Based in Thane, Mumbai, he has built a growing fitness and sports coaching ecosystem focused on performance, discipline, and long term transformation. Over the years, his journey has evolved from being a passionate cricketer to building a global online fitness business that now impacts clients and athletes across multiple countries.
Sports have always been central to his life. He began playing cricket at the age of 13, where discipline, punctuality, consistency, and respect for the game became deeply ingrained in him through years of training and competition. Cricket was his first passion, but alongside the sport, he also developed a strong interest in fitness and athletic performance.
His professional journey combines both cricket and strength training. Arjun has played competitive cricket at a high level, including List A cricket in Sri Lanka, Mumbai’s reputed A Division cricket, Kanga League A Division, and Times Shield tournaments. Along the way, he had the opportunity to play alongside and against well known cricketers such as Suryakumar Yadav, Shreyas Iyer, Shardul Thakur, and Shivam Dube.
Nearly nine years ago, he began coaching people in fitness, initially starting with close friends before gradually expanding into online coaching after the COVID period. What started with a single client eventually grew into a large scale coaching business. Today, he has trained more than 1000 fitness clients and mentored over 100 athletes as a high performance coach. His team has also expanded to around 18 trainers working under his guidance.
Recently, he launched Hybrid Headquarters in Thane with the vision of building a stronger and more sustainable fitness culture in the city. More than just a gym, the idea behind Hybrid Headquarters is to create a community driven environment where people can train with purpose, discipline, and consistency. Through this initiative, he is actively working towards changing the way fitness is approached in Thane by combining athletic performance, structured coaching, and long term lifestyle transformation.
Beyond physical transformation, he believes in creating opportunities for young trainers and aspiring fitness professionals. Through his businesses, he has helped generate careers, employment, and work from home opportunities for many young coaches.
For Arjun Shetty, success is not defined only by money or achievements. It is about consistency, impact, discipline, and building a community that grows together.
Dr. Aqeel Sajjad Reshamvala, Specialised dentist & prosthodontist

Dr. Aqeel Sajjad Reshamvala is a specialised dentist and prosthodontist whose journey into healthcare was shaped by deep personal inspiration. Growing up, he admired the respect his mother received as a doctor and the lives she transformed through her work. That admiration planted the dream of having “Dr.” before his own name. Although he narrowly missed an MBBS seat by a single percentage point, destiny led him to dentistry—an opportunity he embraced wholeheartedly.
That one percent difference secured him a government quota seat at DY Patil University, where he completed his BDS. His perspective on dentistry expanded dramatically during his MDS at the University of Queensland, Australia, an experience that reshaped how he approached clinical challenges and strengthened his commitment to patient care. What began as a redirected ambition evolved into a fulfilling profession, and the rest, as he says, is history.
Throughout his journey, Dr. Reshamvala has been driven by a desire to fulfill his parents’ dream of seeing him succeed. Their willingness to invest their life’s savings into his education remains his greatest source of motivation and gratitude.
Beyond his clinical practice, he finds balance and creativity through sketching, music, and dancing—activities that help him unwind and stay grounded.
His message to aspiring professionals is simple yet powerful: never give up on your dreams. Even when the path shifts or obstacles arise, there is always light at the end of the tunnel—waiting to shine on those who persist.
Dr. Reshamvala credits his education in Australia for broadening his mindset, teaching him to think beyond conventional methods, and approach every case with innovation and precision. His ultimate goal remains clear: to provide his patients with functional, aesthetic smiles that enhance both confidence and quality of life.

He also represented Mumbai University at the national level for three consecutive years, played A Division cricket for six years, and was the highest run-scorer in the prestigious Kanga League A Division.
During the COVID-19 lockdown, Kunal transformed his own physique through disciplined training and nutrition while sharing his journey on YouTube and Instagram. His transformation inspired many young individuals to prioritize their health and fitness, eventually leading to the creation of Kraft With Kunal.
Committed to leading by example, Kunal has competed in Men’s Physique events, denim modeling competitions, and HYROX fitness races. He has also spent the last three years building a Hybrid Sports Performance Gym dedicated to helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts improve strength, conditioning, and overall performance.
Despite transitioning into entrepreneurship, cricket remains a lifelong passion, and he continues to actively play the sport. The discipline, leadership, and resilience he developed through cricket continue to influence his approach to coaching and business.
Today, Kunal’s mission extends far beyond physical transformation. Through Kraft With Kunal, he aims to inspire people to become healthier, stronger, more confident, and more disciplined versions of themselves while creating a lasting impact on lives through fitness, education, and personal growth.
Aishwarya Jain, Founder – I’m Happiness

