Riccha Singh, Founder – Life Partners Destiny

WhatsApp Image 2026 02 24 at 10.02.07 AM

Riccha Singh is an entrepreneur who works across multiple spaces, blending business with community-driven initiatives. She curates lifestyle exhibitions, owns a petrol pump, and leads a social venture called Life Partners Destiny, a Rajput matrimony platform designed to create meaningful connections within the community.

Life Partners Destiny is a venture especially close to her heart. The idea emerged from recognizing a genuine need for a trusted and well-managed matrimony platform within the Rajput community. Riccha manages the technical side of the platform, ensuring its smooth functioning and efficiency. For her, this initiative is not just about running a digital platform but about contributing to society in a meaningful way. By combining technology with purpose, she has helped create a space that brings people together and strengthens community bonds.

Her second initiative, Hidden Treasures, is a lifestyle exhibition that began almost by chance. What started as a casual idea with a friend, driven by a shared curiosity to discover unique brands and products, gradually evolved into a full-fledged exhibition. Hidden Treasures now showcases carefully curated brands and products to the city, supporting small businesses and celebrating creativity. Over time, it has grown into a platform that highlights distinctive offerings while adding a fresh perspective to the urban lifestyle space.

Riccha describes her journey as both fulfilling and transformative. Through Destiny, she realized that entrepreneurship is not only about building businesses but also about creating opportunities to give back to society. With Hidden Treasures, she experienced the excitement of watching a simple idea grow into something widely appreciated. The overwhelming response and support have made the journey deeply rewarding.

Her biggest inspiration is her mother, who, despite choosing to focus on home and family, always encouraged her to dream big and pursue her ambitions. As a woman, Riccha believes the real challenge lies in balancing multiple roles at once, managing personal responsibilities alongside professional aspirations. However, she views these experiences as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time with friends. These moments help her unwind and bring fresh inspiration.

Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple. Start with passion and do not hesitate to take the first step. Success, she believes, comes through persistence and learning along the way. For Riccha, success is not a final destination but a continuous journey of growth, purpose, and meaningful contribution.

Garima Jain, Creative Producer and Investment Advisor

IMG 1561

Garima Jain’s journey is defined by ambition, adaptability, and relentless self-belief. With a background in Mass Communications, she currently works as a Creative Producer and Investment Advisor at a sports channel. Alongside this, she runs her own financial consultancy firm specializing in investments, is working on a healthcare startup, and is preparing to launch her own production house. Her professional path also includes experience as a commercial lobbyist, where she worked as an intermediary representing business interests before policymakers and regulatory bodies.

Her career began during her college years when she was actively involved in social work through an NGO. Networking played a crucial role in shaping her trajectory. She strongly believes that meaningful professional relationships, built with integrity and strong communication skills, eventually translate into long-term value. It was through this network that she conceptualized her finance firm and connected with investors who believed in her vision.

Garima always aspired to build her own identity, independent of her well-reputed family background. The journey was not smooth. She faced multiple failures, skepticism from people around her, and limited support in the early stages. Growing up amid personal challenges also shaped her resilience. She dealt with anxiety and emotional setbacks, but chose to see healing as strength rather than weakness. Over time, consistency, faith, and discipline became her foundation.

She looks up to Ratan Tata for his vision and service to society, hoping to one day create impact at a meaningful scale. Financial independence has been a major motivator for her, not merely for wealth, but for the freedom and respect it brings. She emphasizes skill-building, technological awareness, and mindset development for young professionals. Failing fast, learning quickly, and pivoting strategically, according to her, are keys to growth.

Beyond business, she loves fashion, styling, creative expression, and self-introspection. She believes in dreaming big, trusting the process, and showing up consistently. Her philosophy is simple. Heal when life is harsh, stay kind without becoming weak, and never stop building. This Women’s Day, her message to women is clear. Stay ambitious, stay disciplined, and keep your standards high.

Dr. Ritu Khemani, Founder & Lead Physiotherapist – Recura Physio

4. Dr. Ritu Khemani 2

Dr. Ritu Khemani is the Founder and Lead Physiotherapist at Recura Physio, where evidence-based rehabilitation meets personalised, compassionate care. Driven by a deep curiosity about how the human body heals, adapts, and performs, she built her career around the belief that recovery is not merely about relieving pain, but about restoring function, confidence, and quality of life.

Her journey into physiotherapy began during her academic training and early clinical exposure, where she recognised that meaningful rehabilitation extends beyond symptoms. This understanding shaped her purpose-driven approach—one that prioritises long-term outcomes, patient education, and individualised care over quick fixes.

Over the years, Dr. Khemani’s professional path has been defined by continuous learning and clinical evolution. Working with patients across age groups and conditions refined her rehabilitation strategies and strengthened her clinical reasoning. Founding Recura Physio was a natural progression—creating a space where personalised treatment plans, scientific rigour, and patient empowerment come together.

She draws inspiration from clinicians and entrepreneurs who balance scientific excellence with empathy, and from her patients, whose resilience and trust reaffirm her commitment to the profession every day.

As a woman entrepreneur in healthcare, Dr. Khemani has navigated challenges such as establishing authority, balancing professional growth with personal responsibilities, and overcoming societal expectations. These experiences strengthened her leadership, resilience, and confidence in her expertise.

