Bishamber Yadav, Mumbai Uncensored, 9th May 2023:

The Nationalist Congress official (NCP) president Sharad Pawar has come under fire from Saamana, the official publication of the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena (UBT), for failing to prepare a successor who could lead the party forward. However, the newspaper commended Sharad Pawar for his “masterstroke” in undermining the BJP’s strategy of splintering the NCP with his resignation incident.

“Pawar is without a doubt a significant national leader, and his word is respected in national politics. He hasn’t succeeded in producing a successor who can advance his party, nevertheless. And for that reason, when he decided to step down as president, his party was alarmed. Every member of the party was concerned about his future, the tabloid, whose executive editor was Sena MP Sanjay Raut, stated in an editorial.

Dont provoke us’ says NCP

The NCP leaders did not appreciate the opinion post. Senior NCP leader Chagan Bhujbal issued a harsh warning, saying Sanjay Raut, executive editor of Saamana, “should be wary of his statements and should not provoke us. Why does he say things like these when even his leader Uddhav Thackeray has been silent? Senior leader Sharad Pawar has more political experience than most people half his age.

“The assertion made on the successor of the party is offensive.According to NCP spokesperson Mahesh Tapase, leaders like Supriya Sule, Jayant Patil, Praful Patel, and Ajit Pawar are all carrying on his work in their respective states and across the nation.

The BJP cannot win elections via democratic procedures

The Saamana editorial asserted that the BJP disbelieves in the idea of winning elections via democratic processes. It can’t win elections on its own, in my opinion. It stated that it wanted to play political games by utilising the ED, CBI, and the Income Tax [Department].

“They (the BJP) don’t have a lot of power, so they want to play politics by weakening the opposition and utilising agencies like the ED and CBI to do so. Anyone packing their bags to join the BJP should consider whether they would like to spend a day pretending to be a tiger or a goat for a hundred days.

Fighting was Uddhav Thackeray’s choice. Sharad Pawar promised to fight until the bitter end. Although significant figures like Lalu Yadav, KCR, Mamata, and Stalin have also joined the conflict, it occurred in Maharashtra. The activists never give up. Those that depart with luggage are not held responsible by the party. The cowardly leaders of both parties ought to start their own group so that people may see who the real men are.