Aishwarya Jain works at the intersection of impact, sustainability, and well-being, with I’m Happiness at the core of her professional journey. She is a builder of systems and experiences that enhance quality of life, economically, socially, and emotionally. Through her work, she focuses on cognitive growth, mental well-being, and human-centric development, while also engaging with ESG-led and impact-driven initiatives across food waste management, wellness ecosystems, and sustainable hospitality.
I’m Happiness is a research-led well-being platform and community founded by Aishwarya to make inner well-being practical, measurable, and accessible. The platform works on mental fitness, emotional intelligence, and life skills, translating personal awareness into real-world outcomes such as stronger individuals, healthier institutions, and more conscious systems. Its approach blends psychology, neuroscience, ancient wisdom, and lived experience, ensuring that well-being is not abstract but deeply applicable.
Aishwarya’s professional journey began with a strong educational foundation and early exposure to scale and execution in the food FMCG sector. She played a key role in building and scaling operations from inception into a ₹100 crore enterprise. This experience sharpened her understanding of discipline, systems, and excellence at scale. Over time, however, growth for its own sake began to feel incomplete. This prompted a deeper inquiry into human behaviour, resilience, and the long-term impact of business on people and society.
As her perspective evolved, Aishwarya moved into food waste management, ESG, and impact-led ventures. She collaborated with institutions and global frameworks aligned with the United Nations and UNICEF, and engaged with academic ecosystems such as IIM Ahmedabad. From this convergence of business, culture, and consciousness emerged I’m Happiness as a structured, purpose-led platform.
Through her work, Aishwarya has engaged with children, parents, educators, caregivers, and organisations to strengthen emotional resilience and cognitive fitness. Today, her work also sits at the confluence of luxury, spirituality, and culture. Through her foundation, she curates experiential education platforms that blend ancient wisdom with contemporary insight, designed for discerning audiences who value depth, meaning, and conscious living.
Inspired by Indian philosophy, Aishwarya draws guidance from principles embodied by Lord Krishna, Lord Shiva, Maa Lakshmi, Maa Saraswati, and Maa Kali, representing balance, stillness, integrity, intellect, and courageous transformation. As a woman in strategy- and impact-led spaces, she has navigated challenges by choosing consistency over visibility and quality over urgency.
Outside work, Aishwarya prioritises fitness and running, explores music, researches ancient wisdom, and values meaningful conversations. She acknowledges the encouragement of cultural and business leaders who believe in purpose-driven excellence and cultural stewardship. At its heart, her work is about helping people live every emotion fully, consciously, and without resistance.
Anant Khandelwal, Founder & Director of IWP – Indian Wedding Planners

Anant Khandelwal is the Founder & Director of IWP – Indian Wedding Planners, the flagship of AMK Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., and one of the most recognisable names in India’s luxury wedding and hospitality space.
He started IWP with a simple belief: a wedding shouldn’t feel “managed.” It should feel experienced—beautifully, smoothly, emotionally. Over the years, that belief has grown into a design-led, process-driven brand trusted for immersive destination weddings across India and select international locations.
What sets Anant apart is the balance he brings to every celebration: the romance of storytelling with the discipline of execution. From the first concept deck to the final farewell, every detail is planned with intention—so traditions are honoured, emotions are protected, and families feel fully present instead of overwhelmed. Under his leadership, IWP has become synonymous with heartfelt celebrations that look extraordinary and run even better.
Anant’s journey is built on high standards and hard lessons—tight timelines, complex logistics, demanding environments. Each challenge shaped a sharper approach: calmer teams, stronger systems, and a dependable vendor ecosystem that delivers with consistency, wherever the celebration is set.
That same mindset—creativity backed by structure—led him to expand beyond weddings. Through AMK Travels, he curates premium travel and guest experiences. Through Aishka Cares, a social impact trust focused on women’s empowerment, skills training, and education, he translates success into purpose—because he believes hospitality is also about upliftment.
At the core of Anant’s philosophy is one guiding principle: weddings are deeply personal.
“Our role,” he says, “is to make them seamless, immersive, and emotionally resonant.”
For Anant Khandelwal, IWP is more than a company. It is a promise—of taste, of service, of reliability, and of memories that stay long after the music fades. With a growing team and an ever-expanding vision, he continues to raise the bar for hospitality-led luxury celebrations.
Ashwit Khullar, Partner – Vintek Medical Corporation

Ashwit Khullar is a Partner at Vintek Medical Corporation, a company focused on transforming healthcare training in India through advanced medical simulation technologies. His work centers around introducing globally benchmarked simulation systems that allow clinicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to train in structured, hands on environments designed to improve clinical skills, build confidence, and enhance patient safety.
Coming from a family deeply connected to healthcare, Ashwit was exposed early to the realities and challenges of medical education. Over time, he realized that many medical errors stem not from lack of knowledge, but from the absence of practical, simulation based training. At a time when simulation learning was still relatively unfamiliar in India, he identified a significant gap between global healthcare training standards and the systems available locally. That realization became the foundation for building and scaling medical simulation infrastructure across the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
His journey in the field spans more than a decade. In the early years, creating awareness around simulation based learning was a major challenge. Convincing institutions to adopt newer methods of training and helping stakeholders understand the long term value of competency based education required patience, persistence, and continuous effort. Today, seeing hospitals and medical colleges actively invest in advanced skill labs and simulation centers is deeply rewarding for him.
Despite the progress, Ashwit believes there is still a long way to go. Simulation training is not yet compulsory across many areas of healthcare education in India, and creating a more structured ecosystem remains one of his biggest goals.
Beyond healthcare, he is also actively involved in supporting his wife’s fashion label, Arpita Sulakshana, while maintaining a strong interest in hospitality, travel, and lifestyle ventures.
His message to aspiring entrepreneurs is simple: think long term and stay patient. Meaningful success is built through consistency, adaptability, and relentless execution over time.
For Ashwit Khullar, success is not defined by quick milestones, but by creating meaningful and lasting impact. Being part of the growth of medical simulation in India and contributing to safer healthcare training continues to be one of the most fulfilling aspects of his journey.
MarkXperia, Founder – Pratishtha Pabuwal, Co-Founders – Pulkit Agarwal & Vidushi Sharma

