Dr. Neha Goel Virk, Clinical Director – Virk Fertility Services, Infertility, Obstetrics, & Gynaecology specialist
Dr. Neha Goel Virk is the Clinical Director and an Infertility, Obstetrics, and Gynaecology specialist at Virk Fertility Services in Jalandhar, Punjab. Established over 33 years ago, Virk Fertility Services is India’s first IVF centre to receive NABH Safe-I accreditation. The centre is widely recognized for its commitment to innovation, integrity, medical excellence, and personalized care, particularly for patients facing complex fertility challenges.
Her journey into reproductive medicine has been both intellectually fulfilling and emotionally profound. Years of specialized training and experience have allowed her to embrace advancements in assisted reproductive technology while keeping empathy and individualized care at the center of her practice. For Dr. Virk, IVF is not merely about science; it is about guiding couples through hope, heartbreak, resilience, and ultimately, the joy of parenthood.
She draws inspiration from three pillars in her life: her mother, her father, and her faith. Their values taught her compassion, resilience, discipline, and the belief that medicine often stands at the intersection of science and miracles. As a woman in a demanding field, balancing surgery, patient care, leadership, and family responsibilities has not always been easy. Yet, every challenge has strengthened her belief that empathy is not a weakness, but rather one of the greatest strengths a doctor can possess.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Virk is a mother to two young children and shares both her profession and life with her husband, who serves as the Embryologist and Lab Director at Virk Fertility Services. Together, they work as partners in creating families while balancing the beautiful chaos of parenthood and running a hospital. Motherhood, she says, has made her an even more compassionate physician, constantly reminding her of the dreams her patients are fighting for.
Her message to aspiring professionals and entrepreneurs is simple: success comes through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering belief in oneself. There will always be difficult days, but purpose is greater than pressure. Keep showing up, keep working when no one is watching, and never lose faith in your potential.
For Dr. Neha Goel Virk, the greatest reward lies in witnessing hope transform into life and helping families experience the joy they once thought impossible.
Dr. Harsh Singh, ENT & Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon
Dr. Harsh Singh is an ENT and Head & Neck Cancer Surgeon dedicated to providing advanced surgical care while placing compassion and patient well-being at the center of his practice. With a deep interest in head and neck oncology and otology, he believes that every successful surgery is not just a medical achievement but an opportunity to restore health, confidence, and quality of life.
His inspiration to pursue medicine began in childhood after learning about the life and legacy of Dr. B.C. Roy, whose contributions to Indian healthcare left a lasting impression on him. Encouraged by his uncle, Dr. DharmRaj Singh, a surgeon in Allahabad, and driven by a fascination with biology and the human body, he set out on a journey that would eventually lead him to surgery.
Dr. Singh completed both his MBBS and Master’s in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) and Head & Neck Surgery from Dr. D. Y. Patil University, Pune. Throughout his training, he discovered that the operating room was where he truly belonged. Passionate about surgery, he continues to view medicine as a lifelong journey of learning, where every patient brings a unique story that enriches both his clinical expertise and personal growth.
His career has been shaped by inspiring mentors who nurtured his curiosity and encouraged him to strive for excellence. During his medical training, he also found great fulfillment in teaching and mentoring junior doctors, experiences that strengthened his communication skills and reinforced his commitment to continuous learning.
Like every young doctor, Dr. Singh faced the demanding challenges of medical education and the realities of clinical practice. He believes that successful patient care extends beyond diagnosis and treatment—it requires understanding each patient’s emotional, social, and financial circumstances while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and ethical practice. Another defining chapter of his journey came when he moved from Pune to Varanasi to be closer to his family, embracing the challenge of rebuilding both his personal and professional life in a new city.
Outside medicine, he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, and exploring the cultural richness of Varanasi. Whether walking along the ghats, visiting temples, or experiencing the city’s vibrant heritage, he finds inspiration in its timeless spirit.
Dr. Harsh Singh’s advice to aspiring doctors is simple: remain patient, stay committed, and never lose sight of the human side of medicine. Clinical knowledge is essential, but empathy, honesty, and integrity are what truly define a great physician. For him, success lies not only in performing complex surgeries but in earning the trust of every patient and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Dr. Rachit Jain, ENT Surgeon
Dr. Rachit Jain is an ENT Surgeon from Jaipur whose journey is a testament to perseverance, discipline, and the unwavering belief that consistency can transform dreams into reality. For him, becoming a doctor was never just a career choice—it was the fulfillment of a dream his parents had cherished for years.
His path to medicine was anything but conventional. From being an average student in Class 12 to earning admission to one of India’s premier medical institutions, JSS Medical College, Mysore, for his undergraduate studies, Dr. Jain proved that determination can overcome even the greatest challenges. He later pursued his postgraduate training in ENT from a Government Medical College, where the rigorous academic environment and internship further strengthened his clinical expertise and passion for patient care.
The greatest influence in his life has always been his mother. She had aspired to become a doctor herself but was unable to pursue her dream due to limited resources and the lack of proper guidance. Determined that her son would have the opportunities she never did, she became his strongest pillar of support, encouraging him through every obstacle. Her sacrifices and unwavering faith continue to inspire him every day.
Throughout his medical journey, Dr. Jain has learned that success is never instantaneous. Every examination, challenge, and setback became an opportunity to grow stronger, more disciplined, and more resilient. These experiences have shaped not only his professional capabilities as a surgeon but also his compassionate approach towards patient care.
As an ENT surgeon, he believes medicine is a profession built on continuous learning, precision, empathy, and integrity. Every patient interaction reinforces his commitment to delivering ethical, evidence-based care while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
His advice to aspiring doctors is simple yet profound: consistency is the key. Rather than seeking overnight success, focus on improving every single day. As he says, “Just focus on doing good, and with consistency, good eventually becomes better.”
For Dr. Rachit Jain, success is not measured by degrees or titles alone but by remaining true to the values that inspired his journey. Every milestone he achieves is a tribute to his parents’ unwavering belief, his mother’s unfulfilled dream, and the conviction that persistence, hard work, and dedication can turn even the most ordinary beginnings into extraordinary achievements.