Beyond her clinical practice, she actively engages in professional development and knowledge sharing within the physiotherapy community. She also prioritises fitness, mindfulness, and time with family, believing balance is essential to sustained excellence.

Dr. Khemani’s message to aspiring professionals is rooted in purpose and persistence: success is built through consistency, adaptability, and integrity. Starting small, learning continuously, and trusting one’s value are key to long-term growth.

For her, success is measured not by titles or recognition alone, but by impact. Helping individuals move better, live pain-free, and regain trust in their bodies is the true reward—and the journey, she believes, is still unfolding.

Charvi Bubna Altamirano, Functional Nutritionist, Health Coach & founder of Rise & Nourish

WhatsApp Image 2026 02 27 at 6.38.21 PM

Charvi Bubna Altamirano is a Functional Nutritionist, Health Coach, and the founder of Rise & Nourish. Her work sits at the intersection of physiology and behavior, helping individuals understand not just what to eat, but also why their bodies respond the way they do.

Her journey into nutrition began long before it became her profession. As a teenager, she struggled with yo-yo dieting, constantly searching for approaches that promised results. Despite trying many strategies, she often felt disconnected from her own body. Over time, she began to notice that much of the mainstream advice focused only on food choices while overlooking factors like stress, nervous system regulation, meal timing, under-eating, and the psychology behind eating patterns. As she learned more about the interplay between gut health, hormones, blood sugar, thyroid function, and behavior, her perspective gradually shifted. That curiosity led her to formal training in functional nutrition and psychology-based behavior change, and eventually to founding Rise & Nourish.

Her professional path has been closely tied to personal discovery. Through years of learning and experimentation, she came to see that health is not a fixed equation. It is dynamic and shaped by stress, sleep, hormones, and different life stages. This understanding gradually moved her focus away from surface-level outcomes and toward addressing root causes. Today, she works with clients navigating fertility challenges, PCOS, gut health, thyroid imbalances, hormone imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, mindful eating eating, and sustainable fat loss. Across these diverse cases, one theme consistently emerges: lasting change often happens when biology and behavior are addressed together.

Charvi often draws inspiration from her clients who quietly commit to showing up for themselves despite demanding schedules and responsibilities. One challenge she has encountered is working within an industry that can sometimes favor oversimplified advice and quick fixes. While social media often rewards dramatic claims, she aims to remain grounded in nuance and science. Staying committed to that approach, even when depth may not always be the most visible path, has helped shape her identity as a practitioner who values integrity and long-term impact.

Outside of her work, she tries to live the principles she shares with clients. Strength training, long walks, nourishing home-cooked meals, and continuous learning are part of her routine. She believes that growth – both personally and professionally – should be approached with the same sustainability that she encourages in health.

For aspiring professionals, her advice is simple: focus on building competence before seeking visibility. She encourages developing mastery, credibility, and a genuine commitment to serving others. To her, success is not a final milestone but an ongoing process of learning, alignment, and meaningful contribution.

Namrata Lalwani, Mahjong Instructor – Founder – Let’s Get Our Mahj On!!

WhatsApp Image 2026 02 27 at 3.05.00 PM

In a world where traditional games are often seen as nostalgic pastimes, Namrata Lalwani is redefining Mahjong as a modern symbol of strategy, confidence, and community. As the founder of Let’s Get Our Mahj On!!, she has transformed her passion into a thriving platform that empowers women through the timeless art of Mahjong.

What began as small learning circles has evolved into a vibrant community of confident players. Namrata’s journey has been driven by persistence, clarity of vision, and a deep belief that Mahjong is far more than a game — it is a tool for mental agility, bonding, and self-assurance.

Her classes are known for their structured teaching approach, warm atmosphere, and a strong foundation in rules and scoring. From guiding beginners through their very first East Round to mentoring advanced players with strategic depth, she ensures that every student feels supported and empowered.

When asked what inspires her, Namrata speaks about the transformation she witnesses daily — hesitant learners becoming confident decision-makers at the table. Her greatest motivation is the community she has built and the friendships that blossom through the game.

Her inspiration comes from strong women who build something of their own from scratch — women who create spaces instead of waiting for one. She believes that passion combined with discipline creates magic.

Beyond regular classes, Namrata curates premium Mahjong events — high teas and luxury game afternoons — where the vibe is elegant, energetic, and empowering. She has created not just players, but a community.

Her message to new entrepreneurs:
“Start before you feel ready. Perfection is built in the process. There will be doubts, slow days, and challenges — but consistency will outshine talent. If you believe in what you are building, show up for it every single day.
Passion gives you direction, but discipline builds your dream. Stay consistent, stay authentic, and focus on impact over applause.”

Today, Let’s Get Our Mahj On!! stands as more than a brand — it is a growing movement that celebrates skill, builds confidence, and encourages self-growth. And according to Namrata, this is only the beginning of a much larger vision for Mahjong in modern India. It is about turning a traditional game into a modern lifestyle experience.

And this is only the beginning.

Pall Oberoi, Live show anchor & makeup artist

Pall Oberoi is a live show anchor and makeup artist who has built a dynamic career around communication, stage presence, and passion for public engagement. Over the years, she has carved a distinctive identity in the world of live hosting while also balancing a professional career in government service.