MarkXperia is more than a name—it is an experience where ideas meet execution and brands learn how to be felt, not just seen. Founded by Pratishtha Pabuwal, with Pulkit Agarwal and Vidushi Sharma as Co-Founders, MarkXperia is a creative marketing and brand storytelling company built for brands that want depth, not noise.
At its core, MarkXperia doesn’t sell posts or ads. It builds perception, voice, and recall. The team believes that marketing isn’t about shouting louder—it’s about speaking with clarity, intention, and relevance. Every campaign is designed to create connection, not just visibility.
The company was born out of frustration—frustration with repetitive strategies, surface-level marketing, and brands chasing trends instead of meaning. MarkXperia was created to challenge that norm. The founders knew there had to be a better way, and instead of waiting for it, they built it themselves.
The journey so far has been anything but linear. It’s been messy, sleepless, exciting, and deeply rewarding. From pitching ideas that were initially misunderstood to watching those very ideas turn into successful campaigns, MarkXperia has grown by trusting creativity—always backed by clarity and strategy. Every challenge refined their process and strengthened their belief that storytelling is not fluff, but a powerful business tool.
Their inspiration comes from brands that dare to be different and from people who build quietly but leave a loud impact. One of their biggest challenges has been helping clients understand that storytelling is strategy—not decoration. Once results speak, however, that skepticism quickly turns into belief.
Beyond client work, the team lives and breathes creativity. They observe relentlessly, dissect visuals frame by frame, debate ideas over dinner, and constantly ask one question: How can this be better? This curiosity fuels everything they create.
MarkXperia’s message to aspiring entrepreneurs is clear: don’t chase trends—build a voice. Skills matter, but conviction matters more. Be prepared to be misunderstood before you’re celebrated, because originality often needs time to be recognised.
As for success, the team believes their story is still being written. And if there’s one thing they’re certain of—it’s that they’re just getting started.
Rishi Nanda, Learning and Development professional

Rishi Nanda is a Learning and Development professional who has carved a unique space in leadership training by decoding timeless wisdom from Indian epics for the modern world. He specialises in experiential trainings based on the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Bhagavad Gita, and is also the Co-Founder of “Nibhish – The Epic Game”, a range of card and board games inspired by Indian epics.
His journey began in 2011 with the birth of his daughter, Kiara. Holding her for the first time sparked a question that changed his life: “What do I give my child beyond money?” Seeking an answer, Rishi made a bold decision—he quit his corporate job to rediscover his own dreams, despite financial uncertainty and personal fear. What followed was one of the toughest phases of his life, marked by emotional isolation, self-doubt, and immense struggle. Yet one belief kept him going: “Amrit zeher ke baad hi milta hai.”
A turning point came when Rishi immersed himself in Indian scriptures, dedicating years to studying the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Puranas. Gradually, clarity emerged. He realised that concepts taught through modern management tools already existed in these epics—explained not through frameworks, but through stories. Along with his wife, Mehak Mahajan Nanda, he began designing leadership modules that linked epic narratives to real-life organisational challenges.
After years of rejection, Rishi delivered his first epic-based corporate session in 2017. Since then, his work has expanded exponentially. Today, over 80% of his work is centred on Indian epics, with deliveries across corporates, educational institutions, NGOs, families, and global platforms.
Over the last 11 years, Rishi has facilitated 3,000+ workshops, reached 1,00,000+ participants, worked across 25+ industries, 300+ corporates, 100+ Indian cities, and 15+ countries. He is a Karamveer Chakra (UN-recognised) awardee, author, inter-faith speaker, podcaster, television host, and keynote speaker.
For Rishi Nanda, success is not accidental—it is scripted through clarity of purpose, sacrifice, and unwavering faith. He believes every individual is the central character of their own story—and must dare to write it.

Dr. Varunraj Kamat, Prosthodontist & Implantologist, Founder – Denteus – The Specialist Hub

Dr. Varunraj Kamat is a Prosthodontist and Implantologist and the founder of Denteus The Specialist Hub, a multi specialty dental clinic dedicated to delivering painless, advanced and comprehensive dental care. His work is centered on restoring not just oral function but also confidence, aesthetics and overall quality of life.
Drawn to healthcare early on, he found his calling in dentistry through his interest in precision driven work. Over time, prosthodontics and implantology became his area of focus, as they offered the unique ability to create visible and lasting transformations for patients. This blend of science, skill and impact continues to define his approach to practice.
After completing his BDS and MDS, he gained academic experience as a Senior Lecturer at Terna Dental College. However, clinical practice remained his core passion, leading him to establish his own clinic. Over the years, he has built expertise in full mouth rehabilitation, digital smile design and guided implantology. His work has been recognised at national platforms, including the Charaka National Award for Excellence in Implantology by the Indian Dental Association. At Famdent, he received accolades such as Highly Commended Implantologist of the Year and Jury Choice Prosthodontist of the Year, while his clinic was awarded Best Clinical Team of the Year.
His journey has been shaped by strong mentorship and the constant support of his family. At the same time, balancing clinical excellence with running a practice and keeping pace with evolving technology has been an ongoing challenge.
For Dr. Kamat, success is defined by impact. Every patient who walks out with a confident smile is a reminder of why he chose this field. His journey continues with a clear vision to raise the standards of modern dentistry through consistency, ethics and innovation.
Dr. Sagar Jagdish Abichandani, Prosthodontist, Founder – The Dental Hub

