuing to learn, evolve and strive for greater impact. For her, that continuous journey is itself one of the most rewarding definitions of success.