Her journey began in 2006 when she stepped into the world of modeling. During that time, someone noticed her strong speaking skills and offered her an opportunity to host an event. That moment became the starting point of her career as a stage anchor. What began as a single opportunity soon grew into a passion for live hosting and public speaking.

Since then, Pall has hosted numerous shows across India. Her work has included television hosting as well, with three TV shows to her credit. Over the years she has anchored several prestigious government events and large scale concerts alongside renowned artists such as Sunidhi Chauhan, Rekha Bhardwaj, Himesh Reshammiya, Tochi Raina, and Abhijeet. These experiences helped her establish a strong reputation as a confident and engaging stage presenter.

At one point, her career took a different direction when she was selected as a Rajasthan Administrative Service officer. She later cleared several banking examinations and eventually moved into a position as a Gazetted Officer with a Central Government organization. During this phase, anchoring took a back seat as she focused on her administrative career.

However, in 2024 she hosted a large scale event for more than two thousand people. That experience reminded her of the energy and joy she felt while being on stage. Realizing that she deeply missed that creative spark, she decided to restart her hosting career alongside her professional responsibilities. Since then, she has successfully re established herself in the field, working with major organizations and brands including the Adani Group, Walmart, IDFC, HDFC, and British Telecom. She has also become a popular name for hosting NRI weddings and special events.

Pall draws her greatest inspiration from her mother, who has been her constant source of encouragement and strength. She credits her family, including her husband and in laws, for supporting her professional journey and respecting her choices. She believes that when women focus on developing their skills while maintaining clear personal boundaries, they can navigate any industry with confidence.

Apart from her work on stage, Pall continues to serve as a Gazetted Officer in a Central Government organization. Hosting events remains a passion that fuels her love for communication and public interaction.

Her message to aspiring professionals is simple yet powerful. Never give up, even during times when support seems limited. If you stay committed to your path and continue working with dedication, people eventually begin to believe in your vision.

As someone who has experienced multiple professional roles over fifteen years, from model and anchor to administrative officer and government professional, Pall believes that self belief is the most important ingredient for success. She is also a mother of two and strongly encourages other mothers to remember that motherhood does not mark the end of personal dreams. Instead, it can become the beginning of a new and expanded journey.

Dr. Divya Kharat, MDS – Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics, Founder – The Poona Aesthetics

WhatsApp Image 2026 03 03 at 7.31.56 AM

Dr. Divya Kharat is an MDS in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics and the owner of The Poona Aesthetics, a state of the art dental clinic specializing in Orthodontics and Dental Implants.

Dentistry fascinated her from the very beginning because it blends science, precision, artistry, and transformation. Orthodontics, in particular, captured her interest because of its ability to permanently transform a person’s smile and confidence through structured, well planned treatment. The idea of creating lasting impact inspired her to pursue this specialty. She began her professional journey in 2016 after graduation and went on to complete her post graduation in Orthodontics, graduating as a topper from MUHS University.

Starting out in a new city without an established base was not easy. She had no external backing, only her education, skills, and determination. She began with a single chair clinic where every patient and every case mattered deeply. For five years, she focused on ethical practice, quality care, and consistent effort. Slowly, trust began to build. That trust became the foundation for growth. Today, The Poona Aesthetics stands as a premium dental center equipped with advanced technology and personalized care. The journey from one chair to a specialized center was built entirely on consistency and belief.

Her inspiration comes from the constant desire to become better than she was yesterday. She believes in quiet growth and steady improvement. As a young woman establishing herself independently, she had to repeatedly earn credibility. Starting fresh in a new city meant working twice as hard to prove her expertise. Instead of viewing challenges as obstacles, she chose to treat them as stepping stones.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Divya is deeply passionate about animal welfare. She spends her free time caring for stray animals and dreams of opening a shelter for abandoned and injured animals in the future. For her, compassion extends beyond professional success.

Her message to aspiring professionals is clear: start small if you must, but start. Do not wait for perfect conditions. Build credibility through consistency, stay ethical, and trust the process. Success is built quietly through discipline, resilience, and self belief.

Her story is not defined by infrastructure or recognition, but by the journey from a single chair clinic to a trusted center of excellence built on courage and perseverance.

Her journey began with curiosity and the courage to explore different possibilities. Acting introduced her to the world of storytelling and performance, which gradually opened doors to other creative avenues. From there, her natural inclination toward communication and connection led her into hosting, writing, and entrepreneurship. Instead of waiting for the perfect opportunity, she chose to build momentum through continuous learning, experimentation, and reinvention.

Shweta’s professional path has never been linear. It has been shaped by achievements, pauses, transformations, and powerful lessons. Through every stage, she discovered that success is not defined by constant highs but by resilience, authenticity, and the willingness to keep moving forward. Each experience strengthened her understanding of her purpose and her own potential.

Her greatest inspiration has always been her mother. Watching her mother navigate life with quiet strength, compassion, and dignity deeply influenced Shweta’s outlook. She learned from her that true strength does not always seek attention but reveals itself through consistent actions and grace, even during difficult times.

Like many women carving their own paths, Shweta has faced moments when her abilities were underestimated and her choices questioned. She also experienced life altering challenges that required her to pause, heal, and rebuild herself from within. Recovering after a serious accident became not only a physical journey but also an emotional and spiritual one. It required rediscovering confidence, reclaiming purpose, and learning to trust life again. These experiences reshaped her understanding of resilience. Today, she carries those experiences not as burdens but as symbols of strength and growth.