Dr. Sagar Jagdish Abichandani is a Prosthodontist, Smile Design Expert, Implant Prosthodontist, educator, researcher, speaker, and the founder of The Dental Hub, Mumbai, with centres in Chembur and Lokhandwala, Andheri West. While his expertise spans smile makeovers, veneers, dental implants, Invisalign, full-mouth rehabilitation, and digital smile design, he believes his work goes far beyond dentistry. For him, every smile represents confidence, self-worth, dignity, and the courage to face the world without hesitation.
His journey into dentistry began as a professional choice but gradually evolved into a deeper purpose. Early in his career, he noticed that many patients were not simply dealing with dental problems. They were hiding their smiles, avoiding photographs, speaking with hesitation, and carrying years of insecurity. Those experiences changed his perspective. He began to see dentistry not as fixing teeth, but as rebuilding confidence. Prosthodontics provided the scientific foundation to understand function, rehabilitation, implants, and aesthetics, while smile design allowed him to blend artistry with precision to create natural and personality-driven transformations.
Building his career was never an overnight success story. From long clinical hours and continuous learning to overcoming setbacks and constantly refining his skills, every stage demanded patience, discipline, and resilience. What started as the journey of a young dentist striving to establish himself eventually grew into The Dental Hub, a trusted dental destination known for advanced aesthetic and restorative dentistry. Today, he has treated patients from all walks of life, including professionals, public personalities, actors, models, pageant aspirants, and individuals seeking renewed confidence through their smiles.
His inspiration comes from faith, family, teachers, patients, and people who rise above difficult circumstances. He credits much of his growth to the trust placed in him by patients and the lessons learned from every challenge. Building a reputation in a competitive city like Mumbai, continuously upgrading technology, balancing clinical practice with teaching and research, and maintaining excellence without compromise were among the many hurdles he faced. Yet his belief remained unchanged: success is built not by chasing recognition, but by becoming consistently valuable, dependable, and excellent at what you do.
Beyond clinical dentistry, Dr. Abichandani is actively involved in training dentists and specialists in aesthetic dentistry, prosthodontics, smile design, full-mouth rehabilitation, and digital workflows. He is also associated with the pageant, modelling, and entertainment industries as a smile expert and jury member, helping aspirants understand the relationship between oral health, confidence, expression, and stage presence.
Service remains an important part of his journey. He strongly believes that as success grows, so should the responsibility to give back. Over the years, he has contributed to charitable initiatives supporting underprivileged communities, orphans, beggars, and cleft babies through food, education, healthcare support, and dental treatment. For him, success has little meaning if it cannot help improve someone else’s life.
His message to aspiring professionals is clear: start before circumstances become perfect. Focus on building skill, credibility, character, and trust. In healthcare especially, reputation is built through ethical practice, genuine care, and consistent results rather than marketing alone. He encourages young dentists to focus not on becoming famous, but on becoming so reliable and sincere that patients remember how safe and confident they felt under their care.
For Dr. Sagar Abichandani, success is still a work in progress. Awards, recognitions, stages, celebrity patients, and professional achievements are meaningful milestones, but the greatest reward remains unchanged — seeing a patient smile confidently after years of hiding it. Through The Dental Hub, his mission is to combine science, technology, artistry, and empathy to create smiles that are healthy, functional, natural, and uniquely suited to each individual.
As he often says, “I don’t just design smiles. I help people rediscover the confidence they had forgotten.”
Dr. Vaibhav R. Thakre, Consultant Prosthetist & Orthotist, Founder – Kalpam Infinite Mobility

Dr. Vaibhav R. Thakre is a Consultant Prosthetist and Orthotist, and the founder of Kalpam Infinite Mobility. He also serves as a Senior Prosthetist and Orthotist at DDRC, Amravati, where his work focuses on restoring mobility, independence, and confidence for individuals through advanced prosthetic and orthotic care.
He chose this profession with a clear vision—to help people regain not just movement, but also dignity and self belief. For him, rehabilitation goes far beyond medical support. It is about empowering individuals to live independently and confidently despite physical challenges.
Over the years, his journey has been centered around creating meaningful impact through rehabilitation services. Through Kalpam Infinite Mobility, he has been actively working to provide high quality prosthetic, orthotic, and rehabilitation solutions while also spreading awareness about the importance of proper mobility care and rehabilitation support.
His work combines technical expertise with a patient centered approach, ensuring that every individual receives personalized care designed to improve their quality of life. Alongside clinical practice, he has continuously focused on educating people about certified prosthetic and orthotic treatment—an area where awareness is still limited in many communities.
Dr. Thakre considers his patients to be his greatest source of inspiration. Their determination, resilience, and willingness to adapt despite difficult circumstances motivate him every single day. One of the biggest challenges in his journey has been building trust and awareness in a highly specialized healthcare field. Educating patients and families about the importance of proper rehabilitation and scientifically designed mobility solutions required patience, consistency, and dedication.
Beyond his profession, he actively participates in awareness campaigns, rehabilitation education programs, and social initiatives related to mobility care and patient wellbeing. He strongly believes that rehabilitation should be accessible, informed, and centered around improving long term independence.
His message to aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals is simple: stay passionate about your work, remain consistent, and focus on solving real problems for people. According to him, genuine growth comes through dedication, honesty, and meaningful service.
For Dr. Vaibhav R. Thakre, true success is not measured by titles or achievements alone. It is reflected in the moment a patient walks confidently again, regains independence, and begins living life with renewed confidence. That impact, he believes, is the most rewarding part of his journey.