Beyond her professional work, Shweta values mindfulness and personal growth. She enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures, which continuously inspire her creativity. Music, wellness practices, and meaningful conversations with loved ones form an important part of her daily life. She also dedicates time to mentoring and working with school going children by conducting painting, calligraphy, and handwriting workshops, experiences that keep her connected to creativity and innocence.

Her message to aspiring professionals is to believe in their vision even when others may not see it yet. She encourages people to build their value, remain patient with the process, and allow themselves the freedom to grow and redefine success on their own terms.

For Shweta Rohira, success is not measured only through recognition or achievements. It is found in living fully, appreciating each moment, and embracing life with gratitude, awareness, and joy.

Sneha Burman, Celebrity manager & influencer marketing entrepreneur

IMG 4822.JPG edited scaled

Sneha Burman is a celebrity manager and influencer marketing entrepreneur who has steadily built her place in the entertainment and media industry through determination, learning, and resilience. Her journey began with a strong academic foundation in media and entertainment. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Media from Kolkata and later moved to Mumbai to pursue a Master’s degree in Entertainment, a step that opened the doors to the fast paced world of the industry.

At just nineteen, Sneha began her professional journey with Zee in Mumbai. She joined as an intern for reality shows, gaining early exposure to the workings of television production. Alongside this, she also started working on wedding events to gain practical experience and earn additional income. These early years were demanding but deeply formative. They helped her understand the pace, competitiveness, and dedication required to succeed in the entertainment industry. Through this period, she discovered her passion for management, coordination, and working closely with talent.

The unexpected arrival of the COVID pandemic brought her back to Kolkata, which turned out to be a significant turning point in her career. She joined SVF Entertainment, one of the biggest production houses in the region, where she worked as a celebrity and influencer manager. The experience allowed her to grow professionally while managing prominent personalities from the Bengali entertainment industry. At SVF, she developed the confidence to handle large teams, manage professional relationships with celebrities and influencers, and navigate the demands of the industry with maturity.

Building on this experience, Sneha took a bold step toward entrepreneurship. At the age of twenty eight, she launched her own influencer marketing agency, 11Eleven Media and Marketing, in Kolkata. Through this venture, she aims to create impactful collaborations between brands, influencers, and public personalities while continuing to grow within the entertainment ecosystem.

Sneha draws her greatest inspiration from her mother. Watching her mother face life’s challenges and raise a family with strength and determination shaped Sneha’s outlook on resilience and courage. Those experiences taught her to remain strong and grounded in difficult situations.

In the early stages of her career, being young and new to the industry sometimes led people to underestimate her. However, she relied on her intuition, observation, and quiet confidence to navigate challenges. Instead of reacting loudly, she learned to move forward with grace and focus.

Outside of work, Sneha enjoys travelling and exploring new destinations. Being a water lover, she particularly enjoys sea adventures and coastal experiences whenever she travels. For her, travel offers both relaxation and inspiration.

Her message to aspiring professionals is simple. Stay confident, trust your instincts, and continue moving forward despite external noise. Believing in your own strength, she believes, is the first step toward building something meaningful.

Dr. Sunita Patel, Physiotherapist

WhatsApp Image 2026 09 13 at 9.19.06 AM

Dr. Sunita Patel is a physiotherapist specialising in pelvic care and women’s health, with a practice that combines clinical care with education. For her, treatment and awareness have to go hand in hand.

Her journey into pelvic health began with a deeply personal experience. After having her baby, she experienced pelvic health issues herself, which led her to discover Kegel exercises and explore the importance of the pelvic floor. One discovery led to another, eventually introducing her to pelvic rehabilitation. The more she learned, the more she felt that this was the work she was meant to do.

She began this journey around 2015, at a time when there were very few educators in India specialising in pelvic floor rehabilitation. With limited guidance available, much of her learning came through self-study, including books, research, articles and online resources. What started with understanding Kegels gradually expanded into learning about pelvic, bowel, bladder and sexual health.

The journey was challenging, but it eventually became both her passion and profession. Her greatest inspiration continues to be the women she meets and the stories they share. She also understands the importance of creating a safe and comfortable environment where women can speak openly about their health.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Sunita is a mother, wife and family person. She believes success is not only about professional achievements, but also about building a fulfilling life.

Her message to aspiring professionals is simple: follow your dreams, but be willing to work for them. She believes in being “self-full” rather than selfish, making space for personal growth while pursuing professional goals.

For Dr. Sunita, there is no shortcut to excellence. Knowledge comes from learning, confidence comes from experience, and excellence comes from combining the two. Her advice is to keep learning, keep experiencing, never give up on your dreams and keep moving forward.

Dr. Utsav Parikh, Founder & Director – JUST THERAPY

WhatsApp Image 2026 10 14 at 9.26.31 PM

Dr. Utsav Parikh, Founder and Director of JUST THERAPY, is a physiotherapist, entrepreneur and widely recognised as Gujarat’s first Interventional Physiotherapist. Based in Ahmedabad, his journey has been shaped by an unexpected career choice, a willingness to take risks and a desire to create a different experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Physiotherapy was never part of his original plan. After completing his 10th standard, Dr. Utsav envisioned a very different future. He wanted to become an automobile engineer, study design at CEPT and eventually pursue an MBA from IIM. However, circumstances led him towards a different path. After 12th, he found himself choosing between becoming a neurosurgeon and a physiotherapist. He chose physiotherapy, a decision he now believes was a redirection towards something much bigger.