Her journey began with a deep interest in child development and the impact of timely therapy. That realization shaped her decision to specialize in pediatric physiotherapy, a field where patience, consistency, and empathy play a critical role.
Over the years, Dr. Himandri has built her practice around a child centered approach, working closely with both children and their families. For her, therapy is not just about treatment, but about guiding parents, building awareness, and creating an environment where progress feels achievable. Each milestone, no matter how small, becomes a meaningful step forward in a child’s journey.
Her biggest inspiration comes from her patients. Their resilience and determination to keep progressing despite challenges continue to motivate her every day. As a woman in healthcare, she acknowledges the challenges of balancing professional responsibilities with societal expectations, along with the emotional demands of her field. However, her consistency, passion, and commitment to her purpose have helped her move forward with strength and clarity.
Beyond her clinical work, she actively creates awareness through social media, educates parents, and participates in community outreach programs focused on early intervention and special education awareness. She also strongly believes in the importance of fitness and prioritizes her own physical and mental well being as a way to stay balanced and focused.
For Dr. Himandri Kapil, success is not defined by titles or growth alone. It is reflected in every child who progresses, every parent who finds reassurance, and every family that moves one step closer toward hope, confidence, and independence.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Utsavi has also embraced her creative side through her resin art venture, VibeArt by Utsavi. Art has always been a therapeutic and expressive outlet for her, and building a creative brand alongside a healthcare profession has added a unique dimension to her journey.

Dr. Reena Kaur Ruprai is a medical educator, physiologist, and lifestyle medicine interventionist currently serving as a faculty member in the Department of Physiology at Government Medical College, Nagpur. Alongside teaching MBBS students, she actively works in mentorship, student wellbeing, preventive healthcare, and lifestyle medicine with a vision to create a more compassionate and holistic approach to health and medical education.
Her passion for teaching began during her own MBBS journey, inspired by educators who could simplify complex concepts and make learning meaningful. Over time, her interest in physiology, mentorship, and preventive healthcare naturally guided her toward academics and lifestyle medicine. For Dr. Ruprai, teaching is not limited to textbooks—it is about shaping emotionally resilient, self aware, and healthier individuals.
What makes her journey deeply relatable is the fact that it has been shaped not only by professional growth, but also by personal transformation. Struggles with obesity and infertility changed the way she understood health, forcing her to look beyond medicines and towards the deeper connection between the body, mind, emotions, and daily habits.
Today, she works actively as a lifestyle medicine interventionist, focusing on the core pillars of long term health—exercise, nutrition, sleep, addiction management, stress reduction, emotional wellbeing, and healthy social connections. Through her work, she aims to help people build sustainable lifestyle changes rather than temporary fixes. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when individuals understand and improve the everyday habits shaping their physical and mental health.
Alongside academics and mentorship, she is deeply involved in wellness education, student mental wellbeing initiatives, research guidance, and awareness programs promoting healthier living. She strongly believes that modern healthcare must move beyond treating disease alone and focus more on prevention, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life.
As a woman balancing personal struggles, emotional expectations, and a demanding academic career, there were phases of self doubt and emotional exhaustion. However, those experiences became the foundation of her resilience and empathy, helping her connect with people on a much deeper level.
Her message to aspiring professionals and individuals is simple yet powerful: your struggles do not define your limits. Sometimes the challenges that break you also become the reason you discover your purpose. She believes in consistent growth, gratitude, discipline, self care, and lifelong learning.
For Dr. Reena Kaur Ruprai, success is not about perfection—it is about transformation. Her mission today is not only to teach medicine, but to inspire healthier, more balanced, and emotionally stronger lives. Through lifestyle medicine and holistic wellbeing, she hopes to help people heal from within and create lasting change that improves not just lifespan, but quality of life itself.
Dr. Jasmine Meraj Qureshi (PT), Physiotherapist

Dr. Jasmine Meraj Qureshi (PT) is a physiotherapist, Pilates trainer, educator, digital creator, and a mother of two daughters. For the past 14 years, she has dedicated her career to helping people heal, move better, and regain confidence through rehabilitation, movement therapy, and holistic wellness.
For Dr. Jasmine, physiotherapy is far more than a profession. It is a deeply human experience rooted in empathy, healing, and transformation. Her work focuses on pain management, posture correction, women’s health, rehabilitation, and movement based therapy. Over the years, she has built a practice that combines evidence based physiotherapy with modern movement approaches like Pilates, creating an environment where recovery feels empowering rather than intimidating.
Interestingly, physiotherapy was never a career she had initially planned for herself. It was her father, Mr. Meraj Qureshi, who strongly encouraged her to pursue this path. At a young age, she did not fully understand the depth or impact of the profession, but her father believed that physiotherapy would shape her into a compassionate, independent, and resilient woman. Looking back today, she considers that guidance one of the greatest blessings of her life. What once felt like someone else’s vision eventually became her own purpose and identity.
Her journey has been both beautiful and demanding. From working in clinical settings to building a digital platform that reaches audiences globally, every stage taught her resilience, adaptability, and consistency. One of the most fulfilling aspects of her work has been making physiotherapy and movement education more accessible and relatable through digital content and social media.
Alongside treating patients, she mentors students, conducts workshops, creates educational content, and actively advocates for preventive healthcare and movement based wellness. Her work reflects a modern approach to physiotherapy, one that combines science, education, movement, and emotional wellbeing.
Her greatest inspiration comes from her mother and from women who continue to rise despite responsibilities, limitations, and expectations. She also draws immense strength from her daughters, who constantly remind her why purpose and meaningful impact matter far more than external success.
As a woman, balancing ambition with societal expectations was one of her biggest challenges. She never wanted to choose between personal life and professional growth, believing instead that both could grow together. There were moments of exhaustion, self doubt, and rebuilding while managing motherhood alongside entrepreneurship, but faith, discipline, and consistency helped her keep moving forward.
Beyond physiotherapy, she enjoys content creation, meaningful conversations, travelling, and exploring wellness in all forms. For her, movement, creativity, education, and storytelling are deeply interconnected.
Her message to aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs is simple yet powerful: do not wait for perfect timing to begin. Start with what you have, trust the process, and grow through consistency. She believes women often underestimate their own strength while balancing multiple roles, when in reality, that very balance becomes their greatest power.
For Dr. Jasmine Meraj Qureshi, success is not measured only by achievements, but by impact. If her work can help someone heal, inspire a student, empower a woman, or change the way people understand movement and wellness, she considers that meaningful success.
Her vision for the future is to continue building a global platform that combines physiotherapy, movement, education, and women’s wellness in a way that feels modern, accessible, empowering, and transformative.
Dr. Basil Salim, Emergency Medicine Physician, Entrepreneur & Medical educator

Dr. Basil Salim is an Emergency Medicine Physician, entrepreneur, and medical educator whose journey has been shaped by resilience, discipline, and a passion for high pressure decision making. Inspired by his elder brothers, both established emergency medicine physicians, he was introduced early to the fast paced and demanding world of emergency care. Over time, that exposure evolved into a clear sense of purpose. For him, emergency medicine was never just about treating illness, but about staying calm under pressure and making life saving decisions when every second matters. One belief that continues to guide him is simple: “Pressure is a privilege.”
He completed his schooling at Dr. GR Public School before pursuing his MBBS from Kannur Medical College. During his undergraduate years, he developed a strong interest in acute care, critical thinking, and emergency response. This passion further strengthened through hands on clinical experience in emergency and acute care settings, eventually leading him to pursue an MD in Emergency Medicine from Dr. D. Y. Patil School of Medicine, Navi Mumbai.
Beyond academics and clinical work, Dr. Basil believes that friendships played a major role in shaping his journey. The relationships he built during school, MBBS, and postgraduate training became a source of strength, motivation, and personal growth during some of the toughest phases of medical life. According to him, good friends not only make the journey easier, but also shape the way a person thinks, grows, and approaches life.
His biggest inspirations remain his elder brothers, Dr. Danish Salim and Dr. Ashish Salim, whose excellence in emergency medicine and academics motivated him to aim higher and stay committed to continuous improvement. Like every doctor, his journey has come with challenges including long working hours, emotionally exhausting shifts, and the constant pressure of making quick and accurate decisions under critical situations. However, these experiences have helped him become more disciplined, focused, and resilient.
Apart from clinical practice, he is actively involved in medical education. He contributes as a content creator for Dr. D, an educational platform for medical students, and also runs the Instagram page “drbasilsalim_medical_updates,” where he shares educational medical content and updates.
Outside medicine, he enjoys teaching, sports, cricket, dancing, badminton, and table tennis, all of which help him maintain balance in a demanding profession.
His message to those just beginning their own walks down long corridors and longer nights is not complicated:
Believe in yourself — before anything else. Stay consistent. Work smart. Be patient. Be simple
Dr. Rucha Porate, Consulting Radiologist – Jupiter Hospital, Thane, Partner – PC Diagnostics, Kalwa.

Dr. Rucha Porate is a Consulting Radiologist at Jupiter Hospital, Thane, and a partner at PC Diagnostics, Kalwa. Her journey in medicine is a story of dedication, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to helping people through one of the most critical yet often unseen specialties in healthcare.
From a young age, Dr. Porate knew she wanted to become a doctor. The ability to make a positive difference in people’s lives and see them regain health and happiness inspired her to pursue medicine. What began as a childhood dream gradually evolved into a profession built on responsibility, precision, and compassion.
As a radiologist, her journey has been about learning to interpret what others cannot see. Radiology is a field where every image tells a story, and where the smallest detail can influence a diagnosis, treatment plan, and ultimately a patient’s life. Through years of rigorous training, long study hours, and clinical experience, she developed the ability to find clarity within complexity. For Dr. Porate, radiology taught an important lesson: patience comes before confidence, and expertise is built one case at a time.
Her greatest inspiration has always been her father, whom she describes as her forever hero. His values, encouragement, and belief in her abilities shaped the person she is today. His influence continues to motivate her to strive for excellence both professionally and personally.
Like many women in medicine, Dr. Porate’s journey has not been without challenges. Balancing a demanding career with personal responsibilities, navigating gender bias, managing emotional exhaustion, and overcoming moments of self-doubt required immense resilience. Leadership opportunities and recognition often demanded proving her capabilities repeatedly. Yet through every challenge, she remained focused on growth and purpose.
As she beautifully puts it, “Behind every achievement was a woman learning to carry pressure gracefully without letting it dim her ambition.”
Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Porate is passionate about health and wellness. She enjoys working out regularly, maintaining a disciplined lifestyle, dancing, traveling, photography, and capturing life’s special moments. Spending quality time with family and friends remains one of the most important aspects of her life, helping her stay grounded and balanced.
Her message to aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs is simple yet powerful:
“Keep going. Your work matters, even when progress feels slow. Growth is not always loud. Sometimes it is quiet, steady, and happening in ways others cannot yet see. Respect the process, trust your journey, and never underestimate the impact of dedication combined with purpose.”
For Dr. Porate, success has never been a solitary achievement. She credits her parents, her brother, and her husband for standing beside her through every high and low. Their constant support, encouragement, and belief in her have been the foundation of her journey.
Looking back, she sees her success story as deeply personal. As a woman in medicine, she navigated expectations, long hours, emotional fatigue, and the silent pressure to prove herself repeatedly. There were difficult nights, moments of uncertainty, and challenges that tested her strength. Yet she continued moving forward.
Not loudly. Not for recognition.
But steadily. And in doing so, she built a career, a reputation, and a life defined by resilience, purpose, and quiet determination.