He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Khayati Institute of Physiotherapy, Ahmedabad. During his studies, he realised that he did not want to follow a conventional professional route. He began working with reputed organisations and senior professionals, using those experiences to understand the field, identify gaps and determine the kind of practitioner and entrepreneur he wanted to become.

After completing his degree, he started his own practice and continued developing his clinical expertise. His intervention-based training in the UK during 2020–2021 further shaped his approach to patient care. In 2022, he founded JUST THERAPY with a vision that extended beyond establishing another physiotherapy clinic.

The idea was to create a healthcare brand that offered patients greater convenience, professionalism and specialised care. Today, JUST THERAPY has a strong focus on home healthcare in Ahmedabad, providing physiotherapy and rehabilitation services at patients’ doorsteps and at times convenient to them. The organisation has also developed specialised verticals across physiotherapy, rehabilitation, fitness and wellness.

For Dr. Utsav, entrepreneurship has been as much about building an ecosystem as building a business. He believes that professionals do not always need to view one another as competitors and that collaboration can help strengthen the healthcare sector as a whole.

His own journey has involved building credibility, a network, a team and a professional identity from the ground up. There were experiences where people he trusted did not meet his expectations, but those moments taught him independence, resilience and the importance of trusting his own decisions.

Outside his professional life, Dr. Utsav is a cyclist and marathon runner and occasionally plays badminton. He is also deeply interested in leadership, entrepreneurship and developing new healthcare models, particularly opportunities that can take specialised healthcare services beyond conventional markets.

One achievement particularly close to him is his association as a medical partner for marathon events recognised by the London Book of Records and World Book of Records. Yet he defines success more personally: building something from nothing, creating a team he believes in, serving people and continuing to learn.

His message to aspiring professionals is simple: believe in yourself, run your own race and never compare your first chapter with someone else’s nineteenth. Work honestly, keep learning, focus on your own growth and leave the outcome to God.

For Dr. Utsav, the journey is far from complete. JUST THERAPY is not simply his business; it is his attempt to redefine how people experience physiotherapy and contribute to the evolution of healthcare.

Dr. Jhanvi K. Rathod, Physiotherapist & Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT)

IMG20260607194407.jpg edited scaled

Dr. Jhanvi K. Rathod is a Physiotherapist and Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) currently working at Asian Physiotherapy and Research Institute, Surat. A graduate of SPB Physiotherapy College, Surat, her journey into the profession is one of resilience, perseverance and an unwavering refusal to give up.

Until Class 10, Jhanvi was a bright student, consistently scoring between 80 and 90 percent. However, the years that followed brought a series of setbacks she could never have anticipated. From Class 11 and 12 to NEET, GUJCET and her first year of college, she faced more than ten failures across examinations and academic milestones over nearly seven and a half years. Not once during that period did she clear an exam on her first attempt.

There came a point when the repeated setbacks made her consider giving up on her studies altogether. It was then that her family became her strongest support system. They continued to believe in her even when she struggled to believe in herself. Her father, Ketan M. Rathod, played a particularly important role in helping her find a new direction. When she was ready to leave her studies, he secured her admission into Physiotherapy—a decision that eventually changed the course of her life.

Today, Jhanvi looks back at those difficult years differently. What once felt like failure after failure became the foundation of her resilience. She is now actively building her professional identity through clinical work, research, conferences and public awareness. She regularly attends conferences and presents research, while also creating physiotherapy awareness content to make useful information accessible to students and the public.

Her father remains the person she most admires. Ketan M. Rathod taught her lessons that extend far beyond academics—from punctuality and handling important responsibilities to maintaining relationships and treating people with fairness. She recalls how he would often arrive at hospitals and clinics before her while she was applying for opportunities. His consistency and balanced approach to people are qualities she hopes to embody.

Jhanvi also believes strongly in giving back. She has voluntarily worked as an on-field physiotherapist at two state-level powerlifting competitions and a taekwondo competition in Surat, and has participated in a free health camp. These experiences allow her to contribute beyond her regular clinical responsibilities while strengthening her connection with the community.

As a young professional, she is still at the beginning of her journey, but her message comes from personal experience: never give up. Failure, even repeated failure, does not determine where someone will ultimately reach. Sometimes the path demands that you try, fail, learn and try again—more times than you ever imagined.

For Jhanvi, success is still being written. But after everything she has overcome, one thing is certain: she is no longer defined by the examinations she failed, but by the determination with which she kept moving forward.

Dr. Sneha Tiwari, Sports Rehabilitation Specialist, Founder – Momentum Sports Clinic & Sneha Sports Physio Academy

WhatsApp Image 2026 09 07 at 9.35.43 AM

Dr. Sneha Tiwari is a Sports Physiotherapist, Sports Rehabilitation Specialist, entrepreneur and speaker, and the Founder of Momentum Sports Clinic and Sneha Sports Physio Academy. With over seven years of professional experience, her work spans sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, pain management, strength and conditioning, and helping athletes return to their sport stronger and more confident.