Dr. Roopali Bansal, Consultant Radiologist – Fetal Medicine Specialist

Dr. Roopali Bansal is a Consultant Radiologist and Fetal Medicine Specialist whose journey through medicine has been shaped by resilience, adaptability, and a deep commitment to helping people. Known for combining clinical expertise with teaching and patient awareness, she has built a career that goes far beyond diagnostics.
From a young age, she was naturally drawn toward healthcare and caring for others, especially children. Medicine felt like the perfect path because it allowed her to combine compassion with purpose. Alongside clinical practice, she also developed a strong passion for teaching, which led her to deliberately choose a teaching institute so she could mentor and guide junior doctors.
Her desire to simplify medicine for both students and the general public eventually inspired her to start her Instagram and YouTube platforms, where she explains medical concepts and terminology in an easy and relatable manner. Through digital education, she hopes to bridge the gap between medicine and understanding.
Her medical journey, however, was not without challenges. During MBBS, while she enjoyed academics, cultural activities, and friendships, she also experienced uncomfortable situations with a professor whose inappropriate behavior affected students deeply. Despite the emotional difficulty, she stood up for what was right and continued moving forward with strength and focus.
The path to specialization demanded years of preparation, sacrifice, and emotional resilience. Initially, she had aspired toward a field involving greater patient interaction and direct treatment. However, after developing severe glove allergy issues, she was forced to reconsider her career direction and move into radiology, something she had not originally planned for herself.
The transition was emotionally difficult. During her postgraduate years, she struggled because she did not feel as connected with patients as she would have in other clinical fields. Over time, however, she gradually discovered her own space within radiology and eventually found her true calling in fetal medicine, where she could once again combine medicine with her love for children and patient care.
Her personal life also brought challenges, including experiencing a miscarriage before becoming a mother. Later, while raising her young daughter, she pursued a demanding fellowship in fetal medicine that involved staying away from her two year old for nearly 11 to 12 hours every day because of work and travel. Through every difficult phase, she continued to move forward with determination.
Today, Dr. Roopali Bansal finds inspiration in the innocent children she sees every day and in her daughter, who motivates her constantly. Beyond medicine, she enjoys teaching, spending time with her child, and creating educational content that makes healthcare more accessible and understandable.
Her message to aspiring doctors is honest and direct: enter medicine only if you genuinely love the profession and want to serve people, because true fulfillment in medicine comes from purpose, compassion, and the impact you create in people’s lives—not glamour or money.

Through her YouTube channel, “Vibha Raibagkar,” which has built a community of over 12,000 subscribers, she shares physiotherapy guidance, student life experiences, healthcare awareness, self-growth content, and relatable insights from her own journey. She also serves as the Creator Head of Physiocity, where she contributes to building awareness and innovation in the physiotherapy space.
Her journey into content creation began during her physiotherapy studies, when she realized that students often needed guidance beyond textbooks and classrooms. With a natural love for communication and teaching, she started creating videos that simplified physiotherapy concepts while also documenting the realities of student life and personal growth. Over time, what started as sharing experiences gradually evolved into a meaningful platform that educates and motivates aspiring healthcare professionals.
Alongside building her online presence, Dr. Vibha continued to excel academically. She secured an impressive score of 93 out of 100 in the PGPCET entrance examination and later launched her own Anatomy Crash Course to help students strengthen their fundamentals. She also created a Telegram community with more than 2,000 students, building a supportive learning environment for aspiring physiotherapists.
Her work today extends beyond content creation. She conducts online lectures, offers patient consultations, and actively mentors students academically and professionally. She has also attended the YouTube Creator Collective in both 2023 and 2026, experiences that helped her grow as a creator and connect with other inspiring voices in the digital space.

She was also honored with the “Rising Women Influencer Award” by Physiocity, recognizing her growing impact in the healthcare creator space.
For Dr. Vibha, success is not measured only through numbers or recognition. It lies in creating impact, helping students grow, and inspiring people to believe in themselves. Through consistency, authenticity, and a passion for education, she continues to build a journey that blends healthcare, learning, and digital influence in a meaningful way.
Ritu Agarwal, Edupreneur, Vice Chairperson – Wisdom High Group of Schools