Her journey into physiotherapy began with cricket. A cricketer herself, Dr. Sneha represented Hyderabad at the U-16 and U-19 levels as a wicketkeeper and batter. At 18, an ACL injury abruptly changed the course of her sporting journey. Rehabilitation introduced her to physiotherapy and showed her the transformative role it could play—not only in healing physical injuries, but also in rebuilding confidence and helping people return to what they love. What began as a setback eventually became her purpose.

After completing her BPT and MPT, she pursued specialised education in sports physiotherapy and football medicine, along with international certifications and rehabilitation programmes. Her professional journey has since taken her into high-performance sporting environments, where she has worked with athletes and teams including state cricket teams, men’s Ranji and U-23 teams and women’s cricket.

Building Momentum Sports Clinic marked another important chapter. Entrepreneurship demanded an entirely different skill set from clinical practice. Alongside treating patients, she had to learn leadership, finance, branding, marketing, operations, team building and business strategy. Her vision has consequently expanded beyond a conventional clinic: she aims to build a sports rehabilitation, performance and wellness ecosystem that can take people from pain to performance.

Her inspiration comes from people who continue to grow despite adversity, along with the mentors, athletes and patients who have shaped her perspective. As a woman entrepreneur, establishing credibility, making difficult decisions independently and navigating spaces where women can sometimes be underestimated have been challenges. Rather than allowing these experiences to define her, Dr. Sneha has used them to strengthen her identity and let her work speak for itself.

Education is another important part of her journey. Through Sneha Sports Physio Academy, she conducts workshops and educational programmes for students and young professionals. She also speaks at professional platforms, including TEDx and national conferences, and creates educational content to make scientific knowledge around injuries, rehabilitation, recovery and performance more accessible.

Her message to aspiring professionals is to start before they feel completely ready. Skills, knowledge, networks and character are built through action, learning and consistency. For women especially, she believes there should be no hesitation in taking up space and creating an identity of their own.

For Dr. Sneha, her story can be summed up simply: she turned her biggest setback into her biggest purpose. From athlete to physiotherapist, educator, speaker and entrepreneur, every stage has shaped her vision. Success, she believes, is ultimately about impact—helping an athlete return to the field, helping someone overcome pain, inspiring the next generation of physiotherapists or creating better standards of rehabilitation.

And fittingly, Momentum represents more than her organisation. It represents her philosophy: keep moving forward, keep learning and keep creating momentum.

Dr. Adity Pandey (PT), Physiotherapist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Founder – KiNova Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

Dr. Adity Pandey (PT) is a physiotherapist, Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and the Founder of KiNova Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation. Her approach to physiotherapy is centred on personalised, evidence-based care, with an emphasis on helping patients understand their conditions and work towards better movement, function and independence.

Physiotherapy began as a career choice for Dr. Adity but gradually evolved into something she wanted to build her life around. Her professional experience across clinical practice, teaching and a US-based physiotherapy setup gave her exposure to different approaches to patient care and ultimately strengthened her desire to create a practice of her own. Taking a step outside her comfort zone, she invested her savings and independently established KiNova.

Starting a clinic from scratch brought its share of uncertainty. Financial pressures, the responsibility of building a patient base and the constant question of whether the practice would succeed tested her confidence. Rather than allowing those concerns to dictate her approach, Dr. Adity focused on the fundamentals—giving every patient her best, understanding their individual concerns and explaining their condition rather than relying on routine treatment protocols.

Over time, patient results, referrals and word-of-mouth helped KiNova gain momentum. Within its first couple of months, the clinic was seeing around 20 patients a day, a milestone that gave Dr. Adity confidence that the foundation she was building was beginning to take shape. Yet, she remains grounded about the journey and considers herself a work in progress, with much more to learn and accomplish.

Her sister, Mishti Pandey, a YouTuber, has been a major source of inspiration. Watching her create an independent identity through consistent work taught Dr. Adity the value of believing in herself and staying committed to her goals. Her friend Nikhil Singh has also been an important source of encouragement, particularly during the more challenging phases of building the clinic.

As a woman entrepreneur, one of her biggest challenges has been learning to trust her own decisions. Building a business brings financial and emotional pressure, and moments of self-doubt are inevitable. For Dr. Adity, however, those moments have ultimately strengthened her confidence and resilience.

Beyond clinical practice, she creates content around physiotherapy, rehabilitation and professional life, while particularly enjoying interactions with students and young physiotherapists.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: don’t wait for everything to be perfect before you begin. Take calculated risks, keep developing your skills and give yourself time to grow. Most importantly, do not compare your beginning with someone else’s success.

Dr. Adity does not consider herself “successful” yet. For her, success is found in the smaller milestones—seeing a patient improve, earning someone’s trust and knowing that she built something of her own. KiNova, she believes, is only the beginning.

Dr. Jagjit Singh Malik, PT, Chief Physiotherapist

IMG 7459.JPG

Dr. Jagjit Singh Malik, PT, is a Chief Physiotherapist with more than 19 years of clinical experience, specialising in complex and challenging cases. With a Master’s in Hospital Administration, a Master’s in Sports Physiotherapy and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Sciences, his career reflects a constant pursuit of clinical knowledge, entrepreneurship and professional growth. Today, he runs seven physiotherapy clinics across different hospitals, along with two charitable physiotherapy clinics focused on making quality care more accessible.

Interestingly, physiotherapy was not the profession he originally imagined for himself. As a child, Dr. Jagjit dreamed of being part of the film industry. He wanted to perform, create and connect with people, but growing up in a strict family environment meant that pursuing that dream did not seem possible. He eventually entered the medical field and became a physiotherapist. What initially felt like a departure from his childhood ambition gradually became a journey of discovering a different kind of stage.

Over the years, Dr. Jagjit built a career that extended beyond clinical practice. His entrepreneurial journey also took him into the fitness industry, where he established three fitness clubs. While two ventures faced losses, he chose to continue. His determination eventually led to Endurance Fitness Club in Sonipat, which he ran from 2013 to 2019. The venture became a significant milestone, developing into a prominent fitness destination and introducing one of the early CrossFit sections in North India.

Fitness brought him recognition, while physiotherapy gave him purpose, respect and a professional identity. Through years of clinical work, entrepreneurship and content creation, he has also built a community of more than 1.11 lakh followers. Yet he considers his patients, family and professional journey equally important milestones.

Dr. Jagjit describes himself as his own inspiration. His ambition, he says, has always come from within. He has faced failures, business losses and difficult phases, but has never allowed temporary setbacks to define him. Instead, each challenge became an opportunity to learn, adapt and work harder.

Beyond his clinical responsibilities, he is passionate about educating fellow healthcare professionals. He conducts workshops and training programmes across India, sharing his knowledge and experience in High-Velocity Low-Amplitude (HVLA) thrust techniques and chiropractic sciences. For him, professional success also means contributing to the growth of others.

His philosophy is straightforward: give your best to whatever you choose to do, stay serious about your dreams and remain committed even when circumstances become difficult. He believes that hard work can get you started, smart work can take you further, but the courage to continue when things fall apart is what ultimately shapes a meaningful life.

Dr. Jagjit may not have entered the film industry as he once dreamed, but he found his own platform through healthcare, fitness, education and content. His journey is a reminder that sometimes life changes the destination without taking away the dream of creating something extraordinary.

Dream it. Believe it. Work for it. Achieve it.

Dr. Divyansha Gehlot, Consultant Physiotherapist, Founder – Chill with Cure Physiotherapy Clinic

Dr. Divyansha Gehlot is a Consultant Physiotherapist and the Founder of Chill with Cure Physiotherapy Clinic in Jodhpur, which she established in 2025. For her, physiotherapy is not simply about treating pain. It is about helping people understand their bodies, improve movement and become active participants in their own recovery.

Her fascination with the medical field naturally drew her towards physiotherapy. What appealed to her was the profession’s emphasis on movement, exercise, awareness and patient participation. She describes herself as an ordinary student rather than a topper or gold medallist, but her journey has always been driven by sincerity, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn. Most importantly, she has remained committed to listening to her patients and giving each of them her best.

After completing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences (RUHS), Jaipur, she began her professional journey with the mindset of continuing to grow. Her internship became an important turning point, making her more serious about the profession and strengthening her desire to contribute to physiotherapy beyond clinical practice.

This also led her towards digital education. She began creating physiotherapy-related content on Instagram, initially with a simple intention: to use her knowledge to educate people and make useful information more accessible. Rather than chasing instant growth, she focused on consistency, continuously working on fresh and meaningful content. Over time, her digital presence grew organically and opened new opportunities, becoming another extension of her professional identity.

Her biggest inspiration is her mother, whose strength, fearlessness, positivity, honesty and willingness to help others have deeply influenced her. From her, Dr. Divyansha learned to remain positive during difficult circumstances, approach challenges with strength and retain the intention to help others.

As a young woman building her professional identity, she has also experienced the challenge of being underestimated or facing preconceived notions about what she can achieve. Her response has been to remain confident, work sincerely and allow her actions and results to speak for themselves. She believes ambition and compassion can coexist, and that strength does not require compromising femininity.

Beyond physiotherapy, she values family, meaningful relationships, personal growth and continuous learning. She believes that professional ambition becomes more fulfilling when accompanied by personal wellbeing and balance.

Her message to aspiring professionals is to not let insecurity or early self-doubt define their potential. She encourages people to stop comparing their timelines, embrace opportunities, respect their own progress and remain consistent even when results take time.

For Dr. Divyansha, success is not about reaching a particular position. It is about working with honesty, excellence, consistency and the right intention. Her guiding philosophy remains simple: “Work with excellence; success will follow.” She believes that when intentions are sincere and efforts remain consistent, challenges become lessons and opportunities gradually find their way into the journey.

Republic Day 2027 Honouring Indias Visionary Doctors

As India celebrates Republic Day 2027, the nation honours the vision, dedication and extraordinary contributions of doctors who continue to strengthen its healthcare system and transform countless lives. From advancing medical science and pioneering innovative treatments to expanding access to quality healthcare and serving communities with compassion, these medical professionals exemplify the spirit of service, excellence and nation-building.

“Republic Day 2027: Honouring 10 Visionary Doctors of India” celebrates ten distinguished medical professionals whose expertise, leadership and commitment to patient care are making a lasting difference in the lives of people and contributing to a healthier, stronger and more resilient India.