Ritu Agarwal, Vice Chairperson of Wisdom High Group of Schools, is an edupreneur who has dedicated her journey to building holistic, value based, and globally aligned learning environments for children. What began as a mother’s search for better education for her own children eventually evolved into one of Nashik’s most respected educational institutions.
Her journey into education started unexpectedly. Coming from the service industry and running a car rental business, she once visited a preschool in Mumbai and was deeply inspired by its innovative approach to learning. Wanting a similar environment for her daughter, Nidhi, she decided to bring that vision to Nashik. In 2000, she started a preschool with just 40 children and 4 teachers. Over the years, that small initiative steadily grew into the Wisdom High Group of Schools, which today educates more than 3500 students across three campuses affiliated with ICSE, CBSE, and Cambridge boards.
For Ritu Agarwal, education has never been limited to academics alone. Her vision has always focused on shaping lives, building confidence, nurturing creativity, and creating a culture rooted in both excellence and human values. Under her leadership, the institution has emphasized innovation, leadership, student well being, and meaningful learning experiences while staying connected to compassion and personal growth.
She draws inspiration from visionary educators like Leena Asher and Kiran Sethi, whose approaches to learning and leadership influenced her educational philosophy. As a woman entrepreneur, balancing family life, leadership responsibilities, and institutional growth came with its own set of challenges and moments of self doubt. However, those experiences strengthened her belief in the resilience, adaptability, and leadership potential of women.
Beyond her professional life, she enjoys painting, cooking, travelling, and spending time with her children. She is also deeply passionate about mentoring and counselling students, helping them navigate their career paths and personal growth journeys.
Her message to aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals is simple yet powerful: dream big, stay consistent, and never underestimate your own potential. She believes meaningful success comes through perseverance, discipline, and remaining committed to one’s purpose.
For Ritu Agarwal, true success is measured not by numbers alone, but by the lives touched, the confidence built in children, and the values passed on to future generations. For her, education is far more than a profession. It is a lifelong purpose.

Her journey began in agency recruitment within the oil and gas sector, a field she entered without prior knowledge. Despite the steep learning curve, she quickly rose to become a top performer. That phase shaped her core belief: success is not about knowing everything at the start, but about learning faster than anyone else.
Over time, her role evolved beyond recruitment. She began training teams, building systems, and eventually designing AI-led frameworks to help recruiters stay relevant in a rapidly changing landscape. Working across diverse markets like India, Japan, Australia, and Singapore, she developed a strong ability to navigate cultural nuances and connect insights across regions.

Meera Chalke, Wedding Photographer, Founder – Picture It by Meera

Meera Chalke is a wedding photographer and the founder of Picture It by Meera, a Mumbai based wedding photography brand known for capturing honest emotions and timeless stories through a deeply personal lens. Over the last decade, she has documented weddings across India as well as internationally in destinations such as the US, Canada, Europe, the UK, and Indonesia.
Her journey into photography began during her sister’s wedding in 2011, when she found herself drawn not just to the celebrations, but to the emotions quietly unfolding within them. Coming from a creative background with a B.Sc. in Animation and specialization in VFX, she naturally developed a strong sense of visual storytelling and artistic perspective.
In 2013, she co-founded a wedding photography company, where she learned the foundations of both photography and entrepreneurship. From handling clients to building systems and understanding the realities of running a business, those years became an important phase of growth. However, life took an unexpected turn after her separation in 2017. Instead of stepping away, she chose to rebuild herself and start again with clarity and resilience. That fresh beginning eventually became Picture It by Meera, a brand built entirely on courage, consistency, and self-belief.
Through years of dedication and genuine human connection, her work gradually evolved into a trusted name in the wedding industry. Beyond photography, Meera enjoys learning about entrepreneurship, mindful living, sustainability, and travelling. Observing people, cultures, and emotions continues to shape her creative process and storytelling style.
She believes one of the biggest strengths an entrepreneur can develop is the ability to solve problems with empathy and resourcefulness. According to her, skills can always be learned, but the ability to make life easier for others leaves a lasting impact.
For Meera, success is not just about building a business. It is about discovering strength through the process. What began as a career slowly became a journey of rebuilding herself, and in chasing her dreams, she ultimately found a stronger version of who she is.
Dr. Manjula Thakur, MD Dermatologist

Dr. Manjula Thakur is an MBBS doctor and MD Dermatologist currently practicing in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. Alongside her clinical practice, she actively conducts weekly health camps in the rural areas of Bastar, where access to healthcare services remains limited. Her approach to medicine is deeply rooted in compassion, with a strong belief in treating one patient at a time while making healthcare more accessible to underserved communities.
Coming from a middle class family, Dr. Thakur always dreamed of becoming a doctor. She is the first generation doctor in her family, driven by a desire to serve society and create meaningful impact through healthcare. In a family and community where girls often get married in their early twenties, her parents stood firmly by her dreams and supported her education and ambitions wholeheartedly. She believes she is where she is today because of their love, sacrifices, and unwavering encouragement.
Her academic journey reflects dedication and perseverance. She cracked NEET in 2013 and completed her MBBS from Government Medical College, Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. Later, she successfully cleared NEET PG in 2022 and pursued her MD in Dermatology from Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur. Today, she serves as a Senior Resident at her alma mater, Government Medical College Jagdalpur, giving back to the same institution that shaped her journey.
Her greatest inspiration comes from her family and her fiancé, who is an ophthalmologist. Their sacrifices, values, support, and resilience continue to motivate her personally and professionally.
As a woman in healthcare, balancing academics, high patient loads, emotional pressure, and personal responsibilities has not always been easy. However, these experiences helped her grow into a stronger, more resilient clinician and gave her a deeper perspective on life and patient care.
Beyond her profession, Dr. Thakur enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle, travelling, playing badminton, and exploring new cuisines and places. She has also contributed academically by publishing research papers in international journals and delivering talks at national and state level conferences.
She believes that being a dermatologist in India comes with its own challenges, especially in educating patients against misinformation spread by unqualified practitioners and misleading social media trends. Through her work, she aims to create awareness and ensure patients receive ethical, evidence based treatment and guidance.
For Dr. Manjula Thakur, success is not defined by status or achievements alone. She believes true success lies in health, peace of mind, and the ability to make a positive difference in society.