. Harleen Gandhi Kalsi, Founder – Meraki Dental Studio

IMG 0307.JPG

Dr. Harleen Gandhi Kalsi is an aesthetic dentist, educator, entrepreneur, and founder of Meraki Dental Studio in New Delhi. With a philosophy rooted in clinical excellence and personalized care, she has dedicated her career to helping people rediscover confidence through beautiful, healthy smiles.

Drawn to the unique blend of science, artistry, and human connection that dentistry offers, she found her calling in a profession that transforms not just oral health, but self-esteem and quality of life. Over the years, she has expanded her role beyond patient care, mentoring fellow dentists and contributing to the profession through lectures and educational programs.

Her journey has been one of courage and perseverance. Coming from a small city and moving to Delhi after marriage, she entered one of the country’s most competitive markets without the advantage of a medical background or established network. Beginning her career in a corporate dental chain before transitioning into private practice, she eventually took a leap of faith and founded Meraki Dental Studio in 2016.

The path was far from easy. Three clinic relocations, the uncertainty brought by two COVID lockdowns, and the challenges of building a brand from scratch tested her resilience. Yet, every obstacle strengthened her conviction and helped shape Meraki Dental Studio into one of India’s trusted destinations for aesthetic dentistry.

One of her greatest inspirations is the iconic artist Frida Kahlo, whose courage and authenticity taught her the power of turning adversity into strength. As a woman entrepreneur and mother of twins, balancing the demands of family and a growing practice often felt overwhelming. Those experiences, however, taught her adaptability, patience, and the importance of a strong support system.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Harleen is passionate about education and travel. She regularly conducts workshops and lectures in aesthetic dentistry and aligner therapy, finding immense fulfillment in sharing knowledge and helping young professionals grow.

Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: stop waiting for the perfect moment. Start with what you have, trust the process, and keep showing up consistently. Success, she believes, is not about perfection but persistence.

For Dr. Harleen Gandhi Kalsi, the greatest reward lies not in accolades, but in seeing patients smile with confidence, empowering fellow dentists, and inspiring others to pursue their dreams with courage and conviction.

Masaba Gupta, renowned as one of India’s foremost fashion designers, has carved an inspiring path in the industry, overcoming challenges tied to her mixed heritage with unwavering determination. Armed with a degree in Apparel Manufacturing and Design, she initially explored the world of dance, earning accolades in college.

Masaba’s innate flair for fashion, coupled with a passionate attitude, led her to recognize her true calling. Balancing creativity, commercial appeal, and functionality, she founded ‘House of Masaba,’ her eponymous label that has garnered widespread acclaim. Breaking barriers, she became the first Indian designer to host a fashion show on Instagram, showcasing her innovative approach.

Neha Sachde, Aesthetic Dermatologist, Founder – Metamorphosis Clinic

111

Dr. Neha Sachde is an Aesthetic Dermatologist and the Founder of Metamorphosis Clinic, one of India’s leading aesthetic and wellness clinic chains with nine centres across Mumbai and Delhi. A gold medalist in her MD, she has built a brand that combines evidence-based dermatology with cutting-edge aesthetic treatments, creating a trusted destination for skin health and confidence.

Medicine was her first calling, but entrepreneurship became her purpose. While clinical practice gave her the opportunity to transform individual lives, she envisioned something much larger—a platform that could elevate the standards of aesthetic dermatology in India. With that vision, she founded Metamorphosis Clinic, determined to create a space where science, ethics, and beauty coexist. What began as a single clinic has steadily grown into a respected multi-city brand known for delivering safe, personalized, and medically driven aesthetic care.

Over the past decade, Dr. Sachde has expanded Metamorphosis one clinic at a time, remaining committed to the belief that aesthetic medicine should always be rooted in scientific evidence rather than shortcuts or trends. Alongside building a successful healthcare enterprise, she has embraced multiple roles as a wife, mother of two, daughter, and entrepreneur, proving that professional ambition and personal life can strengthen rather than compete with each other.

Her greatest inspiration comes from the women she treats every day. Watching patients regain confidence and rediscover self-belief through thoughtful, ethical care continually reminds her why she chose this path. As a woman leading a business at the intersection of medicine, aesthetics, and entrepreneurship, she has often found herself having to establish credibility both as a doctor and as a founder. Balancing the responsibilities of scaling a growing company while raising a family has been demanding, but she believes that building a strong support system is one of the greatest strengths a leader can have.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Sachde is deeply involved in education and professional development through Metaderm Academy, where she trains and mentors young dermatologists, delivers academic lectures and workshops, and writes about skin health, entrepreneurship, and aesthetic medicine. She remains passionate about nurturing the next generation of doctors while contributing to the advancement of the specialty.

Her advice to aspiring entrepreneurs is clear: don’t wait for the perfect moment to begin. Start with what you have, stay consistent, and remember that while innovation may attract attention, it is discipline, integrity, and genuine care that build lasting success. She also encourages women to trust that ambition and compassion can coexist.

For Dr. Neha Sachde, Metamorphosis has never been about vanity—it has always been about confidence. Every treatment, every clinic, and every patient reflects her larger mission: helping people feel comfortable in their own skin while raising the benchmark for ethical, science-led aesthetic care in India.
